Was apparently going to tell the country to pay of their credit card debts, but changed it because it would have slowed the recovery.

The banksters can't have people living in prosperity and solvency!! Rolling Eyes

As they were talking about his original statement on radio 5 the er "corrected" version was past on to them--which just dug the hole deeper. Either statement he made was basically pay off your debts .
