People willing to engage in University-sponsored sociological/psychological experiments may be short of funds, but are abundant in trust in "superior scientific minds".
They are just pre-formed for compliance with the result of the "experiment"
Pretty much like the dual-diagnosis dunderheads on Jeremy Kyle.
Personally I'd prefer to be in the doorway with dog and cap
