Very interesting this.
It's probable that this clip will be familiar to most. But it seems as though extra footage may have emerged revealing intriguing film of the second wtc strike and specifically, the captured clips thereafter.
Debris and perhaps paper can be seen fluttering to ground in the moments after the second strike, then a few moments later it seems like more paper appears whilst the towers are still standing?
It genuinely looks as though the paper has been added later perhaps by a passing plane or chopper, above or within the smoke cloud adding the perfect cover for visible explosions?
Some squibs do appear to be visible at fixed positions upon the towers behind the masses of fluttering paper.
At points it appears as though many explosions can be seen within the framework of the towers but they could also be paper fluttering in the air.
Convenient that there was so much paper?
Worth debating before controversies I would say. |

Id just go for windblown paper falling from a great height. Seems to travel quite along way ( no indication if the vid clip is continuos). There is also what looks like paper in the air just before the 2nd plane hits which would suggest its come from the first hit. The smoke rising gives a darker backdrop for the paper to be seen against.
Adding another layer of conspiracy (planes dropping paper to cover up something) doesnt make sense to me.
How long shall we let this post run till its banished to room 101. I will let you pull the lever GSTT _________________ JO911B.

I think it's probably as it looks, but nothing should be taken for granted. I found it interesting that someone actually looked at one of the pieces of paper. It looked like the sort of thing you'd expect from an office. But that's only one.
I don't know about the real-time sequencing, but it seemed to me that the paper got into the air remarkably quickly. I can't quite visualise just how that would have happened, though that's not really surprising, since I've never experience such a situation. Loose papers would presumably have been swept up by some enormous wind sweeping through the whole area for that to happen. I don't see furniture being jettisoned, so presumably papers in filing cabinets would have remained where it was.
I should have thought, though, that if that lot came out of a fireball, it would look rather worse for wear.
I think we'd need an explosives expert to understand this. |

No expert is needed. Look carefully at the last few seconds of the video and you will notice that one of the pieces of paper picked up was very slightly burnt (yellowish brown tinge covering most of the upper portion of the sheet). Stop the clip at 2m16s/2m18s and at 2m20s. The sheets did not come directly out of the fireball. |
