Dr. Bill Deagle has been on a government hit list more than once in his life, each time brushing it aside like a common cold. Each time instead of running, hiding and shutting his mouth like a good government hack, he stood his ground, refusing to give into threats and intimidation.
Dr. Deagle, instead of playing the game, did what’s right. He stood his ground, told the truth and defied the odds, since many other whistle blowers have been bumped-off for knowing a lot less.
And to say that Dr. Deagle “has heard too much about too many big things” is an understatement. However, to say that Dr. Deagle, heard some things implicating the government big time is not quite accurate.
It’s not quite accurate since it’s positively necessary to times the “big time” about what he knows by two and then, only then, is the statement even close to being correct.
So what really does the good doctor, a doctor who practices occupational medicine as a biochemist and bacteriologist while treating government employees exposed to radiation and toxic waste, have in his black bag that’s so damaging to the government? What is it that makes the government want to put a 45 caliber bullet through the good doctor’s heart?
Ask this: If you had solid information given to you by credible sources implicating the government conclusively in not only the Oklahoma City bombing but also 9/11, what would you do? Would you run and hide or would you talk?
What would you do if you had two bombshells laid on you in one lifetime when one is probably too much for any man to live with?
In 1995, when this question was posed to Dr. Deagle, he decided to take the high road and talk. He decided to try and alert the American people about the truth, no matter how dangerous.
And today 11 years later Dr. Deagle, who now chooses for safety reasons to live in Canada, is talking louder than ever, even taking his message to the radio air waves twice weekly on the Genesis truth radio network.
Although a media personality by nature, Dr. Deagle decided to do the show to reach more people with the truth and to keep in the public eye in order to stay alive. And knowing what Dr. Deagle knows, it’s a miracle he’s stayed alive this long.
Military Forensic Expert, On Bomb Site Within 24 Hours, Implicates Government In Oklahoma City
Dr. Deagle’s twist of fate that turned him into probably one of the most significant whistle blowers in modern times began about two months after the Oklahoma City bombing when he was treating one of the five government forensic experts in charge toxicology reports and cleaning up the Oklahoma City bomb site.
His “wake-up call to the truth,” as Dr. Deagle likes to call it, came when working at St. Francis Hospital for the Colorado Center of Occupational Medicine, while testing patients for respiratory issues related to chemical exposure.
During a routine check-up of one of the five bomb experts, one of them spilled the beans, telling Dr. Deagle a story that would change the course and direction of his life forever.
The patient, who Dr. Deagle has kept anonymous under the doctor-patient privilege, has since been court-martialed from the military.
“Most of the guys were pretty straight forward with their physical complaints, but this one man looked really frightened, acting like he wanted to tell me something,” said Dr. Deagle this week in an extended telephone conversation from his home in Nova Scotia.
After prodding the patient to open–up and checking a severe rash, the military forensic expert, who arrived at the Oklahoma bombing scene within 24 hours, finally came clean with his story about finding more than the remains of Timothy McVey’s fertilizer truck.

“He told me the building blew up from the inside out and the truck used by McVey was just a decoy,” said Dr. Deagle, who originally aired a partial account of his findings on the Alex Jones truth-radio show. “I remember him saying specifically that he was under orders to leave any radioactive materials in military quarantine or otherwise be shot.”

FBI Head of Bio-Terrorism Tells Dr. Deagle About 9/11 Government Plot in 1999
Three years past after the Ft. Carson incident, the government kept close tabs on Dr, Deagle, tapping his phone and committing other numerous violations of his constitutional privacy rights.
In 1999, he found himself in Denver working at the Rocky Mountain Occupational Medical Center, where he worked closely with the Center of Disease Control (CDC) examining patients, mostly from military facilities, who were exposed to radioactivity and plutonium in a highly contaminated area of Rocky Flats, Colorado.
Then in March of 2001 at a causal lunch during an infectious disease conference in Denver, a high-ranking FBI official, who perhaps had too much wine at lunch, told Dr. Deagle about months in advance about the scenario involving what occurred on 9/11.

Dr. Deagle said he was tipped-off the U.S. government has a hand in bringing about 9/11 at the March 2001 Denver lunch with Jay Reddington, one of top government infectious disease specialist and the CDC FBI directors for bio-terrorism.
“My vessels were popping out of my neck when the FBI head told me there was a 95% chance there would be a large terrorist attack in the upcoming months, using jets as weapons in the Twin Towers,” said Dr. Deagle. “He kept talking about using nukes and dirty bombs to bring down the buildings.
“Of course, you have to remember this was pre-9/11 and during the course of this conversation, everything appeared to be speculation. However, looking back, he must have known something. I am sure of it. In fact, he was confirming at that time there was going to be a terrorist attack that would usher in martial law and the National ID card, which has subsequently been passed into law.
“Also, in February 2002 I went to a bio-terrorism conference in St. Louis and for three days I talked with Delta Force and special ops guys, all of them saying they know 9/11 was staged and that our own government was in control and pulling the strings of terrorism. They warned me that the next event was going to be a radiological event involving six major cities, including Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, Seattle, Boston and San Diego.
“I remember them mentioning those cities and that it would involve dirty bombs and that the suit case nukes already would be pre-placed in core areas of the cities with the help of Mossad agents.
“I want to emphasize that the same scenario was repeated over and over again and these men were angry as they talked how these rogues placed in positions of power were trying to bring about martial law through fear and terrorism. From what I’ve learned. I am almost sure there will be a radiological event within the next 6 to 24 months. ”
Dr. Deagle Continues to Pursue Truth, Knowing the U.S. Government Sponsors Terrorism with Martial Law on the Horizon
Since going public and trying to alert Americans about the truth, Dr. Deagle has moved to Canada for his own safety, but has continued to aggressively research matters concerning the neo-con plot to destroy America under the guise of the New World Order.
A meticulous researcher, Dr. Deagle uncovered the already functioning National ID data base center located at Falcon Air Force Base (renamed Shreevers Air Force Base) as well as an advanced and already functioning military operation to micro-chip all Americans.
Besides these two obvious unconstitutional and evasive measures which invade privacy, he said what disturbs him even more are the complicated and expansive system of underground tunnels and detainment facilities already existing throughout America.
“Something really bad is going to happen in America and that is why I moved my family to Canada,” said Dr. Deagle, who has also been harassed professionally by an organized group trying to black ball him from practicing medicine in Canada even though he holds a valid license in Colorado.
“Through my travels, I had a patient named John Fialla, who worked for the government in the tunnels and underground facilities which are in and around more than 132 U.S. cities and over 4,000 underground structures exist world wide.
“John became ill from working in facilities in Colorado and Mexico. He told me about things going on there, literally involving people from out of this world.”
Besides fearing the obvious use of the underground cities as detention centers, Fialla’s citing, confirmed by another Army Corp. of Engineers worker, Phil Schneider, who recently was found dead, may indicate the presence of an unexplainable malevolent alien presence.
“John said he saw a tall white creature over seven feet tall in one of the underground tunnels in Mexico,” said Dr. Deagle, who remains open-minded about Fialla’s claims, but is continuing to seek further verification, adding that several of the underground structures have been scientifically proven to be excavated more than 300,000 years ago.
Although Dr. Diebold was unaware of any further verification of “Tall Whites,” recently Charles Hall, a former Air Force weather observer, claims he made contact with similar looking tall white creatures while working in an isolated portion of the Nevada desert air force base in Indian Springs.
Hall told similar stories of how these “Tall White’s lived in underground facilities and communicated regularly with higher-ups in the military.
“The reason I started my radio show is to alert more people of what is really going onand to continue searching for truth no matter where it leads,” said Dr. Deagle, adding that he is not worried about destroying his credibility over mentioning the words alien presence.
“We all know Bush is a soft puppet and Cheney is a bull dog. And going up the feed chain we have the international bankers who are pulling the New World Order strings. Now, no one can be sure about the presence of these alien malevolent beings living underground, but if the truth leads in that direction, then so be it.”

