In the course of the last week, the World Health Organization (WHO) has pointed to a possible Global Public Health crisis in relation to China’s novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) categorized as a viral pneumonia. The virus outbreak is centred in the city of Wuhan, a city in Eastern China with a population in excess of 11 million.
At the time of writing, the WHO has not declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). On 22 January, the members of the WHO Emergency Committee “expressed divergent views on whether this event constitutes a PHEIC or not”. A far-reaching decision of the WHO is expected.
What is the nature of a Worldwide Public Health Emergency under WHO auspices?
The following article recalls the unusual circumstances of the April 2009 H1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic.
An atmosphere of fear and intimidation prevailed. The data was manipulated.
Based on incomplete and scanty data, the WHO nonetheless predicted with authority that: “as many as 2 billion people could become infected over the next two years — nearly one-third of the world population.” (World Health Organization as reported by the Western media, July 2009).

But the pandemic never happened.
There was no pandemic affecting 2 billion people…
Millions of doses of swine flu vaccine had been ordered by national governments from Big Pharma. Millions of vaccine doses were subsequently destroyed: a financial bonanza for Big Pharma, an expenditure crisis for national governments.
There was no investigation into who was behind this multibillion fraud.
Several critics said that the H1N1 Pandemic was “Fake”
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), a human rights watchdog, is publicly investigating the WHO’s motives in declaring a pandemic. Indeed, the chairman of its influential health committee, epidemiologist Wolfgang Wodarg, has declared that the “false pandemic” is “one of the greatest medicine scandals of the century.” (Forbes, February 10, 2010)
And in January 2010, the WHO responded with the following statement
The Western media which provided daily coverage of the pandemic, remained mum (with some exceptions) on the issue of financial fraud and disinformation.
I should emphasize that the present Public Health Crisis concerning China’s novel coronavirus is of an entirely different nature to that of H1N1.
But there important lessons to be learnt from the 2009 H1N1 Pandemic:

We will do all we can to plan for different scenarios. We ask the American people to become actively engaged with their own preparation and prevention. A Worldwide public health emergency is unfolding on an unprecedented scale. 4.9 billion doses of H1N1 swine flu vaccine are envisaged by the World Health Organization (WHO).
A report by President Obama’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology “considers the H1N1 pandemic ‘a serious health threat; to the U.S. — not as serious as the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic but worse than the swine flu outbreak of 1976.”:
“It’s not that the new H1N1 pandemic strain is more deadly than previous flu threats, but that it is likely to infect more people than usual because so few people have immunity” (Get swine flu vaccine ready: U.S. advisers)
Responding to the guidelines set by the WHO, preparations for the inoculation of millions of people are ongoing, in the Americas, the European Union, in South East Asia and around the World. Priority has been given to health workers, pregnant women and children. In some countries, the H1N1 vaccination will be compulsory.
In the US, the state governments are responsible for these preparations, in coordination with federal agencies. The US military is slated to assume an active role in the public health emergency

In Britain, the Home Office has envisaged the construction of mass graves in response to a rising death toll. The British Home Office report calls for “increasing mortuary capacity” An atmosphere of panic and insecurity prevails. Reliability of the Data
The spread of the disease is measured by country-level reports of confirmed and probable cases.
How reliable is this data. Does the data justify a Worldwide public health emergency, including a $40 billion dollar vaccination program which largely favors a handful of pharmaceutical companies? In the US alone, the costs of H1N1 preparedness are of the order of 7.5 billion dollars.( See Flu.gov: Vaccines, Vaccine Allocation and Vaccine Research)
Following the outbreak of the H1N1 swine flu in Mexico, the data collection was at the outset scanty and incomplete, as confirmed by official statements.( See Michel Chossudovsky, Is it the “Mexican Flu”, the “Swine Flu” or the “Human Flu”? The Atlanta based Center for Disease Control (CDC) acknowledged that what was being collected in the US were figures of “confirmed and probable cases”. There was, however, no breakdown between “confirmed” and “probable”. In fact, only a small percentage of the reported cases were “confirmed” by a laboratory test.
On the basis of scanty country-level information, the WHO declared a level 4 pandemic on April 27. Two days later, a level 5 Pandemic was announced without corroborating evidence (April 29). A level 6 Pandemic was announced on June 11.
There was no attempt to improve the process of data collection in terms of lab. confirmation. In fact quite the opposite. Following the level 6 Pandemic announcement, both the WHO and the CDC decided that data collection of individual confirmed and probable cases was no longer necessary to ascertain the spread of swine flu. As of July 10, one month after the announcement of the level six pandemic, the WHO discontinued the collection of confirmed cases. It does not require member countries to send in figures pertaining to confirmed or probable cases.
WHO will no longer issue the global tables showing the numbers of confirmed cases for all countries. However, as part of continued efforts to document the global spread of the H1N1 pandemic, regular updates will be provided describing the situation in the newly affected countries. WHO will continue to request that these countries report the first confirmed cases and, as far as feasible, provide weekly aggregated case numbers and descriptive epidemiology of the early cases. The statements of the WHO are notoriously contradictory. While creating an atmosphere of fear and insecurity, pointing to am impending global public health crisis, the WHO has also acknowledged that the underlying symptoms are moderate and that “most people will recover from swine flu within a week, just as they would from seasonal forms of influenza” (WHO statement, quoted in the Independent, August 22, 2009).
The WHO’s July 10 guidelines have set the stage for a structure of scantiness and inadequacy with regard to data collection at the national level. National governments of member States of the WHO are not required to corroborate the spread of the A H1N1 swine flu, through laboratory tests.
The WHO table below provides the breakdown by geographical region. These figures, as acknowledged by the WHO are no longer based on corroborated cases, since the governments are not required since July 11 to “test and report individual cases”. In an utterly twisted logic, the WHO posits that because the governments of WHO member countries are not required to test and report individual cases, with a view to ascertaining the spread of the virus, that “the number of cases reported actually understates the real number of cases.” (See note at foot of Table). The question is: what is being reported by the countries? How does one ascertain that the reported cases are H1N1 as opposed to seasonal influenza?

An examination of the maps (click links on table below) does not suggest any particular pattern or trend, which might ascertain the spread of H1N1.

The question is: how can this information reasonably be used to ascertain the spread of a very specific form of influenza, namely A H11N1

