The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

So the deputy director is shown round some labratory facilities in America and does not find any evidence of anthrax etc. The conclusion is therfore that America does not have a secret biolgical weapons program (defencive/offensive in order to have an effective defence the offensive must first be created). And the question is posed, was America so deperatly short of pharmacutical personell that after the break-up of the Soviet Union that they needed to recruit as many top-ranking Russian weapons scientists as they could manage.

Surely all countries with a defence program still retain programs within the official secrets act or the equivilent, the prime purpose of Nixon's treaty was, as stated, to discourage poorer contries from creating thier own program and the public consumption that the signitories had attained some sort of moral high ground.

Looks as if Kelly knew the protaganists at Fort Deitrich personally and may well have known about the Anthrax plot when he was murdered in the Oxfordshire woods. [/list]

Just re-watching this tonight reminds me of Peter Power and his Terror rehearsal 'docu-drama' a few months before 7/7. What a spectacular guy Kelly was and should be honoured by this movement and seekers after peace, truth and justice everywhere.
