I missed this in 2008. I couldn't believe it, so I checked and a company named Urban Moving Systems Inc is listed as receiving a loan from SBA in 2001.

On September 10, 2001, the Army School of Advanced Military Studies issued a report written by elite US army officers, which was made public just prior to 9/11.
