Those at ARK fundraisers have included a number of people either linked to Epstein or mentioned in his ‘Little Black Book’, such as Arpad Busson, Bill Clinton, Mariella Frostrup, Matthew Freud, Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece, Debbie von Bismark, Kevin Spacey, Liz Hurley, Sophie Dahl, Saffron Aldridge. The ARK 2011 fundraiser was attended by Prince William and Kate Middleton; their first public engagement as a married couple.

I do wonder, since the Dutroux network was exposed in the late 1980s,
which was blackmailing powerful people,
did Epstein take up the reins after that, to continue to blackmail powerful people? His alleged first victim was 1993.

Regina Louf was one of the first to come forward. She said that as a child she had been abused for many years in a paedophile network involving Nihoul and Dutroux.
‘I remember Michel Nihoul as a very cruel man, he abused children in a very sadistic way…..’
She says that at the age of twelve she was taken with other children to sex parties and told investigators that Dutroux was there, working for Nihoul.
‘Dutroux was a boy, who brought drugs, cocaine….to these parties, who brought some girls, watched girls…….Nihoul, he was a sort of party beast, Dutroux was more on the side.……’

Regina Louf’s story was horrific but her account of a violent paedophile underworld was by now re-inforced by new witnesses some of whom also named influential people.

But Jean Michel Nihoul, the man suspect of hiring Dutroux to kidnap children, was released from jail after just 5 months. It’s still unclear if he will ever come to trial and some members of the commission remain convinced he is protected……
