Interesting ... but this whole business comes across to me as an entirely orchestrated double-bluff by the NATO zone intelligence services, based on a mixture of malice and ignorance and aimed mostly at shocking and softening up/traumatising their own population ready for easy manipulation. In the UK this would probably be done by a despotic far right Tory government.

Russian nuclear weapons may well have been available, particularly during the Yeltsin years, on the international black market, I would be suprised if the Iranians DIDN'T have nuclear weapons a long time ago.

An obscure BBC2 documentary screened in about 1997 hinted strongly at this and even followed articulated lorries from Ukraine to Iran who had very close military ties anyway in those days.