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A California congressman said Thursday a House subcommittee he chairs would investigate whether there was a foreign connection to the 1995 bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building.
"We need to answer some very serious questions in order to have confidence that the truth of this monstrous crime is fully known," Republican Rep. Dana Rohrabacher said in a statement.
Rohrabacher, who has conducted an extensive personal inquiry into the bombing, chairs the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee of the International Relations Committee.
Timothy McVeigh was put to death in 2001 for the April 19, 1995, bombing that killed 168 people and injured more than 800 others. His co-defendant, Terry Nichols, is serving state and federal life prison sentences.
Theories have persisted that other suspects not officially identified may have played a role.
A judge in Nichols' 2004 state murder trial ruled there was no substance to defense allegations that McVeigh had links to other unidentified suspects.

A video that shows Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh at a U.S. military base that specializes in explosives and demolition training over a year after he supposedly left the army puts the official story of the April 19 1995 federal building bombing under serious doubt and mandates a re-opening of an investigation into the terror attack that killed 168 people.
The video was released by Bill Bean, a film producer who has suffered intense surveillance and harassment since taking the footage, and is the subject of a February 2007 Hustler Magazine feature story.
On August 3rd 1993, Bean was given a tour of the Camp Grafton military facility in North Dakota as part of a research effort to scout possible shooting locations for a film he was working on. Bean met the Camp Superintendent Col. Dahl and was permitted to film every location he visited.
careful guys, there's some pretty strong proof that the OKC bombing only went as well as it did after one of the bombers met with Al Queda ops in the phillipines....
it'll take some digging, I'm only going off reports from a couple of different books, one's The New Jackals, a pre 11/9 book on Ramzi Yousef and Osama Bin Laden, written after their first attack on the WTC.
Its worth noting that macvie and pals had made several enormous bombs before visiting the phillipines, none of which was anything other than a big, stinky squib. However when they came back, they were able to blow up an enormous federal building.
FYI - the consipracy surrounding OKC is waaaaay more suspicious than the wtc one, Federal officers all given the day off, the local atf contingent supposedly in a lift that had been sealed shut the day before etc. Quite interesting!

New claims by Oklahoma City Bombing conspirator Terry Nichols that Timothy McVeigh was being steered by a high-level FBI official are supported by a plethora of evidence that proves McVeigh did not act alone and that authorities had prior warnings and were complicit in the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah building.
The Salt Lake Tribune reported yesterday,
Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols says a high-ranking FBI official "apparently" was directing Timothy McVeigh in the plot to blow up a government building and might have changed the original target of the attack, according to a new affidavit filed in U.S. District Court in Utah.
The official and other conspirators are being protected by the federal government "in a cover-up to escape its responsibility for the loss of life in Oklahoma," Nichols claims in a Feb. 9 affidavit.
Documents that supposedly help back up his allegations have been sealed to protect information in them, such as Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Utah had no comment on the allegations. The FBI and Justice Department in Washington, D.C., also declined comment.
In another report, the Deseret Morning News named the FBI agent at Larry Potts, but that information has now been sealed by the court.
Potts was no stranger to anti-government confrontations, having been the lead FBI agent at Ruby Ridge in 1992, which led to the shooting death of Vicki Weaver, the wife of separatist Randy Weaver.Potts also was reportedly involved in the 51-day siege of the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas in 1993, which resulted in a fire that killed 81 Branch Davidian followers.
Potts retired from the FBI under intense pressure and criticism for the cover-up of an order to allow agents to shoot anyone seen leaving the Weaver cabin at Ruby Ridge.
"McVeigh said he believed Potts was manipulating him and forcing him to 'go off script,' which I understood meant to change the target of the bombing," Nichols stated.
The affidavit was filed in a lawsuit brought by attorney Jesse Trentadue, whose brother Kenneth was tortured and beaten to death in an Oklahoma City federal prison in 1995. Authorities claimed Trentadue had committed suicide but he was being held in a suicide proof cell at the time and autopsy photos of his body showed he had been shocked with a stun gun, bruised, burned, sliced and then hung.
Jesse Trentadue has amassed evidence that his brother was mistaken for one of Timothy McVeigh's alleged bombing accomplices and in attempting to get him to talk Federal agents went too far and then tried to instigate a cover-up of the murder.
Just like 9/11, the official story of the Oklahoma City Bombing, that McVeigh alone carried out the attack using a fertilizer truck bomb, is contradicted by a plethora of eyewitness account as well as physical and circumstantial evidence.
- In early April 1995 a Ryder truck identical to the one used in the bombing was filmed by a pilot during an overflight of of an area near Camp Gruber-Braggs, Oklahoma. A June 17th, 1997 Washington Post article authenticates the photos as being exactly what they appear to be, photos of a Ryder truck in a clandestine base at Camp Gruber-Braggs. Why were the military in possession of a Ryder truck housed in a remote clandestine army base days before the Alfred P. Murrah bombing?
- In a 1993 letter to his sister, McVeigh claimed that he was approached by military intelligence and had joined an "elite squad of government paid assassins." McVeigh often contradicted himself and changed his story on a whim to fit in with the latest government version of events. Is the Camp Grafton footage evidence of McVeigh's enrollment in such a clandestine program?

- Multiple reports of Arabs at the scene assisting McVeigh were ignored and surveillance tapes were withheld under national security. The likely reason for this was the fact that Bush senior and Clinton were responsible for bringing in nearly 1,000 Iraqi soldiers captured by U.S. forces during the 1991 Persian Gulf War, some of whom were involved in the bombing.
- The FBI claimed McVeigh scouted the Alfred P. Murrah building weeks before the bombing and yet on the morning of the attack he stopped at a local gas station to ask directions, lending credibility to the new claims that he was being controlled by other conspirators and that the target of the bombing had been changed.
- Original reports of two explosions and several failed devices being defused by bomb squads were buried by the establishment as the official explanation that McVeigh acted alone was pushed. Scientific analysis conducted by General Benton K. Partin revealed core columns were blown out from within the building and the extensive damage to the Alfred P. Murrah building was completely inconsistent with the explanation of a single and relatively weak fertilizer truck bomb.
- Many eyewitnesses reported that bomb squads in full reaction gear were seen around the building immediately before the blast. Police officer Terence Yeakey, who helped save dozens of victims, was one such witness. Yeakey compiled extensive files on his observations but was later found with his throat and wrists slashed having also been shot in the head after he had told friends he was being followed by authorities.
- Several individuals received prior warning that the bombing was about to take place. Bruce Shaw, who rushed to the Murrah building to find his wife who was employed there with the Federal Credit Union, testified that an ATF agent told him that ATF staff had been warned on their pagers not to come to work that day.
- The aftermath of the bombing led to the passage of the Omnibus Crime Bill and the demonization of the 'Patriot Movement', which was spreading like wildfire as opposition to federal government abuse grew following the events at Ruby Ridge and Waco. The consequences of the Oklahoma City Bombing effectively dismantled the Patriot Movement before the turn of the century.
In December, we reported on a video that shows McVeigh at a U.S. military base that specialized in explosives and demolition training over a year after he supposedly left the army. The tape, released by film producer Bill Bean, was the subject of a Hustler Magazine feature story.
Appearing last night on George Noory's Coast to Coast broadcast, America's biggest late night radio show, Alex Jones said he expected to talk to Jesse Trentadue imminently and it was further suggested by Noory that he and Jones should travel to Nichols' prison to interview him in person.

