Deployment of 'crisis actors' in live terrorist attacks?

In some of these 'terrorist attacks' some evidence has been presented which suggests crisis actors may have been used, fake blood etc.

But its a treacherous road to go down...

You risk seriously upsetting and offending real families of real victims if you don't get it right in a similar way to fake 911 victims were known to have infiltrated and taken over the New York victims' campaign

Bear in mind tremendous efforts are now going in to 'hoax the hoax' as you might say
IE to alter or fabricate evidence to make it appear to be fake blood and crisis actors

From one's armchair it is usually, if not always, impossible to conduct a rigourous enough examination of the facts to conclusively prove the hoax has not itself been hoaxed

Just like in a court of criminal law the defendant is innocent until proven guilty
So those who may be real victims must remain real victims until proven beyond all reasonable doubt to be crisis actors smeared with fake blood

I've not seen a single case which passes this test and I challenge you to do so in public here