“Confirmed and Probable Cases” in the US
On July 24, following the WHO July 10 decision to shift from quantitative to qualitative assessments and not to require governments to ascertain the data through lab testing, the Atlanta based CDC also announced that it had discontinued the process of data collection pertaining to “confirmed and probable cases”:
“How many cases of novel H1N1 flu infection have been reported in the United States? When the novel H1N1 flu outbreak was first detected in mid-April 2009, CDC began working with states to collect, compile and analyze information regarding the novel H1N1 flu outbreak, including the numbers of confirmed and probable cases of disease. From April 15, 2009 to July 24, 2009, states reported a total of 43,771 confirmed and probable cases of novel influenza A (H1N1) infection. Of these cases reported, 5,011 people were hospitalized and 302 people died. On July 24, 2009, confirmed and probable case counts were discontinued. Aggregate national reports of hospitalizations and deaths will continue at this time. (See CDC, ,CDC H1N1 Flu | Questions and Answers About CDC’s Online Reporting)
Instead of collecting data –which would have provided empirical backing to its assessments on how the H1N1 virus was spreading– the CDC announced that it had developed a model “to try to determine the true number of novel H1N1 flu cases in the United States”.
“The model took the number of cases reported by states and adjusted the figure to account for known sources of underestimation (for example; not all people with novel H1N1 flu seek medical care, and not all people who seek medical care have specimens collected by their health care provider)….
Why did CDC discontinue reporting of individual cases? Individual case counts were used in the early stages of the outbreak to track the spread of disease. As novel H1N1 flu became more widespread, individual case counts became an increasingly inaccurate representation of the true burden of disease. This is because many people likely became mildly ill with novel H1N1 flu and never sought treatment; many people may have sought and received treatment but were never officially tested or diagnosed; and as the outbreak intensified, in some cases, testing was limited to only hospitalized patients. That means that the official case count represented only a fraction of the true burden of novel H1N1 flu illness in the United States. CDC recognized early in the outbreak that once disease was widespread, it would be more valuable to transition to standard surveillance systems to monitor illness, hospitalizations and deaths. CDC discontinued official reporting of individual cases on July 24, 2009. (Ibid, emphasis added)
Biased Predictions
What is the precise nature of the data transmitted by the states to the CDC? The CDC calls for the transmission of “aggregate national reports of hospitalizations and deaths”.
If the information is conceptually incorrect or incomplete at the outset, predictions and/or simulations will be inevitably be biased.
Without systematic lab confirmation, it is impossible to specify the nature of the virus because the symptoms of H1N1 are broadly similar to those of common influenza. In other words, do the data collected and transmitted by the states to the CDC confirm cases of H1N1 swine flu or do they indicate the prevalence of seasonal influenza?
The CDC posits that the data sent to them by the states is “underestimated”. It then hikes up these figures of “unconfirmed” cases, many of which are cases of seasonal influenza. The “corrected figures” are then inserted into the model:
Using this approach [CDC model], it is estimated that more than one million people became ill with novel H1N1 flu between April and June 2009 in the United States. The details of this model and the modeling study will be submitted for publication in a peer reviewed journal. (Ibid)
The model is then used to predict the spread of swine flu and to justify a national health emergency. “Swine flu could strike up to 40 percent of Americans over the next two years and as many as several hundred thousand could die if a vaccine campaign and other measures aren’t successful.” (Official Statement of the US Administration, Associated Press, 24 July 2009).
Anybody who is familiar with model building and computer simulations, is acutely aware that if the data and assumptions which are fed into the model are incorrect at the outset, the results will inevitably be biased.
What we are dealing with is a process of statistical manipulation, which has far-reaching implications and which could potentially create an atmosphere of panic, particularly if it is coupled, as in the UK, with announcements that “mass graves are being set up to deal with a rising death toll.
Vaccination
The Atlanta based CDC’s model’s simulations and predictions as to the spread of H1N1 swine flu are then used to plan the implementation of a nationwide vaccination program.
Based on the model’s “predictions”, mass vaccination of half of the US population is required, with the possible provision for quarantines under civilian and/or military jurisdiction. In the case of the United Kingdom, confirmed by British press reports, the government has predicted a rising death toll requiring the provision of mass graves.
According to reports, the US government expects to have 85 million doses of the new vaccine by the end of October. In total, the US government has ordered 195 million doses from Big Pharma.

On July 29, 2009, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP)—an advisory committee to CDC—recommended that novel H1N1 flu vaccine be made available first to the following five groups (News Release)
Pregnant women Health care workers and emergency medical responders
People caring for infants under 6 months of age
Children and young adults from 6 months to 24 years
People aged 25 to 64 years with underlying medical conditions (e.g. asthma, diabetes)

According to the WHO, Western countries have already ordered one billion doses of the vaccine.
“Northern hemisphere countries have so far ordered more than one billion doses of swine flu vaccine, the World Health Organisation said Tuesday, sparking warnings over shortages,” Agence France-Presse reports. While some countries, including Greece, The Netherlands, Canada and Israel, have ordered enough vaccine to inoculate their citizens, “[o]thers, such as Germany, the United States, Britain and France, have put in orders that would cover between 30 and 78 percent of people,” (AFP, August 19, 2009).
The WHO has made similar predictions: “Vaccine makers could produce 4.9 billion pandemic flu shots per year in the best-case scenario”, Margaret Chan, Director-General, World Health Organization (WHO), quoted by Reuters, 21 July 2009)
The United Kingdom: “Suspected Cases” versus “Confirmed Cases”
Even prior to the WHO decision to suspend reporting and compilation of confirmed cases, the process of data collection in the UK revealed some highly unusual patterns.
“There are big gaps in UK data on swine flu, many of them because so few virological confirmations of H1N1 seem to be being undertaken anywhere. But virology matters – and if more tests had been done, we might begin to understand why the number of people in hospital for swine flu in England is so much greater than in Scotland.” Where have all the virologists gone? | Straight Statistics
In Scotland, the collection of data was based on “confirmed cases” (lab testing), whereas in England it was based on “suspected cases” (no lab testing). In both cases, we are dealing with hospitalization. For the same time period, according to the study, England had 3,906 incident hospitalizations for “suspect swine-flu”, compared with Scotland’s 43 for “confirmed H1N1”.
England has approximately ten times more population than Scotland. On a per capita basis, however, there are 9.1 times more people in England with “suspected H1N1” flu than in Scotland, based on “confirmed cases”: 43 confirmed cases in Scotland, 3906 in England (suspected cases), a ratio of more than 1 to 9.
Has the H1N1 epidemic “evolved differently in Scotland and England, in extent and/or timing.”? There is no evidence to this effect. Or is this discrepancy of 9 to 1, partially the result of bias in the data for England which is based on “suspected cases”. It is on the basis of these “suspected cases” that unsubstantiated and irresponsible statements are being made by senior government health officials.
What this implies is that the hospital based data on “suspected cases” referred to above, which was already the source of bias, is no longer being collected by health personnel.
Self-Categorization
In Britain, the collection of “suspected cases” (which is known to be biased) was abandoned in favor of a system which does not require a diagnosis by a health professional, nor the testing of a lab specimens.
Since the WHO ruling on July 10, establishing new guidelines for data collection, the British authorities no longer focus on hospital based “suspected cases”, they are now collecting the data through “dedicated call centres”.
They have launched a national service where if you have flu like symptoms, you can call up dedicated call centres or check online whether you have swine flu. So, you don’t have to go to your GP, you can access antivirals quickly and don’t infect others by travelling around. (Most rapid spread of H1N1 virus in UK)
In Britain, the transition has been from “confirmed cases” (lab confirmation) to “suspected cases” (established by health professional, not requiring testing) to “self categorization”
As the pandemic progresses, the process of data collection becomes increasingly loose and unprofessional. One would normally expect the opposite, that following the announcement of Worldwide level 6 pandemic, that the process of data collection would be developed and improved as means to formulating a public health action plan. .
The process of data collection under the National Pandemic Flu Service is now based on “self-assessment” or self-categorization. Anybody who thinks he/she has flu-like symptoms can contact the National Pandemic Flu Service, by telephone ou through the internet, and can receive an antiviral prescription (e.g. Tamiflu) without the intermediation of a health professional and without even seeing a doctor. You can do it on the internet or by calling up the phone help line:
“The [British] National Pandemic Flu Service is a self-care service that will assess your symptoms and, if required, provide an authorisation number which can be used to collect antiviral medication from a local collection point. For those who do not have internet access, the same service can be accessed by telephone”
According to British health sources communicated to this author, persons who receive a prescription for Tamiflu through the National Pandemic Flu Service over the phone or through the National Health Service Telephone Call Service will be categorized and recorded as a “suspected case” of H1N1 swine flu.
Typical symptoms: sudden fever (38C or above) and sudden cough

2. Headache, sore throat, runny nose and sneezing
3. Stomach upset, loss of appetite, diarrhoea
4. Aching muscles, limb or joint pain