The magnitude of the allegations made by Nichols in his declaration have been deliberately undermined by the all but complete ignorance of the mainstream media to report on them. Besides a smattering of initial reports about Nichols fingering an FBI agent as having directed McVeigh in the bombing, the corporate media have completely blacklisted the issue despite the Internet release of Nichols' declaration in PDF format by this website on Friday, courtesy of Attorney Jesse Trentadue.
If Osama bin Laden or one of the other alleged masterminds behind 9/11 publicly accused Dick Cheney as having helped facilitate 9/11, would the media be interested? Why is press coverage so sparse when this testimony fundamentally contradicts the official version of a major chapter in American history? The question answers itself - the establishment is complicit in burying these revelations while Americans are bombarded with 24/7 drivel about Anna Nicole Smith and Britney Spears shaving her head.
The more attention this story receives, the heavier the push will be for Nichols to give video testimony - a development that would likely trigger calls for a completely fresh investigation of the event. In addition, Nichols' description of the bomb he helped McVeigh build does not match with official accounts of the device used in the attack, lending further credence to evidence that strongly suggests only bombs planted within the Alfred P. Murrah building, which were initially reported by TV news stations, could have caused the damage inflicted.
Trentadue was interviewed for a BBC documentary on the Oklahoma City bombing which will air this Sunday in the UK. The program has a different producer to the 9/11 hit piece show which was part of the same series and is expected to present hard hitting evidence of a cover-up.
After the Alex Jones Show broke the story yesterday, the BBC itself released a detailed article on their website focusing on Coulson's revelations.
The FBI man in charge of collecting evidence from the government building destroyed by the Oklahoma bomb has called for the case to be reopened.
Former deputy assistant director Danny Coulson has told the BBC programme The Conspiracy Files that he questions whether everyone involved was caught.
Mr Coulson said a federal grand jury is now needed to find out what really happened: "We have victims here and we have victims' families and we don't even know the answers. And the answer is frankly for a federal grand jury."
He argues this is the only way to prove whether other people were involved in the bombing in a wider conspiracy beyond Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols, who was also convicted of manslaughter and conspiracy and sentenced to life in jail.
Talking to the Alex Jones Show, Jesse Trentadue stated that Coulson, then-director of the FBI's Terrorist Task Force and founding commander of the bureau's Hostage Rescue Team, "Spoke candidly and at length about the Oklahoma City bombing and the investigation."

Coulson (pictured above) has a very interesting connection to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah building himself, leading many to allege that he was part of the conspiracy.
According to reports, Coulson checked into an Oklahoma City hotel the night before the April 19 1995 bombing, despite claims at the time that he was in Texas on the morning of the attack.
Receipts from the Embassy Suites Hotel show Coulson checked in nine hours before the bombing.
"Evidence of Coulson's clandestine trip fits squarely with a substantial body of details found in hundreds of pages of other official documents obtained [via Freedom of Information Act requests] revealing weeks of planning by an elite corps of drug and counterterrorism experts who were closely monitoring members of various far-right groups they considered religious extremists and threats to the safety and security of the nation," reported the McCurtain Daily Gazette.
Despite these suspicions, according to Trentadue, Coulson goes on record this weekend to testify that McVeigh had high-level help from as yet unpunished individuals.
"He was ordered out of the Justice Department not to pursue the Elohim City involvement in the bombing....it's my understanding that he says its his belief that Strassmeir was an agent working for a foreign government," said the Attorney.
Andreas Strassmeir, a former German military intelligence officer, was a ringleader at the Elohim City white supremacist compound where he trained willing recruits in guerilla warfare and terrorism. He is accused by many of being one of the several government provocateurs that were steering McVeigh and helping him obtain the materials and skills to carry out the bombing.
"I was told Mr .Coulson goes on camera and said he believes that a grand jury should be reconvened to investigate the Elohim City connection to the Oklahoma City bombing," said Trentadue.
Asked what the impact would be if a new investigation was allowed to go forward Trentadue responded, "It would destroy Hillary Clinton's campaign, it would result in the loss of careers of some high level people within various law enforcement agencies and the federal government, and it would probably result in a good number of them being prosecuted and sent to jail."

