Newtown families had VIP seats near Boston Marathon blasts as race honored Sandy Hook victims

Family members of those killed in the massace at Sandy Hook Elementary School last year were seated near the site of the first of the two coordinated explosions at the Boston Marathon Monday, adding more heartbreak to the already tragic day.
None of the relatives are reported to have been injured, but their presence was notable because each mile in this year’s race was dedicated to an individual killed on December 14, 2012. The final leg of the marathon also held a tribute to those killed in Newtown, Connecticut.
Before the race Boston Athletic Association President Joanne Flamino said it was of “special significance” that the marathon is 26.2 miles long and 26 people died in the mass shooting.
There was a 26-second moment of silence for the Sandy Hook victims, and a group of Newtown parents were among the nine community members running in the race.
“In the first twenty miles we’re honoring the twenty Sandy Hook first graders,” Laura Nowaci, a spokeswoman for the Newtown Strong Fund, which fundraises for those affected by the shooting, told WBUR in Boston. “When we crest Heartbreak Hill, and we’re coming back towards Boston, we run the final six for our six fallen educators, including their lives, to protect our children.

It seems to be the sole cause of the Bomb Drill allegations at this stage. Is reporting truly that shoddy these days? Or is there a more sinister plot to lead certain groups astray?

Do not be alarmed if you see a lot of emergency vehicles setting up at Three Mile Island Tuesday afternoon.
Also, don't be concerned if you hear announcements from the nuclear power plant's public address system. It's all part of a drill.

It might pay to check the forensic information coming out about the explosive devices. If that is confusing and misleading, you can be fairly sure they have something to hide and don't want to be pinned down.

TODAY thousands of runners and hundreds of thousands of spectators are unwittingly taking part in a planned disaster. Yet, they are not just safe from harm (except for the variety brought on by running 26.2 miles), they also are participants in an event that will make the citizens of Greater Boston safer in case of a natural catastrophe or terrorist attack.
Primary responsibility for the health and well-being of both runners and spectators in Boston rests with Boston Emergency Medical Service (BEMS), along with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and Emergency Management Agency. According to BEMS chief Richard Serino, his department considers events like the marathon and the Fourth of July celebration as "planned disasters" - safe, controlled environments that present "an opportunity to test some things you would never want to test in a real disaster."
Although the principal goal during such events remains the safety of everyone involved, organizers have realized that these annual gatherings of hundreds of thousands of people present the perfect opportunity to evaluate new technologies, exercise disaster plans, and build vital relationships between public safety agencies and the private sector.
For example, a tracking system that utilizes barcodes and hand scanners to log a patient's condition and location has been tested during past races. During a real disaster, this technology could provide authorities quick access to the location and condition of casualties, information that currently takes hours, if not days, for friends and families of the injured to ascertain.
This year, as always, even more important than testing new technologies is the development of relationships between various public safety and medical communities, as well as with the private sector. Homeland security specialists often talk about the importance of not waiting to "exchange business cards at the scene of a disaster." This means that counterparts from different agencies meet each other before a disaster thrusts them together for the first time.
Treating these large, annual events as opportunities to test the disaster response system accomplishes exactly that. Personnel from public safety and health departments meet regularly during the year to plan these events. New officials will quickly meet their counterparts in other agencies. As described in a recent Globe story about how close the 2007 race came to being cancelled due to weather, a unified command is established where all the relevant organizations can monitor the event and react together if something goes wrong.
This cooperation extends beyond Boston. Thousands of runners pass through eight different towns on their way to the finish line. Coordinating medical care and security for the runners and spectators strengthens connections that will be relied upon when Boston requires mutual aid to deal with a crisis such as a natural disaster or terrorist attack.
To successfully manage the marathon, BEMS and other public safety agencies must have relationships not just with the Boston Athletic Association, which organizes the race, but also with a diverse set of private organizations. These include, but are not limited to, private ambulance services that back up BEMS, and hotels and other businesses along the route that help make the behind-the-scenes operation of the marathon run smoothly. When a real disaster strikes, these contacts can be called upon to lend needed supplies and other assistance.
This type of innovation is not limited to Massachusetts. In Washington,D.C., the city's evacuation plan is tested during the mass exodus of people after the fireworks finale at the Fourth of July festivities. California has developed medical surge plans to be used after catastrophes such as an earthquake in San Francisco or a nuclear terrorist attack in Los Angeles. The New York Police Department has created robust intelligence and counter-terrorism divisions to protect its residents.
Massachusetts is better prepared for a real disaster because every Patriot's Day and Fourth of July is treated as a "disaster." Instead of constant warnings about the inevitability of another terrorist attack or natural catastrophe, the public would be better served if this type of local homeland security innovation were promoted and adopted elsewhere.

The Family Guy show aired an episode (S11E15 - Turban Cowboy) on March 17th, 2013 that portrayed obvious and distasteful jokes about a national tragedy that would not happen for another month. The references were not coincidental, they were foreknowledge hidden in plain sight. There are other clear indications that the Boston Bombing was planned by criminal elements who held power over the Boston police force and could organize drills and tragedy protocols. Demand that Seth MacFarlane publicly accounts for how he had this inside knowledge and apologize to the victims for joking about their deaths a month before they happened.

