It has been known that the UK Government (Secret Services) were warning the USA about the 9/11 attack - at least according to the MSM.

What about actual complicity?

Blair had timed his dreaded TUC speech for the afternoon of 9/11.... a speech, he never had to deliver....

Blair changed the Independent Reviewer of Terrorism before the attacks... (allowing the loosening the review of terrorism legislation immediately after 9/11)

The Blair government sacked Craig Murray because he raised the issue of CIA-outsourced torture. Blair and Straw knew the CIA were torturing.

They knew about the CIA Rendition flights - as investigated by Michael Todd (deceased)

Finally, Blair's government was complicit with 9/11 by not starting a UK investigation into the deaths of the British Citizens killed on 9/11, instead merely accepting the preposterous and unproven allegations of the US government. The BBC found massive holes in the US Government's story... (followed up stories being rather obviously squashed).
