School Teachers Suspended -Guilt By Association

Hundreds of totally innocent teachers and support staff up and down the country have suddenly found themselves suspended and awaiting individual decisions from Ofsted on whether their disqualifications can be waived.
Why?

Because new Keeping Children Safe Guidance says that they are guilty by association if they live with someone who has had a conviction or caution for a violent or sexual offence. That can be a family member or a flat room mate.

One teacher was suspended because her teenage son had received a caution for visiting inappropriate websites. She had to send him to live with grandparents just so she could go back to work.

Another was suspended when it was found that her husband in 1986 had had a 12 month conditional discharge for a public affray offence which was spent nearly 30 years ago,

Another single mum teacher faces disqualification because she had her children taken into care years previous when married to a violent abusive partner.
