In a nutshell this is what I'm trying to get off the ground, I've sunk about £200 into buying materials to get started so any help appreciated
Below is a mailout to Someone dealing with NO2ID music.

Help would entail printed DVDs for hand out, knowledge of any musicians willing to commit recorded media at a loss or strictly non profit basis, I know some If non profit is the only way then people willing to help share the burden of cost. Any feed back also essential!

Unfortunately I'm not too technical so so without help I have no way to pool the inf (ie. website) also many artists would rather they wheren't Data Based up for MI5

Many contacts, a friendly printing firm (if a little expensive, need someone that can do stuff in their spare time really) for materials (I'll label each one to get the websites noticed)

I use covers33 for cases etc. they do everything from vinyl inner sleeves to DVD cases in bulk order. Just google them _________________ 'Come and see the violence inherent in the system.

I'm suprised we still only have 1 copier of DVDs so far, I know there are plenty of people out there. Whos the guy with the copies of 9/11 Mysteries for example.

Tony, I am glad to hear you found that link usefull as I felt certain you would have been priorly aware of it but I posted it incase. Some good tunes there. Disco, I got your PM on this (sorry to have not got back to you yet) and im still game but am awaiting payment of a completed prior batch.
I have 9/11 Mysteries and could produce it but a) your seeking more burners with that statement and indeed (where are they?) and b) frankly given the attacks upon it and the legal issues between Sophia and Rick Siegel (which I’m unaware of the resolution of) I dont see it as a wise option for distribution. I wouldn't want to tread on any incomes or breach copyrights of contested and argued over materials.
I am happy to mass produce any copyleft productions which expressly grant and encourage their duplication and distribution for non-profit educational purposes, though I gather you've arranged retail distribution so presumably comes profit for the retailer at the expense of the word spreading. Fair enough.
You'd be looking at batches of 600 printed DVDs for around £150, which is £90 for the discs (very good quality, no reported coasters in several thousand), £30 for two packs of 6 inks and £30 towards a fund for a dedicated DVD printer (which will reduce time and costs) or replacement inkjet printers to complete the run. That probably sounds unreasonable but examine the issue.
DVD printing inkjets meant for family useage (i.e 1 disc in a blue moon), are put to massive stress by continuous bulk production (to discourage piracy which of course funds terrorism almost as much as the Bush family and UK Government)yet they remain the current cheapest alternative to professional products such as these
The professional machines are definitely the way to go and hence I ask for cash towards them, or a replacement of the current best alternative at £80 a pop and a short work life.

So if that’s of any use to you then I am happy to do so and bear in mind that costs will reduce as time goes by and better equipment allows it.
In addition I have 50+ DVD cases that I'll send along with your first batch and it’s a shame I wasn't aware of your project a few months ago. I recently got rid of 400+ cases to sadly a landfill, as no-one, even via freecycle was interested and I had no need of them but certainly the space at that time, as prior projects have been sleeved discs only.
Also in terms of musicians I suggest you check out CivillianSlave ( http://www.myspace.com/civillianslave ) and Neu World Order ( http://www.myspace.com/neuworldorder ) on myspace, as potential artists that would be happy to distribute via your project. In addition the larger American band 'Poker Face' (kinda Pearl Jam with purpose) were looking to get into the UK market and would've been happy to attend prior Truth Fests or similar when I last spoke to them, so perhaps they are also worth a look ( http://www.myspace.com/pokerfacemusic & Link ). All offer their albums via the internet archive if memory serves. Dont forget London based Rob the Rub either.
Also you should consult with schnews productions ( www.schnews.org.uk/schmovies ) who produce various materials for groups such as 'the Smash EDO' group god bless em, check the trailer ( http://enr.clearerchannel.org/media/schnews/on-the-verge.wmv ) which is a great expansion on the coverage they received under Chris Atkins 'Taking Liberties' film. Schnews appear to be well equipped for DVD production and can probably easily out do my costs. They dont appear however to have currently covered 9/11, 7/11 etc...so see if they will. Ian Crane and Andrew Johnson are other definate DVD producers along with one of the WYTC group, all also worth a try.

OK cheers for the reply, the Mysteries disks in a pvc wallet are fine for what I need. Something that looks semi-professional.
The idea is to hand out free so keeping the cost down is an issue! If I have plenty funds after moving I'll chip in to the hardware needed, discuss that in a few weeks

OK got 3 shops active, Sisteray, Bewick st. London. Slipped Diss, High St Billericay. and Gumbies in Southend, the last has yet to recieve a box
So anyone with donations could go straight to each But remember to contact me for the all important sticker that will prevent the sale of said items Oh yea and Truth vids are welcome as long s they hae a printed sleave or disk so they look half proffessional
