'Unthinkable in a Democracy' Home Office stonewalling on 7/7

Well of course the trouble is Britain is not a democracy.
As former Lord Chancellor Lord Hailsham explained in 1976, Britain is an Elective Dictatorship.
Hailsham was referring to the all-powerful role of the cabinet and their lack of accountability onece elected and this structure's vulnerability to takeover by fascists & private interests of various sorts: corrupt civil servants; secret societies; organised criminals and wealthy businessmen.
Cameron and his millionare Bullingdon Club friends do rather fit the bill as did Blair's crowd before him.

Further to my concerns Ref: above documentary by Muad’Dib, see http://youtu.be/kwyzpzEgUWE , please find attached an unacceptable response from the Home Office, Reference T10548/12 Ripple Effect 2 7/7.



I attach the 42page transcript of the 2hr 22 min documentary for ease of reference.

The Government's official response to the documentary does not acknowledge any of the vast evidence of 7/7 being a false flag inside job being covered up. The Home Office relies on a questionable sham inquest which “proved the four Muslims guilty”, when that issue was never looked into, but quoted as a given, on the first day by Coroner Hallett.

Some of the questions which require a formal investigation in a public inquiry in the interests of the public and in matters of great public importance are:-

1. What is the identity of the three men who were shot dead at Canary Wharf around 10am on 07/07/2005? see page 27, last para

2. Why was the issue of an organisation of over a thousand employees carrying out the bombings as part of a “training exercise” not looked into, when there is a mountain of evidence proving the four Muslims were innocent? See page 32, end of third para

3. Why was the type of explosives used not thoroughly investigated from analysis of the residue on the bodies and types of wounds? See page 30 para 4, page 31

4. Why were post-mortems not carried out on the bodies of the alleged bombers and the deceased victims? See page 30

5. Why did the Police not get an independent forensic expert to investigate the lower limb injuries of the train survivors as part of the Coroner’s Inquest? See page 31 para 2

6. Why was Peter Power not summoned as a Witness at the Inquest of the bus bombing victims and why was his involvement with Visor Consultants, Kingstar, Verint systems, Reed Elsevier, ICTS & Spearhead not scrutinized? See page 2 para 3, page 2 last para, page 3, page 8 penultimate para, page 16 para 3, page 18 and page 32 para 3

7. Why was the sudden unexpected death of the female witness Richmal Marie Oates-Whitehead, aged 35, who heard two explosions on the London Bus, see page 20 para 3 and the death of Jean Charles De Menezes see page 25 not investigated as highly suspicious?

8. What was the cause of death of Miriam Hyman who had been evacuated from the Kings Cross train station and phoned home at 9.45am to say she was safe and spoke to her office at 10:00am: three minutes after she was supposed to be dead? See page 35 last para

9. How many people were involved in the training exercise headed by Peter Power which took place at the same time and place as the London bombings and how much did it cost the taxpayer? See page 3 last para, page 4, page 7, page 13, page 32 para 3,

10. What was the cause, time and place of death of Mohammed Siddique Khan, who did not travel to London on 7 July 2005 because he took his pregnant wife to hospital in Dewsbury? See page 4 para 5

11. An audit trail of the bodies recovered from the trains and bus

12. An audit trail of the ambulance logs of all those survivors who were treated (using initials or numbers for confidentiality) in the ambulance and released from the ambulance and those taken in an ambulance to the hospital and released from hospital

13. An audit trail of those who were injured and treated but did not survive, giving seating position on train or bus, including cause of death, see page 28 for seating map.

14. How there were three holes in the train carriage at distant locations with metal having bowed upwards from the underneath of the train from the alleged single backpack, see pages 20-23, page 28-29

15. Why the person sitting next to an alleged train backpacker survived and more distant passengers did not? See pages 28 - 31

16. Why the Coroner has such a closed mind to the possibility that 7/7 bombings were an inside job, particularly given that she failed to instruct post mortems of the deceased, or look at the evidence of the injuries of those in the train carriage or the type of explosives and detonators that were not home-made, see page 21 last para, page 23 penultimate para, page 24, page 30 and did not account for the missing body count

17. It is unacceptable for Coroners to be appointed in public service who do not provide the truth to the people, rather a white-wash, despite the lessons learned from previous public inquiries involving Coroners’ failings.

On behalf of the UK and international community, humanity, all the kingdoms on planet Earth, I hereby call for a public Inquiry into the London bombings on 7 July 2005 in light of the evidence presented by Muad’Dib in his 2hr 22 min documentary. In the interests of all concerned, Muad’Dib is indisputably and ideally placed for Chairmanship of the Inquiry for the purposes of dedication, speed, efficiency and effectiveness.

