Seems weve been getting this New World Order since the first gulf war. Bush Senr, Bush junior, Gordon Brown, Obama. In Browns case its "emerging".
In order to achieve a New World Order lets see what weve had (real or imaginaty)
A Global enemy requiring a Global Police man
A Global financial problem requiring global decisions, global bank. global currency
A Global climate change requiring global legislation (control)
Global religous problem (Islam/zionism/pseudo Christianity/Catholicism) requiring a global spiritual figure. Obama a Unitarian? Prince Charles Defender of Faiths? World Council of churches?

Such banks lending to governments paying back to banks is totally fraudulent
They really are intent on creating a result in front of their feared 2012 and will bypass many of their steps in their rush
