Simon,
I'm pretty sure that it was just a few US agencies that reported teh passport, before the whole thing was dropped, so I doubt you'll be able to find anything from the UK. _________________ - www.takectrl.org - |

Simon, one Guardian report below giving the Atta passport version which was common in the early reports. Intersting article to boot -
Uncle Sam's lucky finds
http://www.guardian.co.uk/september11/story/0,11209,669961,00.html
As I have said before, there is more than enough material in the Guardian reports alone that completely undermine the official tale yet no journalist will connect the dots. Shameful. |

We also had the equally ludicrous -
September 13, 2001 - The student ID of alleged Flight 77 hijacker Majed Moqed is reportedly found in the Pentagon rumble after the crash, still able to read his name on it.
"Sept. 13, 2001. A “Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Student Identity Card” was found in the rubble at the Pentagon with Moqed’s name on it. Forensic examination indicated that it may have been fraudulent. United States Secret Service Forensic Services report for the FBI PENTTBOM investigation regarding the physical examination of forensic science research request, Oct. 10, 2001." - 9/11 Commission: Monograph on 9/11 and Terrorist Travel, Chp 2 (PDF)

" Forensic examination indicated that it may have been fraudulent."

Thanks guys. Did a bit more probing and found this on CNN
http://archives.cnn.com/2001/US/09/16/inv.investigation.terrorism/inde x.html
-- New York Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik said Sunday a passport belonging to one of the hijackers was discovered a few days ago several blocks from the crash site by a passerby. Based on the new evidence, the FBI and police decided to widen the search area beyond the immediate crash site. |
