He also turned on the electronic warfare and lit up the cruiser's air defense detection station. The missiles went to the ship with the homing heads turned off so that it would not detect the radiation beam. The guidance was carried out by the NATO Orion, transmitting the exact coordinates of the ship to the missiles. The result – two hits of 120 kG and the remains of fuel, fire and detonation of ammunition. The cruiser began to sink.
The cruiser Moskva (in addition to its main purpose – the destruction of the carrier groups KUG and AUG) is capable of providing air defense of the ship's strike group at long range with the S-300F Fort complex for a range of detection of air targets up to 300 km.
The cruiser was assigned the task of carrying out combat duty 100-120 km from Odessa in order to control the airspace within a radius of 250-300 km . That is, to ensure the overlap of the southern half of Moldova, the space from Izmail to Odessa and part of the territory of Romania (including the port of Constanta) with its location field.
Moscow greatly interfered with the covert transfer of military aircraft (helicopters and airplanes) from Romania to Ukraine. The cruiser was being watched, NATO air reconnaissance was working on it.

The PKR (anti-ship missile) was chosen as the killer of the cruiser, but not Neptune, as spread by Ukrainian propaganda. And perhaps the fifth-generation NSM (Naval Strike Missile, 185 km range, Norway-USA development). This type of RCC was chosen out of the need to achieve an absolute result.
The NSM is able to reach the target along a programmed route thanks to the INS (inertial navigation system) with correction by satellite GPSS (GPS), independently find the target, flying up to it at an altitude of 3-5 meters. When reaching the target, the NSM maneuvers and puts electronic interference. A highly sensitive thermal imager is used as a homing system, which independently determines the most vulnerable places of the target ship.
A stationary container installation secretly delivered to Ukraine was used as a launcher. Thus, after the damage to the cruiser Moscow, which led to its flooding, NATO reopened the air corridor for the transfer of aircraft to the airfields of Chernivtsi, Transcarpathian and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.

Украинские самолеты перелетели на аэродром в Румынию и оттуда взлетали в сторону моря, делали крюк и со стороны Одессы заходили на берег. Дальше они летели на Днепропетровск и Запорожье, наносили удары по войскам РФ.
Все аэродромы в районе Николаева и Одессы разбиты. Не могли понять – откуда? Поэтому погнали Москву с мощным локатором.
Он начал светить, и с аэродромов Крыма и из-под Донецка начали перехватывать украинцев наши Су-35. Так были сбиты девять МиГов и Сушек.

Крейсер Москва (помимо основного предназначения – уничтожения авианосных группировок КУГ и АУГ) способен обеспечивать ПВО корабельной ударной группы на большой дальности комплексом С-300Ф Форт на дальность обнаружения воздушных целей до 300 км.
Крейсеру была поставлена задача – несение боевого дежурства в 100-120 км от Одессы с целью контроля воздушного пространства в радиусе 250-300 км. То есть – обеспечить перекрытие своим локационным полем южной половины Молдавии, пространства от Измаила до Одессы и часть территории Румынии (в том числе порт Констанца).
Москва сильно мешал скрытным переброскам военной авиатехники (вертолеты и самолеты) с территории Румынии на территорию Украины. За крейсером наблюдали, по нему работала воздушная разведка НАТО.
Уничтожение флагмана флота было спланировано как стратегическая задача. Поэтому операция доставки ПКР в Одессу происходила в режиме строгой секретности и под прикрытием РЭБ.
В качестве убийцы крейсера выбрали ПКР (противокорабельную ракету), но не Нептун, как распространяется украинской пропагандой. А возможно ПКР пятого поколения NSM (Naval Strike Missile, дальность поражения 185 км, разработка Норвегия-США). Этот тип ПКР был выбран из необходимости достижения стопроцентного результата.
NSM способна выходить на цель по запрограммированному маршруту благодаря ИНС (инерциальной навигационной системе) с корректировкой по спутниковой GPSS (GPS), самостоятельно находить цель, подлетая к ней на высоте 3-5 метров. При выходе на цель NSM маневрирует и ставит радиоэлектронные помехи. В качестве системы самонаведения используется высокочувствительный тепловизор, самостоятельно определяющий наиболее уязвимые места корабля-цели.
В качестве пусковой установки была использована стационарная контейнерная установка, скрытно доставленная на Украину. Таким образом, после повреждения крейсера Москва, приведшего к его затоплению, у НАТО вновь открылся воздушный коридор для переброски авиатехники на аэродромы Черновицкой, Закарпатской и Ивано-Франковской областей.
После уничтожения крейсера Москва у Черноморского флота, к сожалению, больше нет ни одного корабля с зенитно-ракетной системой дальнего радиуса действия.

ps В Крыму размещена трехдиапазонная РЛС 55Ж6М Небо-М (межвидовой мобильный радиолокационный комплекс обнаружения аэродинамических и баллистических объектов на средних и больших высотах), которая способна отслеживать воздушные цели на дальности до 600 км. Эта РЛС контролирует небо до города Черновцы. Добавлю еще, что модернизация Москвы проведена в сжатые сроки и не полностью в отношении ПВО - как у Варяга для Тихоокеанского флота. Мне неясен еще один момент - почему ни слова про наши самолеты дальнего радиолокационного обнаружения и управления ДРЛОиУ А-50. Ранее сообщали что они есть в Крыму, на аэродроме Саки (авиабаза 43-го отдельного морского штурмового авиаполка). Он оснащенный мощным радиолокационным комплексом Шмель и полностью решает задачу пеленгования любых низковысотных элементов высокоточного оружия. Видимо ПКР по крейсеру были выпущены в упор, когда ПВО корабля бессильна..
