I don't know how the programme was edited, but they were introduced as "outlandish doubters". It is quite obvious what the interviewer was trying to do. He was trying to push them into saying that Bush had done it. It's a standard technique. You get them to overstate their own case, then it's easy to knock it down.

I think their approach was correct, though had Francesco's native language been English he would have come across more persuasively.

It was the BBC that was saying that if the basis of ZERO was correct, then that would mean that the US Administration was responsible. The conspiracy theory was coming from the BBC on the basis of the evidence presented in ZERO. That's how we want it, and that's how Tim and Francesco left it Smile
