Is this off-topic?
The Illinois state legislature is putting forward a joint-house resolution calling for Bush to be impeached.

Hi Scubadiver
Welcome to the forum. It's an interesting post, and let's hope the senators succeed!
One point; the reference number for the bill is HJR0125.
Regards

The ramp up to impeachment has been pretty steady - what with the Libby/Rove affair. What really interests me is:
1) If Bush goes, who will go with him?
2) How long will it take?
3) How will Blair look and how will he and others close to him react?
4) Who will replace Bush?
5) Will Bush be imprisoned? (unlikely).
I bet the stage managers are laying plans so that the answers to all these questions result in them benefitting.
I think one of our biggest problems is how do we truly expose this shadowy group and prevent it from operating effectively? It seems the answer is to wake as many people as possible up from "The Matrix" or whatever metaphor you care to use.... _________________ Andrew
