Youtube .. no longer allows you to search within time period

within the last few days it appears youtube has removed the 'results in last day/week/month' option

i used to regularly use this to find interesting new videos on wtc7 /larry silverstein

recently there has been a lot of new wtc videos due the successful FOI request. There were a load of new videos showing thermatic reactions and wtc7 on fire before either twin tower collapse

does anyone know of a workaround for this?? or does anyone know of any comment by youtube on why they have removed this feature?

More than anything else, this demonstrates the fragility of relying on one video archive source.

Best solution? Grab clips for local archive as they surface and before g00gle renders them 'invisible'.

https://startpage.com has an excellent longterm caching facility, so why not use it?

Then there's archive.org and the waybackmachine.org
