At the end of this report about growing tensions on the Israeli / Lebanon border the Lebanese Leader says Israel is responsible for planting rockets found inside Lebananon with the aim of starting a war between the 2 sides.

It's very likely that since the Israeli incursion into its Gaza prison camp that probably all of the rockets fired into Israel are from IDF sources - after all the IDF have absolutely state of the art surveillence - and probably before the holocaust, Israeli agents ie Palestinians bought off and threatened, were firing rockets
then it's highly likely IDF agents are firing rockets from Lebanon just as these superior-range missile are somehow turning up in Gaza

That'll be why they attack aid agencies and not rocket salvos. keep the rockets coming etc. That idea would also rely on Hamas being stupid which I don't think they are