A former FBI agent, turned whistleblower, said he received "credible information from several friends at the Bureau" that Oklahoma City bomber, Timothy McVeigh, is still alive and living in South America.
Long time FBI agent and self-proclaimed hit man, John Peeler, made this startling revelation Wednesday on Greg Szymanski's radio show, the Investigative Journal, now airing exclusively on the Republic Broadcasting Network from 11am to 1pm Monday thru Friday at www.rbnlive.com
"It was all smoke and mirrors and McVeigh was never executed," said Peeler, adding he knew McVeigh was selected as a government patsy to pull of the Oklahoma City bombing.
"Several friends at the Bureau told me if I ever wanted to talk with him, it could easily be arranged. McVeigh is living in South America and he has had plastic surgery. Further, McVeigh wasn't the first selection to blow up the federal building as the original patsy didn't work out.
"I knew McVeigh personally and we both were working undercover for the Bureau when I first met him. He was an MK-Ultra experiment and they messed with his mind big time. After coming forward publicly with this information, I was hauled into the FBI and given a lie detector test which I passed with flying colors."
Peeler openly said on the radio show that he has been called a "jack boot thug" more than once in his life, even calling himself "the worst of the worst" for the downright "dirty assignments" he took on as a longtime FBI agent.
"I worked behind the scenes or had inside information about Waco, Ruby Ridge, Oklahoma City and 9/11," added Peeler. "I was also given the assignment to bring down Pastor Tony Alamo, who was an good person and squeaky clean. They wanted him out of the way in Arkansas because he knew how dirty and wouldn't support Bill and Hillary Clinton. When we couldn't get him on anything, I recommended we get set him on tax evasion charges which were of course bogus. I have since apologized Pastor Alamo and he has accepted my apology."
And for years, the veteran undercover FBI agent worked underground basically as a hit man or infiltrator, trying to nip in the bud any patriot or militia movement threatening the New World Order agenda, being privy to exactly how the government staged terrorist events like Oklahoma City and 9/11 in order to further the Illuminati agenda leading to World War III and the destruction of the West.
"I was basically one of them, a part of the New World Order," he said.
"I had a deep loyalty for America and justified my actions by thinking I was protecting my country. For a long time, I just didn't understand how the people giving the orders, including those in the White House, were deceitful, corrupt and actually trying to bring about the destruction of America.
"After 9/11, I started putting the pieces together, started connecting the dots and now fully realize from the firsthand facts I obtained while working for the FBI that Oklahoma City and 9/11 were inside jobs."
And the moment Peeler finally realized the government officials he served were "the real criminals" and he was just another minion or hired gun carrying out their dirty work, there was no turning back, as he turned in his badge and gun for a loud whistle around his neck in order to spread the truth.
Instead keeping quiet and taking the easy way out, Peeler decided to make amends for his actions by going public with his knowledge about how the use government staged Waco and Ruby Ridge, as well as providing key information about the U.S. government's role in bringing about Oklahoma City and 9/11.
"These are not conspiracy theories," said Peeler. "This is based on facts I know, leading to the conclusion that Oklahoma City and 9/11, without question, were inside government jobs."
And when Peeler refused to "play ball" with the powers that be, the hammer was slammed down hard. It was slammed down hard since it is well-known the New World Order thugs "plays for keeps," especially with people from the inside who try to leak out damaging information.
"I've had many death threats and close calls since I went public in 2001," said Peeler. "But they decided to go after my son, who was in the military, framing him for a murder he didn't commit. There was no credible physical evidence, no credible testimony, no body, no nothing. It was a frame job from the beginning to get at me and now my son sits in jail serving a life sentence for a crime he didn't commit."
Peeler said he was trying to raise public awareness to have his son's case revisited in order to obtain his release since working "inside the system with the corrupted judiciary" provides no hope for justice being served.
In another interview Peeler posted on his blog at www.johnpeeler.blogspot.com he had this to say about the inside information he obtained, leading to the public indictment against the U.S. government's criminal actions, crimes against humanity and crimes against the people of the United States.
"That's right. I volunteered and worked undercover for the United States government. I had the best intentions in the world. In 1988, the [Ku Klux] Klan was burning black churches here in Arkansas and the surrounding southern areas. But anyway, what I''m saying is a real, real complicated mess. I would like for you to pray for my son and myself. I''m no longer with the United States government.
"The only way I''m with the government now is they harass me on a regular basis and trying to figure out some way to put me in jail. The FBI came to my home a few weeks ago and threatened me. Then they forced me to take a polygraph test. I took a polygraph test, and I passed it. They are real upset because I no longer do deals for them. But they did me really dirty. What happened, I volunteered and went undercover for the government in 1988.
"They had a list of people that they had me to get to know these people, get involved with them, and then find out all about them. But most of the people who were on the list were really bad people. Most of these people were like Wilbur Hale, the high Phineas priest, the KKK, him and Richard Wayne Snell. Let me tell you what precipitated this in my conversation with you. What happened, I get Tony Alamo''s newsletters most of the time. Sometimes I look at them better than others, but this last one, when I read about the Pearl Harbor thing, it sent shivers through my spine. It really did, because I was involved with a lot of the things that he''s talking about in there. I know for a fact that he''s one hundred percent correct. You see, Another Pearl Harbor."
Having a wealth of stored up information, damaging to the New World Order hierarchy, including the former President Clinton and Bush, Peeler added:
"I personally knew William Jefferson Clinton, also known as William Jefferson Blythe. I know the people in the Secret Service, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and many of these agencies work the same way. They have what they call the Violent Crime Task Force, and they go after people they want. Pastor Alamo is not violent.
"He preaches love and peace, to my knowledge, but he is on this list. He didn''t sell out to the government and say what the government wants people to say, that the government is good and righteous and is doing right for the people, which they''re not doing. But one of the warnings that I want to give to Pastor Alamo right now is, you notice a lot of people in the United States are dying of cancer. Now this is a scenario, okay, that could happen, okay.
"The FBI, BATF, CIA, the CIA officially did not work for the United States, but they did work in the United States and do a lot of things, but now under the new Anti-Terrorist Act and the Homeland Security Act, they can legally work in the United States, but I knew CIA agents that have been working in the United States for years doing deals.
In another admission, Peeler talks about how he knew the FBI planted a bomb in the car of Earth First environmental activist, Judi Bari, almost killing her but later finished off the job in a more sinister and diabolical way.
Trying to connect the dots of the New World Order high command, Peeler said he knew first hand all roads lead to the, adding the U.S. law enforcement agencies are really enforcing the Pope in Rome's diabolical will on U.S. citizens.
Saying that all of the secret societies pretending to be the servants and the protectors of not only the U.S. citizens but the citizens of the world are, in reality, working under the control of the evil powers that have taken over the Vatican, the real marching orders coming from Rome and then carried out throughout the world.
Regarding David Koresh, Peeler said that the BATF, DEA, and FBI's plan from the start was to kill him, never intending anything else.
"The whole plan was to kill David Koresh and as many of his followers as they could. Three weeks before the massacre, they told me they were calling it a turkey shoot," said Peeler.
"I volunteered to go to the Waco turkey shoot, Peeler said, ""They [the government] told me they were taking the most ammunition, the most weapons they ever took in the United States to a bust and that they didn't plan to take David Koresh alive. They planned to kill him. I was also involved in the Oklahoma bombing and the World Trade Center number one and number two attacks."
Regarding 9/11, Peeler added:
"It was another Pearl Harbor. Just like they said on the History Channel not too long ago, there were many people from the President, and the top upper echelons of the [Roman-controlled] United States government, that knew it was going to happen and let it happen.
"Now, since World War II, when the CIA was started, they got a lot of the old German high command and German officers of the SS and worldwide intelligence divisions, and had them to help them start the Central Intelligence Agency, and used a lot of their techniques that they had used over there [in Germany], that are very unfortunate that they have continued and passed down these techniques of going after certain people and certain organizations, for their religious or political affiliations."

This study has been undertaken and this report has been prepared in order to develop parametric data for use in analyzing the event of April 19, 1995 in which the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building was destroyed by a terrorist attack utilizing explosive compounds.
Due to a limited amount of information in the public domain regarding blast effects against structures, a study was undertaken in which photographic data combined with known test parameters was analyzed to provide baseline data for estimating the effectiveness of explosive devices against reinforced concrete structures. The maximum potential blast pressure is used as the determinate factor in establishing resistance to blast and overall blast effect.
A study was conducted to map the pressure regions on a vertical face wall of a reinforced concrete test structure to provide baseline data. Data for the study was obtained from General Benton K. Partin, USAF (Ret). This information was supplied to him at his request by the Armament Directorate, Wright Laboratory, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. A copy of this memorandum can be found in Appendix B.
Utilizing data from this study various conclusions can be drawn about the nature and components of the event of April 19, 1995 at the Murrah Federal Building.
This report is limited in scope to providing basic data and furnishing certain limited conclusions about the events in Oklahoma City and is being produced as part of a larger more detailed study of the events which occurred there.
TEST STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION
This test structure constructed at Eglin Air Force Base while not as large as the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City has many similarities and therefore provides an excellent source for data.
The Eglin Test Structure (ETS) was constructed of reinforced concrete and had a footprint of 80 feet in length and 40 feet in width. The ETS was comprised of three stories with a total height of 30 feet. The ETS is similar to Murrah in its basic layout with three rows of columns in the long axis and a series of narrow bays in the shorter axis. The ETS was constructed of six inch thick concrete panels similar to the six inch thick floor panels of Murrah. In addition a series of 14 inch square columns supported the panels in the corners of each room and at the edge of the floor panels. This configuration bears a similarity to the Murrah building system of columns, T-beams and floor panels.