The public demand compensation to Muad’Dib for his dedication and service to humanity in making the Ripple Effect 7/7 and Ripple Effect 2 7/7 documentaries, and providing them free of charge as well as for his wrongful arrest and imprisonment for providing copies to the jury of a trial to stop perverting the course of justice. An award of the highest recognition must also be awarded to Muad’Dib imminently.

Please give your individual and collective support for this public inquiry to take place forthwith in the public interests in a matter of the greatest public importance so that justice can be seen to be done and the global people can see it being done from the UK and in the international media.

Still no lawful judicial proceeding over 7/7, ie. Public Enquiry with jury
Still no investigation of malfeascence & massive professional failures in Scotland Yard despite 7/7 detectives being same team that failed to investigate phone hacking (See Flynne, Gillard's book, 'Untouchables') some of whom have resigned and some facing phone hacking related prosecution.
Still no investigation of the role of the Israeli military through Comverse Technologies & Verint Systems in the attacks.
Still no proper examination of these, and other, Israeli firms' commercial role in surveillance and UK telecoms systems being used for spying.
Still no explanation for Benjamin Netanyahu's warning before the 7/7 attacks as reported by AP Jerusalem desk that day.
Still no proper punishment of known criminal individual directors of these firms. Kobi Alexander is 'fined' not imprisoned.
Still no examination of Peter Power's record of corruption at Dorset police and 'drill' links to former Docklands DSEi arms fair organisers Reed Elsevier.
Still no explanation for disapearance of key CCTV stills & footage of all alleged suicide bombers that would place them on respective trains or buses that day.
Still no explanation for eyewitness statements that alleged bombers were not on respective trains and bus.
Still no explanation for the use of what appears to be military grade explosives and how that may have been available to the alleged suicide bombers.
Still no criminal prosecutions or sackings within the Security Service MI5 for failing to track alleged bombers then lying after the attack calling them 'clean skins'.
Still no explanation or sackings for malicious, abortive prosecution of individuals who point out these absurdities, this malfeascence and these professional falures.
Still no accountability of the government department responsible for policing & counter-terrorism, the Home Office, as evidenced by the G4S Olympics security fiasco.

OVERVIEW & INTRODUCTION to the Online 77 Public Inquiry into the 7/7 London Bombings on 7th July 2005

Unsafe InquestsThere is sufficient evidence in the 2hr 22min 7/7 Ripple Effect 2 documentary by Muad’Dib for the Attorney General to open new Inquests into the deaths of 57 members of the public including toxicology on the types of explosives involved. This evidence has not been investigated by Coroner Hallett and therefore constitutes new evidence:-

Wrongful Convictions based on unsafe Inquests must be quashedIt is not the duty of the Coroner to apportion blame. Only to determine the cause, date, time and place of death.

The Coroner did not carry out post-mortems as part of her investigations and therefore the causes if death were never determined. Inquest verdicts on the causes of death of the 57 individuals are therefore unsafe and must be quashed.

Fabricated evidence by Senior officials in public authorities Mohammed Siddique Khan is innocent of any act of terrorism in the 7/7 London Bombings because he was not in London on morning of 07 July 2005 as he accompanied his pregnant wife to hospital. His death later the same day in Leeds is highly suspicious and linked to his earlier involvement with MI5 intelligence security services. His name must be cleared and his family must be fully compensated for his corporate murder.

The other 3 named individuals who unsuspectingly took part in the training exercise were also innocent of acts of terrorism as they were not boarded on the trains that blew up, their names must be cleared and their families compensated for their corporate murders.

Benjamin Netanyahu & senior officials in Israeli Government, Home-Office, Counter-terrorism, &, Intelligence & Security agencies

senior officials controlling Surveillance and UK telecoms systems for the respective trains and buses on 07/07/2005, relied upon in the prosecutions
senior officials controlling Manufacture, installation and detonation of military grade explosives on the 07/07/2005 trains and bus

Kobi Alexander – review of his light sentence of a fine
Peter Power and history with Dorset police, former Docklands DSEi & arms fair organisers Reed Elsevier
False eye witnesses who claimed to have seen alleged suicide bombers who were not on the trains or bus that exploded

The proposed witnesses are Whistleblowers and former employees in the above authorities
Those who were injured
Family members those who were injured or lost their lives

The purpose of this online public Inquiry is to question why a few senior officials would go to great lengths to conceal the truth of what really did most probably happen on 07 July 2005.

Peter Power’s admission of pre-meditated acts of terrorismPeter Power’s admission that a training exercise turned into a real life event is itself evidence that the whole scenario was premeditated to cause mass deaths of UK members of the public and destruction of public property.

Given Peter Power admits that the pre-meditated acts of terrorism were part of a training exercise, involving over a 1000 individuals they are all key witnesses to the investigation into the 57 deaths.

The second inquests into the 57 deaths must be granted by the Attorney General for the above reasons failing which the under signed will be bringing a private prosecution against the Home Office and the Attorney General for a cover-up of mass genocide in the UK.
