Military CyberOps? LulzSec, Anonymous, HackLab etc.

Recently there has been a proliferation of 'dangerous hackers' stories - Roughly of starting wth Gary McKinnon and leading into a proliferation of stories about 'virtual' groups of anonymous hackers up to no good.
It seems obvious to me that many, if not all, of these cyber groups could be being infiltrated by and therefore run by various arms of various nations' intelligence services and supra-national military agencies.

Is it curious that this possibility does not seem to have occurred to any of the commentators writing about this subject?

Indredible as it may seem the CIA is being portrayed as the VICTIM!