This ETS does not appear to the have the extensive series of piers that the Murrah Building had for its' foundation. The ETS appears to be built on a spread footing which would be consistent with the design in the area of Eglin Air Force Base. The walls and columns are monolithically poured one story at a time. On top of the column the next floor and edge beam combination is formed then poured and then the next story is formed and poured on top of this. The building appears to have several cold joints in the walls thereby producing a structure that has diminished strength. The normal concrete strength utilized in this type of construction and in this area of the country is 3,000 psi. The Murrah building was constructed with 4,000 psi concrete and it would be reasonable to expect that the Murrah building concrete would have tested in the area of 4,500 psi or above on April 19, 1995.
Steel reinforcement for the ETS is provided by a single layer of #4 (1/2") rebar placed 18 inches on center in the wall and floor panels and the columns which are 14 inches square appear to have two #4 rebar vertical reinforcing bars. The reinforcement in the Murrah Federal building by contrast was much greater, with approximately five times the amount of steel in a typical floor panel. Typical reinforced would call for two layers of #5 rebar with a spacing of nine inches.
The ETS while similar to Murrah must be considered an inferior structure in terms of strength and blast resistance, however direct application of the data will be used to estimate probable damage to the Murrah Federal Building even though the Murrah Federal Building should be expected to provide significantly more blast resistance than the ETS.

The ETS while having a slab on grade and a second floor 10 feet above the first and the third 10 feet above the second was not constructed with a roof panel as can be seen in the photo of the structure. This lack of roof panel it should be noted reduces the overall rigidity of the structure and in particular the third story wall panels making the third story more susceptible to damage from an explosive device.
While no age for the ETS is given, it is known that this is a purpose built test structure and all indicators are that the testing was conducted soon after the structure was completed thereby ruling out additional strength development by the concrete as a function of time. This process is normal to concrete as the strength ratings for concrete are for 28 day cures. Concrete while attaining the specified strength in 28 days will continue to increase in strength over time as a natural process.
In general it can be noted that the ETS exhibits some minor flaws in construction but it can be generally assumed to have been constructed correctly due to the general appearance as shown in the photos. The reinforcement however is not up to industry standards as a general rule for structural purposes. This structure is actually more indicative of some structures to be found in third world countries and is not representative of concrete structures to be found in the United States.
BLAST EFFECT TEST SERIES
The United States Air Force conducted a series of live fire tests on the ETS in order to demonstrate-determine the efficacy of various weapon systems components and explosives. Three different explosive tests were conducted on the ETS.
The first test used 704 lbs. of Tritonal which is equivalent to 830 lbs. of TNT or roughly 2,200 lbs. of properly prepared Ammonium Nitrate and Fuel Oil mixture. Because this test most closely parallels the Truck bomb at the Murrah Building this test will be of particular interest to this report. The device was placed 25 feet from the vertical surface of the 40 foot side wall of the ETS. It was encased in a light aluminum case thereby closely duplicating the lightweight enclosure of the device used on the Murrah Federal Building. This is important because the Murrah device was composed of ammonium nitrate - fuel oil contained in blue plastic drums in the back of the Ryder truck, which either was constructed of aluminum skin or of plastic laminate on the cargo body itself. This is in contrast to the other devices in the testing which had heavy casings around the explosive. The heavy casings while providing shrapnel which then causes damage, consume a lot of the energy of the explosive in order to break up the casing itself. This energy consumption is manifested in a reduced peak blast pressure in the shock wave which emanates from the explosion. It is a tradeoff in which a denser mass (bomb casing) is accelerated and causes damage by colliding with the target. This effect will be described in looking at test two and three.
The second test used a standard Mk-82 warhead placed inside the structure on the first floor approximately four feet from the exterior wall. The Mk-82 is a heavy cased weapon designed to hit its' target and provide damage from the case fragmenting and becoming shrapnel when the explosive is detonated as well the damage provided from the resultant shock wave which follows the shrapnel. the casing provides close in mechanical coupling of the blast energy which is always preferable to attempting to destroy a target with an air coupled blast wave. Figure three provided by Wright Laboratory shows a large area of catastrophic structural failure resultant from the target being damaged by first the shrapnel and then in a weakened condition the blast wave which follows. This is a good example of what direct mechanical coupling of explosive energy can produce in terms of damage when contrasted with damage produced from air coupled blast waves alone.
Analysis of the photograph (figure 3) of the post-test structure shows nearly complete destruction of the wall panel and column from the first floor. This is due to damage caused by the shrapnel effect of the bomb casing striking the structure at high velocities and causing the concrete to shatter from the impact. Blast wave effect upon the column would be negligible while the overpressure generated from the explosion of the device placed internally would exceed the limits of the six inch panel. However due to the light reinforcement, peripheral damage caused by loads induced from the panel deflections would be highly improbable due to insufficient reinforcing steel to carry the loads before complete break-up of the panel. While the second floor panel had direct pressure damage, the third floor panel is indicative of gravity induced failure caused by the damage to the wall panel, column, and second floor panel from the Mk-82 warhead on the first floor.

The third test involved a 250 lb. class penetrating type warhead with an explosive charge equivalent to 35 lbs. of TNT. Once again as can be seen in the image in Figure three as supplied by Wright Laboratory, the damage caused by even a small amount of explosive when mechanically coupled to the target can be considerable. In this case the Mk-82 device was placed on the second floor in an outside corner approximately 2.5 feet from the walls. As in the case of the Mk-82 warhead, considerable damage is actually produced by the shrapnel effect of the casing of the device itself. It should also be noted that the second test involving the Mk-82 warhead was conducted adjacent to this area. The second test occurred to the right of the third test area as shown in the photograph.
Two things should be noted from the photo. The first item is that the area was cleaned and the remaining second and third floor panels were removed prior to the third test. A visual reference can be seen in the ladder from the Figure four photograph, this ladder can be seen just to the left of the damaged area in figure three. The generally smooth appearance of the third floor support beam in Figure four indicates that the structure was constructed with cold joints in certain areas and is not truly monolithic in terms of floor construction. This condition reduces the stiffness of the structure as well as its total strength. The second item is some of the damage shown in Figure four, particularly in the case of the first floor panel must be attributed to the second test and not the third. This damage also provides the third test with a locally weakened structure so as to effectively produce somewhat more damage than would be effected by the same explosive device on an undamaged structure.
Figure four also provides an excellent example of erosion damage caused by the bomb casing. The second floor column in the blast area shows a definite pattern of damage caused by the bomb case fragments impacting and shattering the concrete. This is manifested by the irregular pattern on the edges as can be seen in the photograph. Also bare rebar can be seen in the third floor bean just to the left of the column where this type of damage has occurred. This shows the pattern of damage in which concrete is damaged by debris and then carried away in the trailing shock wave.