The moment you enter your name into the system over the internet or by phone, which allows you to collect anti-viral medication (e.g. tamiflu), you may be categorized as a suspected or probable case of H1N1. (see the UK National Pandemic Flu Service guidelines in Annex 1 below)
As discussed in the England versus Scotland analysis, there is already a 9 to 1 discrepancy between “suspected” and “confirmed” cases, both of which are hospital based.
The system of data collection in the UK through “self-categorization” has no scientific basis whatsoever. It is totally meaningless, given the fact that the H1N1 has the same symptoms as seasonal influenza. (We have, however, not been able to ascertain at the stage the extent to which the self-assessment information is being tabulated and used to establish trends pertaining to the H1N1 flu pandemic)
The pattern in other countries differs from that outlined in relation to Britain. In the US, a system of testing at the state level still prevails.
Concluding Remarks
Reports from Britain by prominent physicians (to the author) suggest that doctors and epidemiologists in the UK are being threatened. They risk being fired by the National Health authorities if they speak out and reveal the falsehoods underlying the data as well as government statements.
It is essential that physicians, epidemiologists and health workers speak out through their respective associations and refute the statements of government health officials who are tacitly acting on behalf of Big Pharma, as well as denounce the manipulation of the data. It is also important to warn the public on the dangers of untested H1N1 flu vaccines.
What we are dealing with is a big lie. A process of generating fake data which is then used to justify a nationwide vaccination program.
The political and corporate interests behind this Worldwide public health emergency must be the target of citizens’ actions.
This public health emergency is not intended to protect humanity.
The World is at the crossroads of a major economic and social crisis. The Worldwide public health emergency serves to divert public opinion from the real crisis which is affecting the World’s people. This crisis is characterised by rising poverty and unemployment and the collapse in social services, not to mention a a US-NATO multitrillion dollar high tech “war without borders” which includes the preemptive “first strike” use of nuclear weapons.
The dramatic causes and consequences of the “real crisis” which in real sense threaten the future of humanity must remain unheralded. Both the Economic Crisis and the Middle East Central Asian war are the object of routine and persistent media distortion and camouflage. In contrast, the H1N1 swine flu –despite its relatively mild and benign impacts– is depicted as major “Save the World” endeavor.

The group United Against Nuclear Iran has paid John Bolton a quarter of a million dollars, which (money) is coming from Israel, which of course gets that money by raiding the United States Treasury to the tune of well, one estimate published in Christian Science Monitor two decades ago was that Israel had already stolen trillions, literally trillions of dollars. That's what it cost the United States. So Americans have allowed Israel to colonize them and raid them and rape and pillage them.

The American hawkish group UANI is pressuring pharmaceutical firms to stop selling drugs to Iran amid a massive coronavirus outbreak in the country.
And this UANI group is just one of the many Israel pressure groups running United States foreign policy. It's just an outrage. And now they're trying to amplify the plague of coronavirus in Iran, which one suspects that they themselves may have actually engineered, because otherwise how could an Israeli company claim that they'll have a vaccine against coronavirus in less than two weeks when all scientists say that if there's a novel outbreak like this, it would take at least a year to have a vaccine.
A recent article by former CIA officer Philip Giraldi suggests that probably the US and Israel are working together. They’re the same people who used Stuxnet against Iran, endangering the nuclear facilities not only in Iran, but all over the world because it got loose and nearly created horrible nuclear accidents all over the world. And apparently now they've done the same thing with this coronavirus.
Philip Giraldi’s article is called, Who Made Coronavirus? Was It the U.S., Israel or China Itself?, and he strongly suspects the US and Israel, with China being America's biggest geostrategic antagonist and Iran being Israel's biggest problem.

A former military intelligence officer of the CIA has said that the “Coronavirus did not occur naturally through mutation but rather was produced in a laboratory, possibly as a biological warfare agent.”
The head of Iran's Civil Defense Organization Brigadier General Gholam Reza Jalali just said the same thing. He said this looks like a biological warfare attack against Iran and China. And a new study coming out of China from Tongji University in Shanghai, entitled Single-cell RNA expression profiling of ACE2, the putative receptor of Wuhan 2019 coronavirus shows that this virus has been engineered to target East Asians, and presumably a version of it has been perhaps released and developed by the Israelis to target Iranians.
So we are seeing biological warfare on a massive scale. The United States is the country that has been waging biological warfare on and off ever since it exterminated Native Americans by giving them smallpox blankets, during the Korean War, the United States dropped literally hundreds of thousands of bombs bearing plague... and other diseases on China and North Korea and covered it up. And the book “This Must Be the Place” gives the details on that.
The United States waged biological warfare against its own Congress in 2001 with the anthrax component of the 9/11 anthrax false flag operation, which terrorized Tom Daschle and Patrick Leahy, the leaders of the movement that blocked the Patriot Act, into giving up and allowing the Patriot Act.
So the United States is run by lunatics, by psychopaths who are entirely capable of launching World War 3 by way of a biological warfare attack on China and Iran, with the Iran component presumably led by Israel. That's the most likely explanation for what we're seeing.
In that context, this move by these Israel lobbies that are presumably behind this biological warfare attack, and this launching of what could become World War 3, are pressuring United States to try to help this plague spread in Iran as much as possible by preventing Iran from getting any of the medicines and medical equipment that would need to fight this virus.
And the United States is pursuing this kind of policy right now. Trump has not allowed medical equipment and supplies to go through to Iran. It's absolutely disgusting. We're seeing more smallpox blankets from the psychopaths in charge and the people of the world need to rise up and overthrow these people as soon as possible.

American stock futures tumbled, with losses triggering exchange rules that limit declines at 5%, as plummeting oil prices added to the backdrop of dread surrounding the novel coronavirus.
Japanese stocks sank 6%. For the first time ever, the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield fell below 0.5% and the 30-year yield dropped under 1%.
The spark was a full-blown oil price war that followed Russia’s decision to walk away from talks with the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries on production limits. Saudi Arabia then said it plans to boost oil output next month to more than 10 million barrels a day.
Oil prices plunged late Sunday, at one point by 31%, the most since the Gulf War in 1991. Some strategists now see oil prices falling below $30 a barrel, as a deluge of supply combines with a shock to demand from the virus.

How Putin spurned the Saudis to start a war on America’s shale oil industry
Although energy and commodity stocks make up only about 5% of the S&P 500 index, if the oil price crash were sustained it would upend politics around the world, exacerbate strains in U.S. high-yield corporate credit and complicate the work of central bankers as they try to model the effects of the virus on economies. It would otherwise prove a boon to consumers, but the coronavirus is increasingly keeping them at home.
Volatility has been rampant in markets around the world amid an outbreak that has infected more than 110,000 people and killed more than 3,700. At least 10 billion shares have traded on U.S. exchanges each day for two weeks, gauges of equity turbulence are at nine-year highs and strategists have begun lowering earnings forecasts for the rest of the year.
The spreading coronavirus has kept investors on edge for weeks, forcing upon them the near-impossible task of assessing its eventual effects on the global economy. Now, with Saudi Arabia and Russia initiating a price war in the oil market, they’ll have to contend with crude prices that are in free fall.

Futures contracts on the S&P 500 sank as much as 5% on Sunday from a Chicago Mercantile Exchange reference price calculated during the final 30 minutes of trading Friday. Although futures can continue trading at or above that price, they were pinned at that level as of 10:11 p.m. in New York, raising the specter of an ugly opening there on Monday.
“It is too early to expect a market bottom,” Satya Pradhuman, director of research at Cirrus Research, wrote in a note to clients. “Credit spreads are likely to widen further from here. In addition, earnings risks abound and estimates are still likely to fade further.”
Contracts on indexes such as the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 are crucial elements of the global price discovery system, giving traders a price proxy and instruments to speculate on the world’s biggest stock market when regular exchanges are closed.
“These things are all designed to stop a market panic and cause a bit of a pause in trading,” said Shane Oliver, head of investment strategy and chief economist at AMP Capital Investors. “It can have the perverse effect of increasing the downward pressure on other markets, particularly until the U.S. market opens.”
The last time futures selling tripped the limit down rule was the night of Nov. 8, 2016, as investors adjusted to news that Donald Trump would win the presidency. The price held at 5% below the prior day’s close around midnight and stayed there for about half an hour before turning higher. The entire drop was erased minutes after the opening of regular trading.
But that might not be a model for this week.

Sorry I neglected to post the link to the video of Jim Fetzer's interview with Rebecca Carnes.As it turns out she is the person who challenged Beto O'Rourke to a debate that he remained silent about during his phony 'town hall' meeting in Newtown in 2019.At the time she had little to say about Sandy Hook.Yet she grew up around some of the characters involved although it does appear many of the Sandy Hook characters were not long standing members and residents of Newtown.

