Absolutely right.
In addition to every turbine disc having a part number, a serial number and any additional modification or service bulletin numbers permanently etched into it, each individual turbine blade will have a part number and a casting batch number cast into its mounting base.

There is no practical difficulty in identifying any of these parts - no doubt up to and including what the assembly team at the factory and the service crew at the airport had for breakfast that morning - providing you want them to be identified. _________________ Dissolution of the Global Corporations.
