does anyone know where exactly in the film the famous 'pull it' quote appears?

yeah I know the clip is up on youtube..
the full documentary 'america rebuilds' is also up, and I've been trying to find the point in the documentary where this clip occurs so that I can study the context of his statement a bit more. i'm sure he slipped up and wasn't supposed to say it.