"Public Health England" are now launching "mass coronavirus testing", even if people have no symptoms and have never travelled abroad. It's looked like mountains out of molehills from the start - the aim being, perhaps, to try to temporarily panic the financial markets and/or damage US rivals in the Far East, Middle East and Europe. Now we know why the FEMA camps have been set up in the US. Back to the UK - I was speaking to a GP (UK Doctor) who advised me they are planning mass screenings.
He also said the 1% mortality rate was quite high (not compared to MERS or SARS), but in general terms. Adding the 15% on the elderly being high too.
Looks like the humans are in for a tough time. Mass hysteria, mass screenings and above all mass deception at the heart of this.

Not to disagree with any of the possibilities mooted here (I put them under the heading 'As likely as any other thing') but I'm in China right now (five years and counting) and thought punters might find it interesting to hear about what I see going on.
I should say I'm not in Hubei, I'm in a small regional city of 2 million in Southern central China quite far from it all. Here, we apparently have a couple dozen infected but it's true to say that I don't know anyone with Corona nor do I know anyone who knows anyone with Corona - that old chestnut, just like the other dread lurgies. But that notwithstanding pretty much everything has been shut down for the last six weeks. Supermarkets and food vendors all remained open sure enough. But all restaurants, cafes, schools, and anything where people congregate have been closed. And, due to the empty streets and a complete absence of customers pretty much everything else shut down too. It was a real ghost town.
All of the above being said, things have changed this week. The streets that were deserted, with everyone staying home, now have traffic again and there are pedestrians getting about. The shops that were closed on account of zero custom are now open. These being clothes shops, toy shops, home appliances, that kind of thing. It's not what it was pre lurgy (ie. bustling) but it represents a big change. None of this is due to government diktat but rather on account of the fact punters are over the whole rigmarole. There seems to be no end in sight so maybe we'll just get on with things and see what happens?
Frankly for most people here the concern is no longer about whether they'll get the lurgy but whether they'll go bankrupt. Honestly nearly two months of zero business and it's starting to look very bad. I can see a lot of businesses staying shuttered after the government declares it all over because they've gone bust. My school amongst them. I'm already wondering how deep my owner's pockets are. There's plenty of schools here that are vanity projects set up by people who have too much money but my school ain't one of them.
Anyway, every other corner has a makeshift marquee staffed with government people to check temperatures, so there's still that but otherwise people are starting to get over it. I'm wondering if I'll be right in thinking that this thing will go the way of bird flu, swine flu, SARS, and all the other much-ado-about-nothings and just sort of peter out with no actual resolution? All the others did. Then there'll be nothing left but for everyone to carry and NOT think the thought, 'What was that all about?'.
We'll just have to wait and see. Interesting times.

The Coronavirus has now had reclassification in Scotland. Amendments have been made to The Public Health (Scotland) Act 2008.
The amendments have came into affect as of 22 February 2020. This, I imagine, would have been ratified in the Scottish Parliament. Given the alarming pace with which this has happened, it clearly shows it has been planned for sometime.
The UK Parliament are to push through emergency legislation next week. Likewise, the legislation for England will look similar.
The Health fascists with their Parliamentary Henchmen are not f@#£& about. The emergency measures mean that a miss placed sneeze or cough or an elevation in temperature could see us locked up.
Being notifiable means the primary care trusts, GPs etc now have a legal responsibility to escalate your personal data to the authorities. This can result in an enforced loss of liberty and I suspect forced 'treatment' too.
This is a serious move towards a watered down version of martial law backed up by mandatory treatments without prior or any consent.
It may be that the coronavirus (4 types of which are the common cold) is the perfect vehicle to usurp any legal protection we may have had.
At this stage, however, I believe this to be a test bed for future plans. This is probably phase 1.
The religious amongst us may consider the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse and the relationship with pestilence. Anyone not familiar with this could easily look it up.
The Horsemen might be a topic of debate. What isn't up for debate is the speed of the changes to legislation. I suspect similar changes will be found in countries the world over.

As its the 3 March or (33) for short, surprisingly a relatively quiet day. However, as we are having an 'all things 33' party, I thought I'd give a further example of the 'crazies' and the lengths they'll go to to worship the Djinn/Demonic inspired occult.
The story is virtually indistinguishable from all the other pulp that passes for news.
Again, the story is almost irrelevant, however, helps give an insight into spotting fake news wherever it appears.
The story tells us of 11 immigrants of which 3 are requiring hospital treatment. In numerological terms 11 x 3 or 33. In itself, not a great deal.
The key to spotting their less obvious tripe is the date ie 3/3 and the time of publication being 15.30 or 03.30 pm.
The markers are dates, times and any reference to their silly little numbers where ever they may be.
Just a little bit, it felt relevant to add something from a different storyline that helps further understand the lengths the 'crazies' go to.

It tells you they are not testing the blood supply for the virus.
Corona Virus is classified a common cold so it is a specific strain they have to test for.

In this article, we explore several questions that are being asked about what causes Covid-19, its relationship with ordinary “influenza” and where these viruses are thought to come from.
What causes influenza?
Influenza is caused by a virus. There are four types of influenza virus; A, B, C and D.
There are then various subtypes of these four types. Human influenza A and B viruses are the cause of the seasonal epidemics of disease (known as the flu season) almost every winter. Influenza A viruses are the only influenza viruses known to cause flu pandemics, that is, global epidemics of flu disease.
A pandemic can occur when a new and very different influenza A virus emerges that both infects people and has the ability to spread efficiently between people.
Covid-19 is not an influenza virus. It is a coronavirus which is a type of virus. Coronaviruses (CoV) are a family of viruses including, but not limited to, SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV.
Why is Covid-19 different?
Covid-19 and influenza both cause respiratory symptoms and are primarily spread through small droplets from the nose or mouth. Covid-19 is caused by a single virus known as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2, or SARS-CoV-2. This is a new virus and therefore people do not have immunity.
Covid-19 generally seems to lead to more severe disease than seasonal flu strains partly due to this lack of immunity. There is no vaccine and such a vaccine may be many months away. The situation surrounding Covid-19 is changing rapidly; the most recent mortality rate is 3.4% while that of the flu is less than 1%, according to the WHO. The WHO believes that containment of Covid-19 is possible with active involvement of countries by contact tracing in order to prevent infections and save lives.
How do new viral strains emerge?
New influenza viral strains constantly arise from two mechanisms that alter the genetic code of a virus. These mechanisms are known as genetic drift and genetic shift. Genetic drifts are small changes in genetic material called point-mutations which can occur in a single virus strain. Genetic shifts are when the genetic material of different strains of influenza viruses mix and form new combinations.
Another possible way a new strain could emerge?
Human infections with avian and other zoonotic influenza viruses, though rare, have been reported infrequently. These infections are primarily acquired through direct contact of humans with infected animals or contaminated environments, but usually do not result in efficient transmission of these viruses between people.
It is possible that when pigs become infected with both human and avian influenza virus these interactions can act as an intermediate step in combining the genetic material of avian, human, and swine influenza. The influenza genetic strands reassort while in the pig to form new combinations of avian, swine, and human strands. In turn, these new influenza viruses, which could possibly infect humans, have features not previously seen by the human immune system. This means that a human lacks immunity and that illness, sometimes severe, may occur.
How does the flu vaccine work?
The seasonal flu vaccine protects against the influenza viruses that research indicates will be most common during the upcoming season.
Most flu vaccines protect against four different flu viruses (“quadrivalent”); two influenza A viruses, and two influenza B viruses. Getting the flu vaccine can protect against flu viruses that are similar to the viruses used to make the vaccine. But the flu vaccines will not protect against infection and illness caused by other viruses, such as Covid-19, that also can cause influenza-like symptoms.
Why do new influenza strains and other viruses seem to originate in South East Asia?
There are a number of theories as to why new strains originate in South East Asia but no clear evidence. Some of the theories are:
Southeast Asia contains more than half of the global population. Larger populations should sustain larger virus populations, and in the absence of other reasons, they should contribute to a larger proportion of strains that happen to spread globally.
Birth rates have historically been higher in South East Asia than in most temperate populations. High birth rates influence the susceptibility of the population due to increased percentage of non-immune individuals resulting in decreased immunity to a virus strain and thereby allowing for genetic change.
Strong trade connections between Europe, North America and Australasia exports new viruses to other countries.

