To me, there seems little doubt that Gary Mckinnon's prosecution was intended to be another precedent to the odious, one sided extradition treaty signed by the gawping David Blunkett with his US whore masters in the shape of former Attorney General, John Ashcroft on 31.3.3 (but which, curiously, wasn't even published until 21.5.3)
Both, thankfully, long since gone.
And how we wish they never, ever, were. Eh ?
Shortly thereafter, the euus extradition treaty was signed by someone in the eu on 6.6.3 and then signed by someone in the us on 26.6.3
The ukus extradition treaty became law in the uk on 20.11.3 followed by the usuk european arrest warrant on 1.1.4
The precedent that set those specific pieces of 911 Wake Turbulence in legal stone, was the little sympathised, upper-middle case, of the Nat West Three, arrested on 23.4.4
Nobody cared.
Just some fu ckwit banksters, whom, whilst not chasing the ghosts of working class foxes, were fleecing someone, somewhere for their own gain.
Nobody cared.
The current incumbent and legal respondent to Gary McKinnon's latest legal hurdle, is a certain Ms Jacqui (former Arrow Vale High School economics teacher) Smith, (whose husband, Richard Timney, her 40,000 pounds a year political advisor who, amongst others, has been writing undeclared letters of self-interest to the lovely Jacqui's local press, lobbying on her behalf, promoting ID Cards etc., but, without identifying himself as her spouse or employee), who succeeded the former home secretary and war criminal, John "The War Will Be Over Without Firing A Shot" Reid, who, rather perversely authorised the USUK Extradition Treaty on American Independence Day on 4th July 2006....
John, just call me doctor, Reid, alleged, "former alcoholic, home secretary and former alcoholic defence secretary", who has since moved on from za-nu-lab chief gestapo officer, having made a massive impression as secretary for defence, to the chairmanship of an, alleged, sectarian football club and who succeeded the lamentable Charles Clarke who succeeded the, erm, what can anyone say, David Blunkett, who succeeded the, I think I'm gonna puke, Jack Straw.
All of whom, dear people, as you elected them and who then become, guardians of our peace, have introduced over 3000 new laws against you and your loved ones. . .
All of whom, dear people, as you elected them and who then become, guardians of our peace, have managed, in each of their tenure, a new anti-terrorism law apiece, against you and your loved ones . . .
Against you and yours.
That's the list of za-nu-lab's, keepers of the peace people.
The za-nu-lab, that you elected.
All of whom, dear people, as you elected them and who then become, guardians of our peace and who then, have now, faithfully departed, but within whose signatures we all now live in, because you voted for them.
Within, or outside of that, now fading, post thatcherite, 911 Wake Turbulence, whilst we are all now supposed to be waiting for the 44th world admin to kick in, are we now to be led by our collective tabloid noses to believe that Gary McKinnon deserves gaol time in the good old US of A ?
Does anyone still believe in political salvation?
Does anyone among you, who mandated this democratic nightmare, still adhere to your knee that jerked Gary McKinnon, et al, into your undreamed of, democratic nightmare ?
Give me strength . . .
I wish you well Gary. Sincerely. You naughty, but, clever, clever, boy.

I didn't sign the extradition treaty.
Did you ?
I didn't vote for za-nu-lab.
Did you ? _________________ The Medium is the Massage - Marshall McLuhan.

British computer 'hacker' Gary McKinnon has won permission to launch a fresh High Court challenge over moves to extradite him to the United States.
Last Updated: 12:04PM GMT 23 Jan 2009
Lawyers for Gary McKinnon, 42, from Wood Green, north London, argued his health would suffer and he would be at real risk of suicide if extradited on charges of hacking into US military networks.
Two judges ruled that his case "merits substantive consideration" and granted him permission to seek judicial review of Home Secretary Jacqui Smith's decision last October that extradition should take place.
Lord Justice Maurice Kay and Mr Justice Simon, sitting at the High Court in London, said it might be that Ms Smith's decision was "unassailable" - but ruled that Mr McKinnon had an arguable case that should be tested in court.
Mr McKinnon faces a lifetime in jail if he is found guilty in the US of sabotaging vital defence systems after the September 11 terror attacks.
His supporters said he acted through "naivety" as a result of his Asperger's Syndrome - a form of autism - and should not be considered a criminal.
His lawyers argued his medical condition - diagnosed last August - was likely to give rise to psychosis or suicide if removed to the US, far away from his family, and should be tried in the UK.
Keir Starmer QC, the new director of public prosecutions, is considering a request for Mr McKinnon to be prosecuted in Britain rather than the US, where his legal team believe he would receive a much shorter sentence.
He has signed a statement accepting that his hacking constituted an offence under the UK's Computer Misuse Act 1990.
The court heard the Home Secretary had already agreed not to extradite pending the director's decision, expected within the next four weeks.
Outside court, Mr McKinnon's solicitor Karen Todner expressed her delight with the judges' decision.
She said: "The judges have granted permission for a review of our claim that the Home Secretary has not sufficiently taken account of the effects of Asperger's, and particularly the effect it will have upon him if he were to be extradited.
"It is the right decision. This case has been going on since 2002 and finally we have got the first right decision."
