Murdered by Mercedes: Michael Hastings Lady Di Putin driver?

Award winning investigative journalist, Michael Hastings, died in a ball of flames while driving a 2013 Mercedes through L A in the early hours of Tuesday, 18th June 2013. He had been to see his friend, Jordanna Thigpen, on the night he died, asking to borrow her Volvo as he believed his Mercedes C250 'was being tampered with'.

According to his wife, Elise Jordan, Michael had begun investigating new CIA Director John Brennan's 'War on The Press'. Echoing the Watergate scandal, Hastings expressed his belief that the CIA, with or without authorization, had begun using sophisticated military psychological warfare techniques against domestic journalists and politicians.

Even former US National Coordinator for Security, Infrastructure Protection, and Counter-terrorism, Richard Clarke, weighed in saying that such a single vehicle crash was "consistent with a car cyber attack." Like heart attacks these 'Boston brakes' incidents are rumored to be a favorite of organized crime and intelligence services since they're so easy to put down to 'misfortune'.

Our judicial, police and investigative journalists are simply unable to understand complex, commercially sensitive technology, let alone gather enough evidence to decide whether these catastrophes are accidents... or assassinations. So if Michael Hastings' death means nothing else, it should signal loud and clear that we have to catch up, or watch our liberties crumble.

New Theory About Princess Diana’s Fatal Car Crash

Through the research for my book “Journey Into The Light”, I encountered some scientific evidences that the car with on-board vehicle computer systems (or ECU, Electronic Control Units) can be hacked remotely as long as it either has remote access capabilities, such as On-Star, or MBrace, or has an transceiver unit attached to its ECU circuit so that the external instruction can be transmitted to this unit then to the on-board computer systems.

Princess Diana’s fatal crash in Paris, France happened in 1997. The car which she was riding in was a 1994 Mercedes Benz S280, which belongs to the MB series W140. The service manual of W140 shows that this series of luxury vehicles made by Mercedes Benz in 1990s employed the on-board computer systems (or ECUs), as most of the modern cars do nowadays.
In my book, I have shown that it is possible for people to attach a wireless transceiver to the on-board computer systems, and do all sorts of things, including taking TOTAL control of the car, which means that the manual operations by the driver could be overridden. The aforementioned scientific research report has demonstrated this very important point.
So Princess Diana’s car could have been remotely controlled to accelerate to about 65 mph, prior to entering a underpass in the downtown of Paris, then swerve to hit the support columns. Either the 1994 S280 has already got a wireless communication system on it, or somebody attached a wireless transceiver to the ECU interface.

Vladimir Putin's 'favourite' driver dies in freak Moscow car crash

Vladimir Putin’s personal chauffeur has been killed in Moscow after the presidential BMW collided head-on with a Mercedes.

The Russian President was not in the car at the time.

The driver, named only as MK, was said to be Mr Putin’s favourite chauffeur and had 40 years of experience as an official driver.

The crash on Kutuzovsky Avenue, in the west of the capital, was caught on CCTV. It shows the presidential vehicle struck by a car that veered onto the wrong side of the road at high speed.

Police have confirmed they are investigating the incident, but have not given any further details about the crash.

It took several hours to clean up the debris and a long traffic jam was formed while the road was closed.

Paramedics arrived at the scene but announced Mr Putin’s chauffeur had been killed instantly.

The driver of the Mercedes survived the crash but was treated at hospital for serious injuries, according to Russian newspaper Moskovskij Komsomolets.

The BMW 7-Series was the official property of the Federation Council, also known as the Upper Chamber of Parliament or Russian Senate.

Mr Putin is scheduled to receive the first Russian-built “Kortezh” luxury limousine next year. Unlike “The Beast”, US President Barack Obama’s armour-plated vehicle, “Kortezh” will be on sale to the public as well.

Venas News reports the doors on the “Kortezh” will be 10 times thicker than the average car. It will also have its own oxygen supply system.

The presidential vehicle has been written off as scrap metal, according to Moskovskij Komsomolets.

The Mercedes S-Class is an amazing technological achievement, but thanks to regulations, it can't be considered autonomous. But this simple hack changes all of that.

The big Merc has a number of cameras and sensors that keeps it in its lane at speed, but if you take your hands off the wheel for a few seconds, it starts beeping at you and then stops driving for you. It does this as a wake up call.

It stops doing the work for you because it required the driver's hands on the wheel while in motion. No weight on the wheel results in no assist. Simple, really. One way to bypass it is to put your knee under the wheel, but that can grow tiring and uncomfortable over time.

But by simply attaching a soda can to the wheel, you get a Mercedes that will calmly drive itself on the highway, staying in the lines and maintaining distance behind a car in front. It's truly brilliant.
