Looks like it's been cobbled together by the same outfit that put together (with random bits of metal and gold tin foil) this 'freeform abstract sculpture'
(otherwise known as a lunar module) that allegedly went to the moon, along with some 'astronauts', some camera equipment and a fold-up Moon buggy.

You've got to hand it to them Americans and their technology! Amazing!
