I've known Gwyn Gwyntopher and her husband Chris for at least the past 30 years. They are both dedicated peace campaigners who have been doing this work of counselling members of the armed forces who want to leave for all of this time.

I doubt it is accurate to say this is a Quaker initiative. Though Chris is a Quaker Gwyn is not.