This photograph also reveals the inherent toughness of concrete, in that much of the structure is remaining even after significant damage caused by the third test.
It should be noted that both the Mk-82 and the 250 lb. penetrator are designed for gravity drop from aircraft and not for static deployment as was the case in these series of tests on the ETS.
The first test is of particular interest because of the similarities to the Murrah Building device and conditions, however tests two and three are of interest because they show the inherent resistance of monolithically constructed reinforced concrete structures and the characteristics of damage caused by mechanical coupling of the explosive forces to the target.
ANALYSIS OF THE FIRST BLAST EFFECT TEST
Detailed analysis of the first blast effect test was undertaken in order to provide a baseline for predictive yield points of reinforced concrete in explosive conditions. The method devised was to compile a matrix of the maximum potential blast pressure for the face of the structure as calculated from the maximum possible yield of the aluminum cased device based upon the information supplied by the Armament Directorate at Wright Laboratory, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
A pressure map matrix was prepared for the vertical face of the structure by mapping the structure in a one foot grid with allowance for the 1.22 foot radius of the explosive material. This pressure map matrix was then transferred to the stations laid out on an elevation of the north face. The maximum potential blast pressures at various damage areas could thus be noted in this manner. The entire pressure map matrix is found in Appendix A of this study.
Maximum potential blast pressure was calculated by using the straight line distance from the center of the explosive device to the station of the face of the test structure. Maximum potential blast pressure is calculated as the inverse function of the distance (in radius units) cubed, or it can be expressed as the following equation:
p2 = p1 / (d*d*d) or p2 = p1 / d3
where:
p1 is the blast pressure of the explosive (in this case TNT is 1,500,000psi.)
p2 is the blast pressure at the distance from the center of the device
d is the distance expressed in radius units of the sphere of explosive material (in the case of TNT 830 lbs. is a sphere of 2.4 feet in diameter therefore producing a radius of 1.2 feet)
In this equation the explosive material is assumed to be in spherical form.
Straight line distances for the matrix were calculated with standard trigonometric right triangle equations with the center of the explosive device placed at 25 feet from the vertical face per the data given by the Armament Directorate, and 1.2 feet from the horizontal plane which is assumed to be the ground. Maximum dynamic pressure or maximum potential blast pressure occurred at a point 20 feet from the corner of the building in the center of the face and 1.2 feet in altitude from the ground, the maximum pressure at this point is calculated at 174.3 psi.
It should be noted that these are maximum potential blast pressures and actual pressures can be affected by the final configuration of the explosive, chemical efficiency of the explosive charge ambient conditions such as temperature and pressure at the site. Also the actual pressure experienced by the test structure in the case of the first test could be higher due to reflectance caused by the placement of the explosive directly on the ground. This is in contrast to the Murrah truck bomb where the center of the device was some six feet above the street thereby allowing a four foot air gap which would significantly reduce this phenomenon.
Analysis of the ETS was conducted without adding a factor for reflectance which in effect then produces a lower possible yield point pressure for damage. This provides a very conservative damage estimation tool for analyzing the expected damage potential of any air coupled explosive device, thereby insuring that the results produced will not result in higher allowable pressures for anticipating damage in reinforced concrete structures.
Because the explosive device was located on the ETS face center line, the determinate factor in assessing damage from the blast is a symmetrical pattern of damage on both the left and right halves of the face. Damage not manifested in a symmetrical pattern is classified as peripheral and is caused by the local stiffness of the reinforced concrete panel as an indirect product of the blast wave.

In viewing the post test photo of the ETS from the first test it is important to note the lack of damage caused by shrapnel from the explosion. This is consistent with lightly cased explosive devices and in particular with air coupled blast damage. The reinforcing steel can still be seen in place on the photograph showing in particular the failure mode of the concrete panel. In the case of the air coupled blast wave, the concrete simply breaks up as its' elastic limit is reached leaving the steel reinforcement in place. This is important to note because the yield strength of the steel is approximately 20 times higher than that of the concrete which surrounds it. As the concrete breaks up the steel remains unaffected other than some deflection as the concrete moves. The force required to deflect or bend the #4 rebar is quite low and can easily be duplicated by hand efforts by the typical adult. The other item of importance to note is that the 14 inch columns and beams remain unaffected either by the blast pressure wave or by stresses produced by the reinforcing steel as the six inch concrete panels breakup. As the concrete panels break up some pulling force or tension is generated upon the length of the reinforcing bars and is absorbed by the columns and beams to which they are anchored.

The vertical face of the ETS in test one experienced a range of maximum blast pressure from 34 psi to 174 psi. Maximum blast pressure on the first floor wall panel of which the six inch panel was completely destroyed ranged from 74 psi to the maximum experienced of 174 psi. The second floor which experienced serious damage to the wall panels had a range of maximum blast pressures of 53 psi to 141 psi. Three third floor which experienced no damage had maximum blast pressures of 34 psi to 84 psi.
In examining the resultant pressures and the damage caused by the test, a general selection has been made of 70 psi as being the yield factor for six inch concrete panel of 3,000 psi strength and light steel reinforcement. While the third floor panels experienced blast pressures in excess of 70 psi to the maximum of 84 areas, it is generally felt that the area experiencing 70 psi to the maximum of 84 psi is small and has been generally discounted in arriving at the 70 psi figure. This figure will be used to identify the probable damage zones from a blast pressure wave resulting from the detonation of 4,800 lbs. of Ammonium Nitrate - Fuel Oil (ANFO) as it relates to six inch concrete panel which is the primary component of the Murrah Federal Building floors. It should be noted that this pressure value is relevant for blast pressure waves striking panels from other than right angles do so with reduced effectiveness, as the angle increases the effectiveness is reduced. A blast pressure wave striking a target at 45 degrees has only 70% effectiveness i.e.: the target while struck with 100 psi would only reasonably absorb or experience approximately 70 psi. of blast pressure.
The blast pressure overlay while not directly taking into account these angles, is relevant to the Murrah explosion because the truck placement roughly correlates to the placement of the device in the ETS test when comparing relative placement of structure and configuration of that structure. Because of a variety of factors inherent to explosions, it is impossible to exactly duplicate some effects down to the tiniest detail, however by choosing the weaker structure (ETS) as our basis for estimating potential damage from blast effect, an essentially accurate estimate of anticipated damage can be formulated from these results.
RELATING THE EGLIN TEST DATA TO THE MURRAH FEDERAL BUILDING
The bombing of the Murrah Federal Building and the resulting collapse of so much of the building has raised many questions as to the efficacy of the truck bomb. Utilizing the data from the Eglin Test Series it is possible to produce an expected radius from the center of the device in which damage to six inch panels would be expected. The floor panels in Murrah are of the same thickness and starting with the third floor have a similar positional relationship with the explosive device. The second floor panels terminate some ten feet inside the north line of the building and are placed so as to be roughly perpendicular with the blast wave direction of travel.
The columns and beams of the Murrah building are anticipated to behave in roughly the same manner as their counterparts on the ETS. While some maximum blast pressures will be higher than those experienced on the ETS the Murrah columns and beams are much larger, constructed of higher strength concrete, have many times more steel reinforcement and are ballasted by the weight of the building, factors not present in the ETS, which had no damage to the columns and beams after the fire test.
The floor panels are far more susceptible to blast pressure damage due to their large surface area and small cross section, the wall panels of the ETS demonstrated this phenomenon in the first test as well as in the second and third.
The floor panels in the Murrah Federal Building as outlined earlier had approximately five times as much steel reinforcement for a given cross section as the ETS. The larger contrast however is in the columns and beams where the steel fill in the Murrah Building was much higher than the ETS in most cases by a factor of 10 or more. In addition while the ETS did not use stirrups in its' columns and beams the Murrah Federal Building did, thereby increasing strength to a level far above the ETS.
In identifying the areas of probable damage on the Murrah Federal Building we must first determine at what radius from the device will manifest a blast pressure of 70 psi or more. It is within this radius that we would find predicted damage potential to the six inch panel in the structure. To find the distance we must know the blast pressure of ammonium nitrate and the diameter of the explosive material based upon the total weight. To find the distance we can use the following equation:

p1 is the blast pressure of the explosive (in this case ANFO is 500,000psi.)
dr is the distance expressed in radius units of the sphere of explosive material (in the case of ANFO 4,800 lbs. is a sphere of 4.4 feet in diameter therefore producing a radius of 2.2 feet)
70 is the blast pressure expressed in pounds per square inch (psi) at the point we are seeking the radius distance for.
In this equation the explosive material is assumed to be in spherical form.
The distance in feet can then be calculated by the following equation:

