WE WILL BE OCCUPYING WEST MIDLANDS POLICE HQ FROM SATURDAY TO SUNDAY IN SUPPORT OF THE BURRELL FAMILY. TO DATE THEY HAVE BEEN WAITING 6 MONTHS TO HAVE KINGSLEY BURRELL BODY RELEASED FOR BURIAL DUE TO THE IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission) INVESTIGATION. they say they are still interviewing witnesses."

We are also here in support of all the families & Campaigns across the uk who have lost loved one's to Deaths in Custody we seek JUSTICE for the following.

Father of two Burrell died on March 31 2011 after being picked up by West Midlands Police.
Family members said he had called the police on March 27 because he felt threatened by a group of men while out in Birmingham with his five-year-old son.They said when officers turned up, they detained him under the Mental Health Act - despite his family saying he had no history of mental health illness.He was taken to a hospital, where his family claimed Burrell had mysterious physical injuries and was not allowed to speak to them. Three days later, police were called to the unit. He was later transferred to a mental health facility at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
