Whether, as some suspect, Sandy was deliberately enhanced and targeted (Cuba was very seriously hit), apart from popping down and wringing his hands, and hugging a few victims, what did Obomba do?
But more to the point, perhaps, is what did FEMA do?
The following short video clip seems to answer that question: virtually 'Sweet FA', or at least, far less than the extremely 'Hands On, where you need it, what you need, and not tomorrow-or-the-next-day, but inmediatemente help from ......wait for it!.....the Occupy Movement!!! They have certainly risen seriously in my estimation:

NEW YORK - A group of campaigners linked to the Occupy Wall Street movement is buying-up distressed loans for pennies in the pound and cancelling them to "liberate debtors at random".
The Rolling Jubilee project is seeking donations to help it buy-up distressed debts, including student loans and outstanding medical bills, and then wipe the slate clean by writing them off.
Individuals or companies can buy distressed debt from lenders at knock-down prices if it the borrower is in default or behind with payments and are then free to do with it as they see fit, including cancelling it free of charge.
As a test run the group spent $500 on distressed debt, buying $14,000 worth of outstanding loans and pardoning the debtors. They are now looking to expand their experiment nationwide and are asking people to donate money to the cause, reports The Daily Telegraph. |

What exactly do you mean by that? That you don't believe the vast array of antennas exist in Gakon, Alaska, with other smaller arrays around the world, including a European one in Norway, and a large array in Russia?
Or that you just don't believe these arrays can influence the weather?
Do you also not believe that the US Military has openly stated their intention to 'Own the Weather by 2025' as part of 'Full Spectrum Dominance?