d is the distance from the center of the explosive material expressed in feet
dr is the distance expressed in radius units of the sphere of explosive material (in the case of ANFO 4,800 lbs. is a sphere of 4.4 feet in diameter therefore producing a radius of 2.2 feet)
In this equation the explosive material is assumed to be in spherical form.
It can therefore be expected that within a radius of 42.37 feet from the center of the explosive, any six inch reinforced concrete panel positioned so as to have a major face perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the travel path of the blast pressure wave from the explosion would be damaged. This damage would be in general be confined to the six inch panel itself and based upon the findings in the ETS first test, that damage would be found in the center of the panel as defined by framing of larger structural members and then would be expected to radiate outward.
A limited area of the third and fourth floors of the Murrah Federal Building immediately adjacent to the position of the Ryder truck would be affected. On the third floor a roughly circular shape extending 25 feet into the building and approximately 40 feet down the north face of the building from a center point of the explosive which was located some 14.5 feet north of the north face of the building. This circular area contained approximately 1,250 square feet of six inch panel, it should be noted that the northern edge of the third floor terminated with a transfer beam of some three foot in width and five feet in depth. This beam carried the load from the remaining six floors and the roof which was transferred to it by a column placed in the middle of its' 40 foot span. The transfer beam itself weighed 60,000 lbs. and was found essentially intact and undamaged by the effects of the blast pressure wave.
The fourth floor panel that experienced 70 psi and above was limited to a roughly circular shaped pattern of approximately 400 square feet. In the case of both the third and fourth floor some failure of the six inch panel would be expected to be found in the center of each panel's 16 foot span and emanating outward. In general a central rupture with loss of concrete would be expected based upon the post test appearance of the ETS.

Because the floor panels were supported by T-beams running north-south every 20 feet and these T-beams were of 22 inches depth and 48 inches width the floor panels were only 16 feet in width between the beams. Due to the sizing and mass of the T-beams they should remain unaffected as in the case of the 14 inch beams on the ETS. The six inch panels on the Murrah building should be expected to have additional resistance when compared to the ETS because they are in the horizontal plane and have the effect of gravity which provides some measure of dampening whereas the ETS panels were in the vertical plane without the effect of gravity. In addition no floor damage to the second or third floors of the ETS in the first test can be seen in the photograph or was noted in the memorandum from Wright Laboratory. This fact suggests that more than the 70 psi threshold is required to damage floor panels in events similar to the Murrah bombing or the ETS first test.
No peripheral damage would be expected from transfer of loads imposed by the explosion on the panels to the structure because as demonstrated on the ETS concrete separates from the steel reinforcement before sufficient tension can be supplied to the rebar to overload the support members. In the case of the Murrah building although the rebar is slightly larger 5/8" versus 1/2" in diameter and spaced 9" on center as opposed to 18" on center the panel would be expected to rupture in the center long before sufficient loads can be imposed on the structural members that would even approach exceeding structural limits.

CONCLUSION
While the truck bomb at the Murrah Building, and the test device at the ETS were not identical devices with identical conditions, the two events have similarities that are significant enough for comparison. Further with the ETS having less integral strength than the Murrah Federal Building conclusions drawn directly from the ETS have a built in margin of error thereby eliminating the likelihood of drawing erroneous conclusions with respect to the minimal effects anticipated from an explosive blast.
It should also be noted that the test device at Eglin had the benefit of highly trained individuals constructing it. Furthermore the explosive material was small enough to be assembled in a single dense package and was of a high energy compound thereby assuring peak performance.
The Murrah device was composed of individual drums of approximately 600 lbs. maximum capacity. Eight drums would be the minimum required containment for 4,800 lbs. of ANFO. By having the explosive mixture in many containers efficiency is lost because the explosive is not densely packed. With air gaps between the drums they become in effect eight separate explosive devices working in unison. Efficiency would also be reduced if detonation was not obtained simultaneously by all eight barrels. If some of the barrels depended upon others for detonation you have what would in effect be staggered explosions, while for all purposes these would be indistinguishable, this would result in a variety of shock waves leaving the assembly at different times.
The air gaps would also result in the barrels attempting to cancel each other out as the individual shock waves meet in the air gap. The net effect would be to produce an initial shock wave pattern that is elliptical in nature and would result in much of the explosive energy taking a focus directly vertical from the assembly. While the pattern would eventually circularize and form a spherical shape much energy and therefore efficiency is lost in this transition.
Because ANFO is also a low energy explosive (approximately 30% that of TNT) and due to the inherent inefficiency of eight barrels forming the explosive assembly, it is doubtful that the device produced blast pressures close to the calculated maximum potential blast pressure. This being the case it is doubtful that the radius of damage even approached the 42.37 foot range as calculated herein.
Due to these conditions it is impossible to ascribe the damage that occurred on April 19, 1995 to a single truck bomb containing 4,800 lbs. of ANFO. In fact the maximum predicted damage to the floor panels of the Murrah Federal building is equal to approximately 1% of the total floor area of the building. Furthermore due to the lack of symmetrical damage pattern at the Murrah Building it would be inconsistent with the results of the ETS test one to state that all of the damage to the Murrah Building is the result of the truck bomb.
The damage to the Murrah Federal Building is consistent with damage resulting from mechanically coupled devices placed locally within the structure as there are certain similarities with the resultant damage to the Murrah Building and with tests two and three.
It must be concluded that the damage at the Murrah Federal Building is not the result of the truck bomb itself, but rather due to other factors such as locally placed charges within the building itself. As can be seen from the tests conducted at Eglin Air Force Base under known conditions producing damage to reinforced concrete structures is difficult. Reinforced Concrete exhibits damage resistance that is far above other types of construction including precast concrete masonry.
The procedures used to cause the damage to the Murrah Building are therefore more involved and complex than simply parking a truck and leaving. Additional study beyond the scope of this case study will be required in order to properly interpret the damage, describe the actual chain of events and fix the cause of the damage which occurred there on April 19, 1995.
New documents released under the Freedom of Information Act confirm that the FBI received a phone call the day before the Oklahoma City bombing warning that the attack was imminent, and that the feds tried to reach a deal with bomber Terry Nichols to take the death penalty off the table if he admitted making the call.
The documents were released to Salt Lake City lawyer Jesse Trentadue, who in the course of of a 15 year battle in trying to ascertain why his brother was tortured to death during an FBI interrogation related to the case, has all but proven the attack on the Alfred P. Murrah Building was an inside job run by FBI agents who were handling Timothy McVeigh.
“What that indicates to me, there is a record somewhere of that phone call and the FBI needs to explain it,” said Trentadue in an interview with KTOK News. “If the call was from one of their informants with McVeigh, clearly, they had knowledge of the bombing and didn’t stop it.” ... ... ...

All of the Clinton Whitewater investigation papers were stored in the Murrah building and the men in "blue jackets" were seen scouring the surrounding area to retirieve all of the bits of paper immediately after the bombing, in preference to retrieving the surviving human beings who were still trapped in the rubble.

