We are signing this petition so you may please carry forward our voices in support of your efforts to free human rights activist Khurram Parvez from detention by the J&K Government under the draconian PSA Act. We know Mr Khurram Parvez, through his work with the Jammu and Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society to be a diligent worker for peace and human rights, and we see his incarceration as a gross violation of basic human rights in the country.
