Quote: | What is a trust? How is a trust formed? What elements need to exist? Have you formed a trust in your relationships? Are you fully aware as to whether you have or not? What if it is seen as a trust and you are unaware of your position within the trust? What if the trust is construed and you become vulnerable through your lack of knowledge and understanding? What then?
I have the opportunity to share, as an introduction, trusts and equity, I'm sure it'll be a fascinating talk, with many concepts revealed for the first time in Liverpool. This is the latest, slicing edge of commercial redemption; it is the language of the judges and law societies exposed to the nth degree.
Meet The Speaker: Peter Cooney
I am a bricklayer of 25 years and born of Irish immigrant workers, third generation. On my paternal grandmother’s side, her great aunt, Annie Waldron's mother, Annie, was the last remaining tenant of Fontenoy Gardens, and her mother was the first business woman of Liverpool, as I'm led to believe. There is a road around the area where Fontenoy Gardens once stood named after this lady.
I am a double world championship silver medalist, from a world championship held at Shaolin in China. I have practiced wushu for more than ten years. I became interested in commercial redemption through watching Liverpool change, using some of the theories and practices and getting some altogether odd results. In May of 2009 I first heard Christian Walters speak on trusts, emailed him, and my road into trusts and equity was paved, and what a fascinating road it is turning out to be, trust me.