In the 2017 to 2018 winter period, there were an estimated 50,100 excess winter deaths in England and Wales.
The number of excess winter deaths in 2017 to 2018 was the highest recorded since winter 1975 to 1976.
During the winter months of 2017 to 2018, the number of daily deaths exceeded the daily five-year average for all days except 25 March.
Excess winter mortality in 2017 to 2018 significantly increased from 2016 to 2017 in all English regions and Wales, with Wales having the highest regional index.
Excess winter mortality continued to be highest in females and people aged 85 and over.
Excess winter mortality doubled among males aged 0 to 64 years between 2016 to 2017 and 2017 to 2018.
Over one-third (34.7%) of all excess winter deaths were caused by respiratory diseases.

Scientists at Israel’s Institute for Biological Research are expected to announce in the coming days that they have completed development of a vaccine for the new coronavirus COVID-19.
According to medical sources, the scientists have recently had a significant breakthrough in understanding the biological mechanism and qualities of the virus, including better diagnostic capability, production of antibodies for those who already have the virus and development of a vaccine.
The development process requires a series of tests and experiments that may last many months before the vaccination is deemed effective or safe to use.

Asked about the development, the Defense Ministry said: "There has been no breakthrough in the efforts of the biological institute to find a vaccine for the coronavirus or to develop testing kits. The institute’s work is conducted according to an orderly work plan and it will take time. If and when there will be something to report, it will be done in an orderly fashion. The biological institute is a world-renowned research and development agency, which relies on experienced researchers and scientists with great knowledge and quality infrastructures. There are now more than 50 experienced scientists working at the institute on researching and developing a medical remedy for the virus."

The Institute for Biological Research, located in the central Israeli town of Nes Tziona, was established in 1952 as part of the Israel Defense Forces' Science Corps, and later became a civilian organization. It is technically under the supervision of the Prime Minister's Office, but is in close communication with the Defense Ministry.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyhu ordered the institute to devote resources to developing a vaccine for COVID-19 on February 1.

Normally, a long process of pre-clinical trials on animals would be the next phase, followed by clinical trials. This period allows for a full characterization of side effects and a better understanding of how different populations are affected.
Yet the global emergency over the coronavirus pandemic may accelerate this process in order to vaccinate as many people who are most at risk from the virus.
The development of an effective vaccine would end the global crisis caused by the virus; it would also protect the world’s population for a more serious outbreak next year, as some predict could happen.
According to a Ynet report, three weeks ago, five shipments of virus samples arrived in Israel from Japan, Italy and other countries. They were brought by a specially secured Defense Ministry courier to the Institute for Biological Research. The samples had been frozen to -80 degrees Celsius. According to health and defense sources, since the samples arrived, there has been intensive work, including by leading experts, to develop the vaccine.

The assessment of experts in Israel and abroad is that the length of time needed to develop a vaccine runs from a few months to a year and a half. Numerous research teams all over the world are participating in the race to develop a vaccine. Many of them at this point are focusing on the way the virus presents itself in animals, with the biggest hurdle being the way it morphs when it moves from animals to human beings.
Shortly after the outbreak started in January, China released the genetic sequence of the virus on open scientific databases so that research institutes and commercial companies could try to develop treatments and vaccines without needing to obtain samples.
Around a month and a half after the genetic sequence was published, biotechnology company Moderna, Inc., based in Boston, Massachussets, announced it had completed the development of a possible coronavirus vaccine. Immediately afterward the vaccine was sent to the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, with clinical trials, which will include up to 25 health participants, to start in April and end in the summer. Any Israel vaccine will presumably also need to go through a similar or even stricter process before it will be approved for use. _________________ --

England "might well end up with mandatory" vaccines , the outgoing Chief Medical Officer has said, as she recalled looking after two children who died from measles.
Professor Dame Sally Davies said she hoped other measures could be tried first to stem falling immunisation rates, but that it was vital to stop the spread of deadly diseases.
Her comments come after some health experts condemned Health Secretary Matt Hancock for saying he is seriously considering mandatory vaccination.
Dame Sally told BBC Radio 4's Today programme: "We need to up our vaccination rates.
"I hope we can do it by other means, but if we can't, we might well end up with mandatory."
She said it was "important that children are vaccinated", adding: "I remember looking after two children as they died from measles."
The latest NHS figures show that fewer children are receiving all their routine vaccinations, including the combined measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine and those for meningitis.
The proportion of children vaccinated with all doses of the combined diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), polio and Haemophilus influenzae type b (DTaP/IPV/Hib) jab by the age of 12 months fell to 92.1 per cent in 2018/19, its lowest level since 2008/09 and below the 95 per cent target.
For MMR, 90.3 per cent of children had their first dose in 2018/19, down from 91.2 per cent the year before and continuing a five-year downward trend.
Earlier this week, researchers said vaccines should be offered in supermarkets, pop-up clinics and at music festivals to help boost immunisation rates.
They argued that, before steps are taken to introduce such an "extreme policy" as mandatory vaccination, clinics should open at weekends and in the evenings to improve access to the jabs.
They said most parents do vaccinate their children but those who do not often have problems attending clinics or simply forget.
A busy family life and needing to take time off work to get children vaccinated are all barriers to people making sure youngsters are up to date, they added.
The experts played down the role of anti-vaccination groups on social media, saying trust in social media is generally low in the UK, while confidence in doctors and nurses is high.
Helen Bedford, professor of children's health at University College London's Institute of Child Health, said there is an urgent need to look at all the barriers that prevent vaccination.
"What we know is that most people that are under-immunised, it's about difficulty accessing services," she said.
"To go towards mandation when we don't have all these other things is just a knee-jerk reaction."
David Elliman, consultant community paediatrician at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, said he was in favour of clinics being set up in places such as music festivals.
And he said mandatory vaccination should not be introduced to "prop up failures in the system".
As well as the ethical issues of forcing people to vaccinate, "there really is no convincing evidence from anywhere that it works", he said, adding: "We could make things worse."

A virologist at the Charité University Hospital in Berlin, he had sequenced the virus from a German patient infected with COVID-19 in Italy. The genome looked similar to that of a virus found in a patient in Munich, the capital of Bavaria, more than 1 month earlier; both shared three mutations not seen in early sequences from China. Drosten realized this could give rise to the idea that the Italian outbreak was “seeded” by the one in Bavaria, which state public health officials said had been quashed by tracing and quarantining all contacts of the 14 confirmed cases. We are told that the peak number of infections may be three months away. This astounds me considering that in China, the centre of the infection, confirmed cases peaked well within this timeframe.
Airlines could require vaccination for passengers, or at least make them show a medical exemption as to why they cannot be vaccinated. Perhaps now is the time to consider this.
Right now, scientists are urgently working to develop a COVID-19 vaccine. If they succeed, a vaccine dissemination strategy will be needed immediately.
Also, just this month, the FDA approved a new vaccine for pandemic influenza (H5N1). As for the seasonal flu vaccines, they are already here.

Federal officials told a Seattle research lab not to test flu swab samples for coronavirus in January, before the outbreak took hold of Washington state, according to The New York Times.
As of Tuesday, Washington has confirmed 267 cases of the virus and 24 deaths. Washington declared a state of emergency on February 29 to tackle the outbreak.
Researchers at the Seattle Flu Study told The Times that they had repeatedly asked state and federal officials if they could begin testing their flu samples for coronavirus in January, but were unable to cut through red tape.
According to The Times, officials consistently rejected the idea on public health and privacy grounds and said the study did not have explicit permission from its subjects to use their samples for coronavirus testing. The study was not certified for clinical testing.
In February, the study began testing its samples without federal permission and confirmed at least one coronavirus case.
The report highlights the country’s slow response to curbing Washington’s coronavirus outbreak.

