How many times has Alex Jones et al warned us of impending Martial Law!
Well, here it is:
Alex Jones' Monday broadcast (podcast: itpc://xml.nfowars.net/Alex.rss)
AJ says that two Congress representatives reveal "Martial Law has been quietly declared in Congress" and that 'normal legislative processes have been shut-down and that high financial crimes have been committed'.
U.S Congressman Michael C Burgess on C-Span:

Oh, sorry about the link...if you have itunes it should open the link up from there. If not go to: http://www.infowars.com/listen.html#instructions_ajs and choose whichever method you're able to listen. _________________ "The likelihood of one individual being right increases in direct proportion to the intensity to which others are trying to prove him[her] wrong."

So, it's not Martial Law in practice, just Martial Law in Congress where it extends Bush's dictatorial powers much further without being legally challenged.
But, yes...of course it is teetering on the edge of full-scale ML unless some miracle rebellion of congressmen/women and the people ensue.
What really is of concern is that Congressman/woman have been refused access to meetings within the 24hr timespan which Burgess refers. This factor and Insider Trading is the smoking gun of the this financial 9/11.
Passionate speech by Republican Kaptur and not before time...but who's really listening apart from us!
