Islamic charitable trusts are very unique and individual in selection of the objectives as well as implementation of strategies to obtain those objectives. There are some of the very common objectives of the social sector organizations as well as some organizational specific. You can find out that there are some general tasks that every social sector organization does, such as; community training. However, the core areas of operation for any organization are always unique and exclusive. They always try to place themselves at a different place and hence try to market themselves at a different place.

Just take the example of Hanifah Community; a social sector organization working for the cause of education in United Kingdom. The special area of operation is child education and early brought of young kids. Basically, when Muslim parents migrate to the non Muslim countries, the biggest they face is the problem of educating their children. In this regard, they want some institute or educational center that may be a source of relief for them by offering Islamic environment for the educational purposes. Additionally, the community offers lots of other social and community related programs as well.

If you peep into the various social sector organizations and their role in the social development, you will come to know that in order to remain ahead of other contributors in the social set up, a charitable trust has to introduce some innovative programs for the cause it is pursuing as agenda. Some of the organizations are based and founded on the basis of shared goals and others are established on the basis of belief or faith. Islamic charities can be taken as the same because they not only follow some dignified cause but they are founded on the basis of doctrine. So, their role becomes very unique and socially dynamic.

There is a misperception that the Muslim NGOs are concerned about the welfare of Muslim populations only. There are certain examples where you can find out that their role as a general social development is far more successful and unique. The Muslim charities in United Kingdom are also in handsome number and they are not only addressing the concerns of the Muslims but also the overall society at large. As listed above that schooling of kids is a very sensitive issue for every parents and the role of Islamic schools in Manchester being run by these trusts becomes more dignified and honored in the community service.
