9/11 Album or Single,top of the charts?

Maybe we should try to get a 9/11 TRUTH single to the No 1 spot in the charts
not sure how many singles need to be sold to take to the top spot.?

Fantastic idea. The number of sales it takes to make number one is dependent on sales across the chart. Maybe try going through the music section (email bands directly) in MySpace, introducing yourself as part of the 9-11 truth movement, giving them some info, offer to get them some DVD's or listing movies they can download. Tell them in a round about way that we need some songs to promote the movement. Maybe then put any songs that come out of it on a 9-11 MySpace site.

So at 1.99 per single, that would cost Madonna.Inc around fifty grand (pennies in her empire) to push her material into the top ten and give it publicity for further sales and reinforce her corporate identity. Mmmm and the rich get richer! Rolling Eyes

When i get time i'm gonna do some kinda politcal mashup and try and get it noticed. my mashups have had around 500,000 downloads since i started doin them a few years ago

1) the dixie chicks shot to number 1 album despit having their albums burnt a few years ago for saying they were embarrased to be from Texas like GB

2)Michael Franti, a very left wing performer, who last played in London at the Jazz Cafe, has booked Brixton Academy for a night in august. Either his new album is nonsense hot or his producers know something.

you wont get a 911 record /album top no matter how many downloads, even if you do the no radio station will touch it as they are all owned by media groups.
sandi thom song about revolition and 911 got to number one and then only got 2 - 3 plays all the next week on bbc.
