When Britain has its 2nd civil war we need a plan of action

- Massive programme of public works
- nationalisation of all major infrastructure: banks water, gas, elecricity, transport and natural energy resources
- Retool factories for production of socially necessary goods
- £1,500 minimum monthly wage
- No to privatisation - for immediate re-nationalisation of all privatised services and assets
- No time limit for unemployment benefit

Health
- An accessible, decent single state-funded health service free at point of use
- Expand training and learning facilities and enrolment of medical and health students; fill all empty posts
- Nationalise all pharmaceutical companies under democratic workers control

Gender
- Equal pay for work of equal value

Youth and education
- Free, quality public education for all - end tuition fees from pre-school to tertiary level
- End academic and financial exclusions; cancel student debt
- Restore privatised services to university/ school control
- Re-open all closed teacher training colleges - fill empty posts
- Mass campaign to end illiteracy

Housing and basic services
- Nationalise all major construction companies
- Decent houses, electricity, water, modern sanitation for all
- Scrap all rent-, rates-, electricity arrears for working class communities
- No to evictions, water- and electricity cut-offs
- No to pre-paid meters

Transport
- An affordable efficient and integrated public transport system

Trade union democracy
- Election of all worker representatives - from shop steward to highest decision making structures - subject to right of recall
- Salaries of union officials to be based on average of skilled workers in the sector

Land reform and agriculture
- Expropriation and nationalisation of monopoly-owned commercial farms under democratic worker control and management. Compensation on basis of proven need only

First off a gradual and complete reworking of the entire government.Those previously employed within it need not apply for any new positions on offer.Positions within the new government are to be chosen from a number of suitably qualified candidates by public ballot.These people will have a probationary period of one year to prove themselves capable.
Of major importance is to stem the funds that hemorrhage from UK coffers overseas under the guises of "Good will" and "Aid".We can't afford to help ourselves let alone anyone else.These funds are to be diverted into restarting British industry.
The ludicrous state of affairs where nearly every major company operating in the UK wriggles it's way out of paying as much as humanly possible in taxes has to stop.Those who owe must pay what they owe or risk being shutdown.
ALL utilities are to be returned to public ownership, that is telecoms, energy, water, transport and the like. The NHS is also to be completely overhauled so as to cut the vast amount of wastage that consumes a considerable part of it's income.Hospitals to be run by medical staff and overseen,in a small capacity,by managerial staff.No more of this "More managers than doctors" bs.
All imports will be taxed at varying rates from 50% to 1000% depending on their relative importance to the country and industry as a whole.Any British company that manufactures a product that is similar or identical to a product that is imported or is going to be imported can be safe in the knowledge that the importation would attract the highest rate of taxation.
Leave the EU,what a crock of * that turned out to be,a bunch of highly paid self serving c*** and a huge financial drain on the UK.
All finance companies and banks residing in the UK are to be audited.Post audit ALL financial fiddlings (loans,mortgages,foreign investment,hedge funds etc) will be conducted under extreme scrutiny by the government.
The UK government to restart British Mining,Engineering (Aerospace,motor industry,railway) ,Electronics industries under public ownership.Those areas and the scope to be decided upon.
ALL immigration to cease.
The reinstatement of a proper border and border controls.
An increase in manpower in the Police,reduction or removal of time wasting paperwork (This can be carried out by cheaper secretarial teams) and the prying of a considerable number of policemen out of cars and back onto their feet and bicycles.Not to mention an overall stiffening of the law and suitable increases in penalties across the board.LIFE will mean LIFE.
A referendum on the reintroduction of the death penalty and public consultation on appropriate methods.
The military budget to be halved (40 billion is ridiculous) and the scrapping of all atomic warheads.A complete cessation in all overseas entanglements.We no longer have an empire so there is no point in pretending to have one.
