Good bit of campaigning last night. It would definitely be a good idea for us all to visit to our local universities and speak to the students there. Get them thinking before they are completely brainwashed in their future professions. Some of the young people we spoke to initially thought we were there to use scare tactics on them but they soon changed their opinions on that one. Hopefully we can get them to play the DVD "Loose Change" Let's pay them another visit in a couple of weeks.

not wanting to diss the fun and pleasure that people might get from such pursuits, but frankly, I think that pursuing numerology makes the 9/11 truth movement look silly.

as one example, what about all the other hijackers whose names don't add up to 11?

also, the post is self contradictory in that it gives two different flight numbers for the first plane to hit the world trade centre

And to top it all, the bit about verse 9/11 of the Koran is just plain wrong.

I've looked at a couple of different webpages on the Koran, and verse 9/11 goes something like this:

"9.11": But if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, they are your brethren in faith; and We make the communications clear for a people who know.

Now of course all these Koran sites may simply be 'disinfo' - I don't have access to a paper copy of the Koran to make any further checks.

I don't think it would harm the 9/11 truth movement if a little more rigour were pursued when analysing information. No matter how many times we stress the no endorsement policy, sceptics and journalists will always pick up on and attack the weakest information...

By the way, Ian D. Hodgson has 11 letters too, whatever that means...

We're just observing
There's little doubt that they're obsessed with numbers, symbols, rituals
We're just looking for clues
They are in some ways autistic and governed by basal brain structures
I think we are all aware how dumb this stuff must look to outsiders
Please don't dis those looking out for the repetitive patterns they produce, whether for fun or otherwise

Sorry to disappoint you but the Wingding thing was exposed as a hoax about three years ago. Sure, if you type Q33NY in a word processor and then change the font to Wingdings you will get:

Unfortunately, it all falls apart when one tries to verify the initial data. Q33NY is not the flight number of any of the 9/11 aircraft.

i'm really skeptical about these numerology things.
you really can make them appear anywhere.

i do find the 9:11 koran thing quite interesting tho. and the 911 days between 911 and madrid bombings

but its nothing more than a few interesting coincidences i think

When you're adding figures together the most common digit in the results will always be 1 (about 60%) then 2, 3 and so on.

Auditors use this to indicate if accounts have been faked.

I think this goes some way to explaining all these incidences of 1s.

That's why it's so important we get a shop window website up and running asap. The guy from Quake Peace and Service told me they couldn't take us seriously because someone had written on our forum that there was no bomb on the Tavistock Square bus.