Tim McVeigh was supposedly executed by lethal injection after he was found guilty of the Oklahoma bombing. He was just another one of those disenchanted “lone bombers” (like “lone gunman”) who just wanted to blow up a lot of people, or so the press would have you believe. They suggested that he was upset with the government over the Waco disaster, so detonated a fertilizer bomb that destroyed most of the Murrah Building and killed over a hundred innocent people, including many children.
We won’t go into the extensive evidence showing that Tim McVeigh did not blow up the building.
Right now we’ll just look at the facts of Tim McVeigh’s supposed execution.
As a physician, keeping close watch on the commercial news, I KNEW for a fact, they had no intention of executing Tim McVeigh, for reasons I will soon disclose.
Tim McVeigh was not a disgruntled member of some rag-tag militia. He worked for the CIA. But this was a false flag operation, meaning a purposeful disaster planned against a government’s own citizens, in this case the U.S. government against U.S. citizens, to frighten the people, to get them to surrender their rights willingly, and to further the government’s goals of increased control. Primarily, it was done by the U.S. Government in order to get the Anti-Terrorist legislation passed – which, indeed, DID happen within weeks of the Oklahoma bombing.
In America, these False Flag operations have happened many times in the past, most notably at Pearl Harbor. The goal of the government at that time was to frighten the people enough to make them willing to go to war and die, or to be willing to send their sons to war to die, but NOT for freedom, but instead, to further the aims of the One World Government run by the Illuminati/Zionist Jews. Back to Time McVeigh’s supposed execution
1. After a prisoner is sentenced to death, he has many chances for appeal and they virtually all take them, anxious to stay alive at any cost. Yet Tim McVeigh asked for his execution date to be moved up. That is almost unheard of.
2. While in prison, Tim McVeigh was visited numerous times, apparently 18 times, by a psychiatrist named Dr. Louis Jollyon West, often referred to as Dr. Jolly West. Dr. West was the chairman of the department of Psychiatry at UCLA, but his real job was as a CIA asset, in charge of the MK Ultra Mind Control program.
Dr. West had also paid visits to Sirhan Sirhan, another supposed lone gunman, accused of killing Robert Kennedy, but in reality a product of the CIA mind control program, set up as the patsy.
Dr. West was also the psychiatrist employed by the government to evaluate the “mental condition” of Jack Ruby after he shot Lee Harvey Oswald. You may not know that when Ruby was interrogated, he told the FBI that there was a huge conspiracy surrounding the JFK assassination and he could only expose it if they moved him to a safe place – which they refused to do.
Naturally, the government, who was involved in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy through the Zionist Jewish controlled CIA and the Zionist Jewish controlled mafia, wanted Ruby to be declared mentally ill to debunk his talk of conspiracy. Dr. West was happy to comply with the diagnosis of mental illness for Jack Ruby.
3. Before Tim McVeigh’s scheduled execution, the state announced that none of his organs would be donated after his execution. This very strange. A state OWNS the body of an executed prisoner, and can receive $200,000 or more for the body parts of a young healthy specimen like McVeigh.
4. Before his execution, the state announced that Tim McVeigh’s medical records would be sealed for 25 years. The question is, Why?
5. Tim McVeigh’s lawyers petitioned a judge to rule that no autopsy would be done on his body after his execution, a highly unusual request.
6. The IV that was supposed to deliver the lethal injection dose to Tim McVeigh was placed, of all places, in his leg! I knew right then that they were NOT going to execute him. This was a fake execution, to pacify the families of the victims involved in the bombing disaster.
The public doesn’t understand what every surgeon and anesthesiologist knows very well. There is no large vein close enough to the skin surface in the leg to place a large enough needle or catheter to deliver the proper dose that would reach the vital organs fast enough to kill a person cleanly. It would be a mess.
IVs are placed in the arm, hand, occasionally in the foot, but not in the foot for extensive or difficult procedures, and certainly not in the foot or leg for an execution. If an IV cannot be placed in one of these upper extremity locations because of previous injury with scarring, or some other reason, then a small incision is made in the area near the clavicle to gain access to a large vein going directly to the heart.
7. One of the witnesses at Tim McVeigh’s supposed execution was Susan Carlson, a reporter for WLS-AM Radio in Chicago. She stated on the air that McVeigh “ appeared to be still breathing or what appeared to be shallow breathing, even after being pronounced dead, and his eyes remained open.”
There were ten media people present and no one contradicted her. But the mass media in Chicago, including apparently her own radio station, immediately suppressed her story.
In case ANYONE doesn’t know this, when a person is DEAD, he does NOT continue to breathe – even to breathe “shallowly.” When a person is DEAD, he doesn’t breathe AT ALL!
Why would the government go to such great lengths to DECEIVE the public with a FAKE execution?
First of all, Tim McVeigh is a valuable asset for the CIA, particularly if he is under mind control, an almost certainty because of his many visits from Dr. “Jolly” West. They’ve invested much time and money in his programming and he performed well – he kept his mouth shut (unlike Lee Harvey Oswald who declared for the TV cameras when he was arrested, “I didn’t do it. I’ve been made a patsy!”). A little plastic surgery, a name change, and Tim McVeigh will be off on another CIA project.
And as I stated earlier, the government wanted closure to this event – the Oklahoma Bombing, to get it off the front pages, to satisfy the families of the victims that the “guilty” one was now dead, and to attempt to put a stop to the investigation of the truth by many on the internet who have exposed the government’s involvement. The CIA particularly, wanted to put this whole matter to rest – permanently.
But that will never happen until the full truth has been brought to light.
One other interesting twist to this story. The person who was involved in choosing the people who would observe Tim McVeigh’s execution was none other than Chandra Levy, the young intern in the Bureau of Prisons who had an ongoing affair with a married California Congressman, Gary Condit.
But Chandra Levy would not live to see McVeigh’s execution. She was murdered before his execution took place.
Why would someone at the low level of an intern be involved in such an important mission as this? Well, it turns out that Chandra Levy was not so “low-level” after all. Apparently she was working with the Israeli Mossad and had computer access to a significant amount of rather high-level sensitive information in the Bureau of Prisons and other governmental areas.
Maybe she learned “too much” and had to be eliminated by the Mossad! Then, as in any “good” False Flag operation, apparently they tried to set up Gary Condit as the “fall guy.”
Tim McVeigh’s first execution date was set for May 16, 2001 but was postponed until June 11, 2001. Chandra Levy disappeared from her home sometime between May 1 and May 9, 2001, a time when she had planned to go back to California to receive her graduate degree. But there is evidence that she was turned up briefly in Israel during that time, right before she permanently “disappeared.”
On May 22, 2002, her skeletal remains were found in Washington’s Rock Creek Park where a year earlier, shortly after her disappearance, a massive police search had produced no results.
Could her disappearance and murder have been a result of her inside knowledge about McVeigh’s coming fake execution? Or had she been caught snooping in unauthorized computer areas where she may have had access to inside information on the coming 9/11 World Trade Center False Flag operation?

I 'borrowed' the following from one of Craig Murray's commenters, 'Node', as it is a very good summary of similarities between Oklahoma City 'Bombing' and 9/11 (he gave me permission to use his 'avatar'):

We are supposed to believe that a blast wave travelled through [column] B4 leaving the sheet rock almost untouched and completely destroyed the column further away ….
Dr Samual T. Cohen – Nuclear Physicist (inventor of the neutron bomb) : I believe that the demolitions charges in the building, that were placed inside at certain key concrete columns, did the primary damage to the Murrah Federal Building. It would have been absolutely impossible, and against the laws of nature, for a truck full of fertiliser and oil … no matter how much was used … to bring the building down.'