Officials also said the study did not have explicit permission from its subjects to use their samples for coronavirus testing, and the study was not certified for clinical testing.
In late February, Chu began testing the study’s participants for coronavirus without government approval, which confirmed at least one positive case, The Times said.
“It must have been here this entire time,” Chu told The Times. “It’s just everywhere already.”
As of Tuesday, Washington has confirmed 267 cases of the virus and 24 deaths. King County, where Seattle is located, has recorded over 190 cases of the virus and 22 of the deaths. Washington Gov. Jay Inslee declared a state of emergency on February 29 to tackle the outbreak.
The Seattle Flu Study is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which announced on Monday that it is supporting at-home coronavirus test kits to those at risk in the Seattle area. The foundation also pledged $US100 million last month to fight the coronavirus outbreak.
The FDA and the CDC did not immediately respond to Business Insider’s request for comment.
Dr. Robert Redfield, director of the CDC, told The Times that although there were issues with testing in the beginning, there is still time to curb the outbreak in the US. “It’s going to take rigorous, aggressive public health – what I like to say, block and tackle, block and tackle, block and tackle, block and tackle,” he said. “That means if you find a new case, you isolate it.”
The FDA told The Times that it provided emergency authorization for two lab-developed coronavirus tests within 24 hours of their completed submission, disputing that it has moved too slowly with testing.
On February 29, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced an expansion of its distribution of coronavirus testing kits, allowing hundreds of labs and hospitals around the country to conduct testing that had previously been limited by the CDC.
Still, the US lags behind other countries in terms of testing per capita.

As of earlier this week, US has performed about five coronavirus tests per million people, compared with South Korea’s 3,692 tests per million people. Test kit shortages and potentially faulty kits initially stalled health authorities’ abilities to monitor the number of infections.
As of Tuesday, the CDC says that 9,519 tests have been conducted in the US so far: 3698 at its labs and 4856 at US public health labs. The US has reported more than 970 coronavirus cases in total across 37 states.

As coronavirus panic grips the world, concern over government overreach is growing given the involvement of US intelligence agencies in classified meetings for planning the U.S.’ coronavirus response.

As the COVID-19 coronavirus crisis comes to dominate headlines, little media attention has been given to the federal government’s decision to classify top-level meetings on domestic coronavirus response and lean heavily “behind the scenes” on U.S. intelligence and the Pentagon in planning for an allegedly imminent explosion of cases.
The classification of coronavirus planning meetings was first covered by Reuters, which noted that the decision to classify was “an unusual step that has restricted information and hampered the U.S. government’s response to the contagion.” Reuters further noted that the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Alex Azar, and his chief of staff had “resisted” the classification order, which was made in mid-January by the National Security Council (NSC), led by Robert O’Brien — a longtime friend and colleague of his predecessor John Bolton.
Following this order, HHS officials with the appropriate security clearances held meetings on coronavirus response at the department’s Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF), which are facilities “usually reserved for intelligence and military operations” and — in HHS’ case — for responses to “biowarfare or chemical attacks.” Several officials who spoke to Reuters noted that the classification decision prevented key experts from participating in meetings and slowed down the ability of HHS and the agencies it oversees, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to respond to the crisis by limiting participation and information sharing.
It has since been speculated that the decision was made to prevent potential leaks of information by stifling participation and that aspects of the planned response would cause controversy if made public, especially given that the decision to classify government meetings on coronavirus response negatively impacted HHS’ ability to respond to the crisis.
After the classification decision was made public, a subsequent report in Politico revealed that not only is the National Security Council managing the federal government’s overall response but that they are doing so in close coordination with the U.S. intelligence community and the U.S. military. It states specifically that “NSC officials have been coordinating behind the scenes with the intelligence and defense communities to gauge the threat and prepare for the possibility that the U.S. government will have to respond to much bigger numbers—and soon.”
Little attention was given to the fact that the response to this apparently imminent jump in cases was being coordinated largely between elements of the national security state (i.e. the NSC, Pentagon, and intelligence), as opposed to civilian agencies or those focused on public health issues, and in a classified manner.
The Politico article also noted that the intelligence community is set to play a “key role” in a pandemic situation, but did not specify what the role would specifically entail. However, it did note that intelligence agencies would “almost certainly see an opportunity to exploit the crisis” given that international “epicenters of coronavirus [are] in high-priority counterintelligence targets like China and Iran.” It further added, citing former intelligence officials, that efforts would be made to recruit new human sources in those countries.
Politico cited the official explanation for intelligence’s interest in “exploiting the crisis” as merely being aimed at determining accurate statistics of coronavirus cases in “closed societies,” i.e. nations that do not readily cooperate or share intelligence with the U.S. government. Yet, Politico fails to note that Iran has long been targeted for CIA-driven U.S. regime change, specifically under the Trump administration, and that China had been fingered as the top threat to U.S. global hegemony by military officials well before the coronavirus outbreak.
A potential “9/11-like” response
The decision to classify government coronavirus preparations in mid-January, followed by the decision to coordinate the domestic response with the military and with intelligence deserves considerable scrutiny, particularly given that at least one federal agency, Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), will be given broad, sweeping powers and will work closely with unspecified intelligence “partners” as part of its response to a pandemics like COVID-19.
The CBP’s pandemic response document, obtained by The Nation, reveals that the CBP’s pandemic directive “allows the agency to actively surveil and detain individuals suspected of carrying the illness indefinitely.” The Nation further notes that the plan was drafted during the George W. Bush administration, but is the agency’s most recent pandemic response plan and remains in effect.
Though only CBP’s pandemic response plan has now been made public, those of other agencies are likely to be similar, particularly on their emphasis on surveillance, given past precedent following the September 11 attacks and other times of national panic. Notably, several recent media reports have likened coronavirus to 9/11 and broached the possibility of a “9/11-like” response to coronavirus, suggestions that should concern critics of the post-9/11 “Patriot Act” and other controversial laws, executive orders and policies that followed.
While the plans of the federal government remain classified, recent reports have revealed that the military and intelligence communities — now working with the NSC to develop the government’s coronavirus response — have anticipated a massive explosion in cases for weeks. U.S. military intelligence came to the conclusion over a month ago that coronavirus cases would reach “pandemic proportions” domestically by the end of March. That military intelligence agency, known as the National Center for Medical Intelligence (NCMI), coordinates closely with the National Security Agency (NSA) to conduct “medical SIGINT [signals intelligence].”
The coming government response, the agencies largely responsible for crafting it and its classified nature deserve public scrutiny now, particularly given the federal government’s tendency to not let “a serious crisis to go to waste,” as former President Obama’s then-chief of staff Rahm Emanuel infamously said during the 2008 financial crisis. Indeed, during a time of panic — over a pandemic and over a simultaneous major economic downturn — concern over government overreach is warranted, particularly now given the involvement of intelligence agencies and the classification of planning for an explosion of domestic cases that the government believes is only weeks away.