Unlikely to be a pre planned drill as they wouldnt carry on with it after the earlier blasts. More likely a controlled explosion of a suspect package.

CNN Reports Suspicious Ricin Poison-Tainted Letter Intercepted On Way To Senate

CNN’s Dana Bash reported Tuesday evening that a letter laced with ricin poison was sent to an unidentified Senate office. The letter was allegedly intercepted at an offsite Washington mail facility and never made it to its intended destination.
The letter tested positive for ricin poison three times and at this time, there is no word on which Senate office the letter was sent to. As Bash reported, Ricin is “highly poisonous, even in small quantities.”

As a patsy is still being sought in the Boston Marathon bombing, tell tale signs seem to be indicating that the unlucky candidate will be depicted as a pro gun patriot. Coincidentally, one day after the bombing, a 600 page report was released affirming US government conducting torture after 9/11. The question is posed, if as the report indicates, international and US laws were broken, what shall be the consequence? And the answer is, more torture and further indications that say torture should be directed towards the perpetrator or perpetrators of the Boston bombing.
The communists have come full circle and are plugging in the final elements designed to accomplish the takeover of the US via the overthrow of the US Bill of Rights.
As previously mentioned, the emphases is being directed toward connecting the bombing with US national patriots, and another little bit of sleaze has now been injected.
News is just breaking that contends that an envelope sent to Senator Roger Wicker (R-MS) contained ricin, a deadly poison. Now one might ask how the Senator, the ricin, and the bombing are connected.
Senator Roger Wicker is one of the sixteen GOP Senators who voted to stop the filibuster which would have shut down the 2nd Article infringement debate which is going on this week in the US Senate. Wicker has been named as a traitor to the Republic by the patriot community, as he and the other fifteen Senators voted for the debate in spite of the fact that they had previously identified the gun legislation as an infringement upon our Bill of Rights, making the act one with knowledge and forethought.
The communists who monitor the internet are not ignorant to the fact that many patriots have called for the arrest and trial of all sixteen of these wanton traitors. Could it be that the communist insurgency is planning more such incidents in an effort to create an illusion wherein American patriots are committing terrorist acts in an effort to …. what, provide an excuse to institute full martial law?
The ways of our enemies are diabolical. So much so that they fail to see that they have put themselves in a position wherein they are fooling no one. The American nationals are not the psychopathic haters of humanity, but rather those posing as our government are, as evidenced in the 600 page report which identifies them as not only national, but international criminals of the highest degree.
Who could possibly believe anything put forth by psychopaths that would torture another human being? How dare they even so much as imply that we American national patriots are capable of the treachery they practice as the status quo?

Boston bombing outage rumors shed light on mobile and Internet 'kill switch'

Following the Boston Marathon bombings, news began to spread of a US government cellphone network shutdown. While the claims were quickly shown to be false, a secret federal rule does, in fact, make such a shutdown possible.
While the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has in the past denied the existence of Standard Operating Procedure 303, as Ars Technica recently pointed out, the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) challenged the secrecy of such documents in 2012 by filing a Freedom of Information Act request.
What EPIC found via its lawsuit was that a 2007 report stated that the network shutdown policy was adopted in March of 2006. According to that report, the National Coordinating Center, a part of the DHS, was to be the main player in “any actions leading up to and following the termination of private wireless network connections, both within a localized area, such as a tunnel or bridge, and within an entire metropolitan area."
There has been particular focus on government possession of any sort of 'kill switch' over cell networks and internet service since the embattled government of Hosni Mubarak shut down both in Egypt at the height of protests in 2011.
That same year, when San Francisco’s transit authority made the decision to shut off cell phone networks within its metro service in anticipation of protests, critics were quick to point out the draconian implications.
Somewhat ironically, following the BART incident the Federal Communications Commission launched an investigation into the cell network shutdown that resulted in the government's so-called SOP 303 rule for that sort of activity. In their response to a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) query, wireless carriers such as AT&T stated that there was, in fact, no need for an inquiry, as government policy on shutting down private cell networks was already established.
"Federal and State authorities, the [FCC], wireless providers and other private stakeholders, have previously considered these issues in a cooperative process that resulted in the National Communications System’s Standard Operating Procedure 303," AT&T responded. "SOP 303 resolves the questions posed by the Commission in the Notice and eliminates the need for the Commission to reconsider those issues in this docket."
In plain English, what AT&T responded with in the case of the San Francisco cell network shutdown is that a little-known rule, which the DHS initially denied even existed, was already in effect - and that wireless carriers simply obliged with city government in its request.
In its initial FOIA filing, EPIC requested further information as well as justification for the secrecy behind SOP 303, which is officially understood as “a shutdown and restoration process for use by commercial and private wireless networks during national crises.”
At question is just what might constitute a national crisis, and by which government stakeholders. As Ars Technica, an IT news site reports, the DHS has yet to fully respond to EPIC, though it has already abandoned the idea that no such rule regarding government enactment of a cell network 'off switch' exists.
This means that the US government has procedures set in place to shut off private cell phone access across an entire metropolitan region, though it is not publicly understood by what criteria, or what precise process such a rule was anointed to homeland security. _________________ 'Come and see the violence inherent in the system.
