Schaeffer Cox gives one of the most fascinating talks I have come across. It gets more and more interesting as it progresses.
He has started a movement of sorts in Alaska. Thousands have signed up and set up their own Common Law Courts and more besides.
There is a gun control/militia aspect to this American approach but many of the paraments of Cox's approach could be refined and developed and used to create something similar over here. This is a must-see. There is something new and inspiring here:

He fails to see how the elite and specifically the bilderberg group work and think. Sure they are rich but thats only part one of the problem. With untold

As this clip clearly demonstrates, you don't need no steenking lawyers or other bought and paid for legal parasites to break free from the 'appointed-to-high-office' criminals.

Don't forget where the Common Law comes from people.
I don't think people necessarily have to delve into the deep history of Common Law to make full and immediate use of it. The recent Cwmbran Council tax case shows how very simple an effective approach can be. That's why I push Harris/Gerish/Veronica/Love Police, as being very accessible to the average layperson.
Doing it the lawyer way will just get regular folks bogged down - why reinvent the wheel when it's already rolling? And wow! is it rolling!! The early church teaching as found in the letter to the Galatians I think epitomises much of common law. It has both a spiritual meaning as well as practical. Italics mine.