That “prophetic” forum takes on even more relevance after our previous investigation into the intertwining between the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Pirbright Institute, the pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline, leader in vaccines, administered by a director of Microsoft Corporation and partner of the Pentagon of its research agencies on Darpa and Dtra innovative weapons, also specialized in studies on biology and genetic engineering and therefore perfectly capable of preparing a biogenetic virus with precise ethnic targets. We have already written about the connections that support the thesis of a biological weapon pandemic in the previous report and therefore we will analyze them later in this article. Now let’s try to understand why after China, where the epidemic is slowly decreasing, Italy and Iran are the most affected countries.
As of March 11, there are 12,462 CoVid-19 cases on the Italian peninsula, of which 10,590 were infected, 1,045 healed and 827 died. Numbers that have definitively consolidated the country’s sad primacy worldwide, even before South Korea and second only to China. But even the nation of Tehran is no better: 6,566 cases including 2,134 hospitalized and 194 dead.
IRAN IN THE TARGET FOR QOM’S NUCLEAR PLANT
The numbers are alarming both because they are growing exponentially but above all because, after the massacre that took place in China 3,140 died out of 80,924, they represent the highest mortality index in the world: in Iran the deaths are in fact 3 times those of South Korea (60) while in Italy there are even 10 times more to represent about 15% of all CoronaVirus victims on the planet, estimated at 4012 by report no. 50 of the World Health Organization.
In the previous reportage we explained that this could be due to the two different genotypes of the CoVid-19 viral strain, one more aggressive and lethal due to an unidentified human manipulation, the other of high morbidity but not very fatal.
In the hypothesis of the bacteriological weapon, obviously to be proven if it will ever be possible, here is the thesis of the ethnic pandemic from a biogenetic virus that is perfectly able to explain these anomalous macroscopic between what happened in China, Iran and Italy compared to the rest of the world.
If it is almost superfluous to explain the long-standing rivalries between two superpowers like China and the US, the cradle of that globalist Deep State of which the CIA itself has admitted the existence recently, strongly conditioned by the Zionist financial Lobby in the weapons market (conventional and non) which finds expression in formal organizations such as the AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) an American pressure group known for its strong support for the State of Israel.
It should be remembered that those between Washington and Tehran have recently become more acute with the exit of the United States from the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Act) treaty on Iran to which Iran has responded by resuming the enrichment of uranium for military use. The climax of the clash occurred when a US Air Force drone launched from Al Udeid base in Qatar killed General Qasem Soleimani, commander of the Quds Forces, the special UNIT for foreign missions of the Guards Islamic revolutionaries, or the Iranian Pasdaran.
Before launching a missile attack on American bases in Iraq (which on January 8 caused brain injuries to a hundred soldiers despite the initial denials of serious damage to the White House), Tehran immediately reacted to what I considered a declaration of war with a gesture symbolic and practical: the red flag of revenge was hoisted on the Shi’ite Mosque of Qom, the most important Muslim temple in the country, the centrifuges of the Fordow nuclear power plant were set in full swing, always near Qom, at about 140 km from Tehran.
This plant is not only among the most innovative for the speed of uranium enrichment in order to build nuclear warheads that Iran at the moment should not yet possess or in any case have in limited numbers precisely due to the restrictions of the JCPOA.

But it is also practically unassailable as it is made in an underground bunker at 50 meters depth: it is therefore very difficult to scratch even with a powerful missile but it is obviously at risk of contagion from a viral epidemic among its operators, now probably isolated from the world.
Just in Qom the first outbreak of CoronaVirus was recorded in all of Iran which then quickly spread to the nearby and populous capital. The epidemic erupted with virulence about a month after the mysterious plane crash in Afghanistan where a CIA Commando spy plane crashed, with the Middle East operations chief Mike D’Andrea on board.
DANGEROUS ITALY-IRAN DEAL ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

DISTURBING PROPHECY BY BILL GATES FOUNDATION
Now it is necessary to see if and what the UN will respond to that already knew about the pandemic emergency in unsuspected times in October 2019. There is no possibility of a vaccine being available in the first year. There is a fictional antiviral drug that can help the sick but not significantly limit the spread of the disease. Since the whole human population is susceptible, during the initial months of the pandemic, the cumulative number of cases increases exponentially, doubling every week. And as the cases and deaths accumulate, the economic and societal consequences become increasingly severe this is the prophetic content reported during Event 201.
The disaster is so similar to the actual one that the organizers recently released a press release on the official forum report website after investigative journalist’s suspicions.
To be clear, the Center for Health Security and partners did not make a prediction during our tabletop exercise – Johns Hopkins Center wrote – For the scenario, we modeled a fictional coronavirus pandemic, but we explicitly stated that it was not a prediction. Instead, the exercise served to highlight preparedness and response challenges that would likely arise in a very severe pandemic. We are not now predicting that the nCoV-2019 outbreak will kill 65 million people. Although our tabletop exercise included a mock novel coronavirus, the inputs we used for modeling the potential impact of that fictional virus are not similar to nCoV-2019.
The denial is simple to interpret: it seems a prophecy but it is not only because there will be 65 million deaths. Even if the financial damages recorded on the world stock exchanges amounting to hundreds of billions of dollars are perfectly coincident with those assumed in the exercise.
In recent years, the world has seen a growing number of epidemic events, about 200 per year, which strain limited resources. A large global pandemic would be disruptive to health, economies, and society. Economic studies show that pandemics could cause an average annual economic loss of 0.7% of global GDP—or $570 billion instead, we read in the release released after the exercise.
CORONAVIRUS. TOO MANY COINCIDENCES AND DENIALS
In just a few weeks, two world-renowned institutes connected with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have found themselves denying the newspapers for two truly sensational coincidences.
In addition to the forecasts of Event 201, in fact, the role of the Pirbright Institute, supported by the Gates, which has patented a study on the CoronaVirus in the USA to prevent aviar bronchitis in chickens has ended up in the target of the American investigative media (but obviously almost ignored by the Italian ones).
Thanks to this research an Israeli center would have already found the vaccine, as we wrote in the previous report highlighting the close links between the empire of Bill Gates and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), the British multinational vaccines multinational already in agreement with the counterpart Chinese giant Clover biopharmaceutical for the distribution of the antidote against CoVid-19 as soon as it is available.
In China, after the announcement of this commercial agreement being finalized and the phone call between President Xi Jinping and the American President Donald Trump, the dead and infected have started to curse and miraculously decrease …
In addition to challenging health systems, pandemics can cause severe cascading economic and societal consequences said Tom Inglesby, MD, director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security at the Bloomberg School of Public Health at the end of the exercise with such a self-evident revelation that even a 10-year-old child could have done it…
Neither governments nor private industries alone can adequately respond to a severe pandemic; they must work together. We’ve designed Event 201 to engage leaders in compelling ways to help them understand the decisions needed to prepare for and respond to biological threats added to the head of the institute.

