Time to move away from GMT, says Dr Mayer Hillman

Dr Mayer Hillman, a public policy specialist at the Policy Studies Institute, explains the advantages and disadvantages of the UK moving ahead of GMT to European time.
Last year, Prime Minister David Cameron indicated he was willing to consider a switch and the BBC has been told proposals will be published by the Department of Culture, Media and Sport in the coming week.