The only certainty about the ‘novel’ virus is that a great deal of nonsense is being talked about it by people who really ought to know better, and a great deal of opportunism is being displayed.
From Netanyahu grabbing the chance to postpone his corruption trial to Hollywood starlets claiming they have ‘tested positive’ (surely not a sad and cynical attempt to up their profile), this bandwagon is seething and teeming with those trying to seize their moment of fame or get rich or stay out of jail or just join in the mayhem
It’s cool to be nCoV-positive now. Maybe that’s why such inordinate numbers of famous people are staking their claim to it.
ISIS are apparently a bit worried about nCoV also and is allegedly sending out travel advisories to its jihadists.
Yup, that’s a real thing, right there. Really happening. Definitely.
Meanwhile, the propaganda is relentless, and there’s a variety for all tastes.
If you like your fear porn vanilla you can read all the articles based on total speculation that tell you millions will die if we don’t demand martial law and vaccines. (Speaking of vaccines, the as-yet-untested Covid19 vaccine is going to mandatory in Denmark, and in the US the manufacturers will have legal immunity should it cause any ill-effects).
If you are of a more sceptical turn of mind well, how about nCoV as bio-weapon? Plenty of juicy stuff on that topic also.
And scientists and science journals are not immune. There’s no shortage of people with PhDs willing to talk nonsense with a sciencey spin in order to convince the more inquiring proles that the governments are correct to invoke emergency powers and get that untested vaccine cranking out asap.
Look at this beauty. Written by a team of MDs and other ‘experts’ and appearing in The Lancet, it is about the most naked example I have seen to date of pseudoscience being used to inflate the perception of nCoV as something other than what it is.
The purpose of the article is apparently to find some sort of barely rational reason for estimating the nCoV case fatality rate to be higher than it actually is by a factor of ten.
Here’s the ‘reasoning’ it offers:
However, these mortality rate estimates are based on the number of deaths relative to the number of confirmed cases of infection, which is not representative of the actual death rate; patients who die on any given day were infected much earlier, and thus the denominator of the mortality rate should be the total number of patients infected at the same time as those who died.
They actually suggest with a straight face (though they don’t say why) that in order to get a ‘real’ figure for case fatality we need to count deaths as a percentage only of those who became infected at the same time as those who died.
So, if on Day One of a hypothetical new disease, two people get it and one dies, this would be a 50% case fatality ratio.
Sure, no problem. Common sense and statistics agree with that.
But what if from Day Two to Day Ten inclusive 198 more people get it and none of them die?
Well, according to the normal method of assessing CFR that would be 200 cases, one death, and a CFR of 0.5%
But with this brilliant new method, it would still be a CFR of 50% – because we are only allowed to count the cases who got sick on the same day as the fatality. And only two people got sick that day, of whom 50% died.
You see the corrupt genius of it? It’s a statistical nonsense that crucially gives permission to any would-be stats compilers in the WHO or elsewhere to overestimate the CFR of this bug, or indeed any other subsequent alleged ‘killer’ virus.
If you doubt this is the point, then read the article. This is just what the authors do, having the total gall to claim the ‘real’ CFR for nCoV is anywhere up to 20%, based solely on this crazy new way of figuring out the stats.
Which will look great in future headlines, and help pave the way for public acceptance of a total fascist dictatorship.
If you ever doubted that corruption is now endemic and all our institutions – political, legal, medical – are stacked with yes-men and jobsworths or fools prepared to put their names to any junk proclamation that might get them a raise or save their professional skins, just think of this article. Written by alleged world-class ‘experts’, published in the Lancet, and nothing more than a word salad of contradictory nonsense and meaningless conclusions designed to promote a political and propagandist point.
It even at one point acknowledges the probability of many many subclinical or symptom-free carriers of this supposed virus. But while the authors satisfy some dormant scrap of conscience by alluding to it they don’t draw their readers’ attention to the concomitant fact this lowers the case fatality by quite a way. In fact they allow themselves to sort of imply the opposite, because that is the level on which such people work:
Notably, the full denominator remains unknown because asymptomatic cases or patients with very mild symptoms might not be tested and will not be identified.
This is just one example of the forest of disinformative, hysterical, fog-bound garbage being poured on our heads about this so-called pandemic. That this is part of a coordinated and massive attempt to instil worldwide fear and enact worldwide population-management methods is now undeniable.
What is nCoV19? I honestly do not know.
The more the fear porn ramps up, the less certain I become of any aspect of the narrative surrounding it. We are definitely all being discouraged from questioning its virulence, discouraged from referring to its official fatality and case numbers, which do not correlate with the level of fear we are being told is appropriate. There is certainly a massive and multifaceted attempt to fudge and inflate those numbers to bring them in line with the ‘response’.
This brings us back to our revelation that good old Wikipedia have been downgrading the CFR of the Spanish Flu. It’s hard not to see this as part of the same process.
The actual death rates just aren’t high enough. So talk them up, play pea and thimble games with the stats, and do some Memory-Holing so that the 1918 pandemic suddenly has a very similar CFR, allowing your tame media to make all the right comparisons in their op eds and editorials, pointing out how many millions died back then despite it only having a fatality ratio of 2.5%.
They seem aware of the discrepancy, and are making efforts to prevent people researching it. The WHO are warning people not to read “too much” about the disease in order to protect their mental health. In a write up on the reccomendations, the BBC says this:

Whether this virus is as imaginary as some are saying, or entirely real, it’s being hyped to a point beyond any connection with reality, and not just in the media. It’s a multi-pronged assault on our minds right now. Allegedly reliable and authoritative medical professionals are just as likely to talk propaganda at you as some government minister or media halfwit.
Even in the alt-media, many have stopped thinking and gone full deer-in-the-headlights, devoting their websites to recycling government talking points and urging those same governments to lock down their citizens.
How bizarre is it that outlets who were – just weeks ago – warning against trusting anything that comes out of the mouths of our ‘masters’, are now prepared to surrender entirely to official narratives and official ‘safe-keeping’ – and for a virus which, even if totally real, has killed about 7,000 people – or around 7% of the numbers who have died over the same time period – of the current flu.
Yes, that is a real statistic. Check it out.
And no, don’t tell me it’s “not a fair comparison” because the flu is ‘always’ here and nCoV is new. All you do by that is display your unthinking foolishness. Flu viruses are RNA viruses that mutate all the time – which is why you can catch ‘the flu’ over and over again; You’re catching a different strain, a ‘new’ variant. Just like nCoV it needs to travel by infection routes. And just like nCov it has to start small.
But unlike nCov it has already managed to kill around 100,000 people since Jan 1 this year. So let go of that particular piece of nonsense, ok?
Do the alt-media types backing these extreme quarantine and self-isolation notions think the anti-assembly laws, mandatory vaccines and other special powers will all just vanish once this crisis has subsided (because all pandemics eventually do go away)? Do they think the de facto martial law will be temporary?
Do they think we can just ask nice and everything will go back to the way it was? (assuming, of course, the entire system hasn’t morphed into the Hunger Games due to global financial meltdown and mass poverty, because we all basically signed off on closing down what remains of our economy.
Are they thinking at all, or just reacting?
The panic is now seeding itself and doing the propaganda work for those who set it off, and an obvious and very very alarming agenda is being rolled out right behind it.

I've done a bit of research on blood types/antigens/antibodies over the last day or so (never heard of golden blood before -RHnull). I'm thinking a bit of Mosquito, a bit of vampire bat (Yes I know they are native to America🤔)! and something else thrown in. So the elderly, those with underlying health problems, and compromised immune systems, and A blood types are more vunerable eh?
If this is a natural phenomenon/mutation, can somebody please explain how? That's after you have agreed where it came from.
I'm thinking an O type blood transfusion and a double gin and tonic (quinine) might be one step in the right direction.

Product sifts through mobile phone data to pinpoint contagion
Israel security agency uses own software to critics’ dismay
An Israeli technology company, which has gained notoriety for the spyware it sells, has developed a new product it says has the ability to track the spread of the coronavirus.
NSO Group Ltd.’s product analyzes huge volumes of data to map people’s movements to identify who they’ve come in contact with, which can then be used to stop the spread of infection, according to a person familiar with the matter.

About a dozen countries are testing the NSO technology, the person familiar said, speaking on condition of anonymity to discuss a private matter. The software takes two weeks of mobile-phone tracking information from the infected person -- the incubation time of the virus -- then matches with location data collected by national mobile phone companies that pinpoints citizens who were in the patient’s vicinity for more than 15 minutes and are vulnerable to contagion, the person said.
NSO’s new product is being tested just as Israel approves the use of a tracking technology developed to combat terrorism to retrace the movements of coronavirus patients and people they’ve encountered. The step has proved controversial, with critics saying it constitutes an invasion of Israeli citizens’ privacy.
NSO itself has a history fraught with privacy and human rights controversy. Its spyware has been suspected of helping Saudi Arabia spy on murdered journalist Jamal Khashoggi, an accusation the company has denied. Speculation its software may have been used to hack the phone of Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos was also denied by the company. WhatsApp has filed a lawsuit against NSO, alleging that it violated the messaging platform’s terms of service by using it as a delivery mechanism for its spyware.

Civilian Product
The data analysis tool is the company’s first civilian product. Unlike NSO’s better-known Pegasus spyware, the big-data software doesn’t track mobile phones or conduct surveillance, the person said. It’s a civilian product sold to national health ministries and doesn’t need special export permission from Israel’s Ministry of Defense, the person said.
Should the software determine a possible case of contagion, a text message is sent to the SIM number, without revealing the owner’s identity to authorities, the person familiar said. Only when citizens test positive for the virus -- and give permission -- can officials correlate their SIM cards with their identities, the person said.
An NSO spokesman confirmed that the company developed a new data-analysis product with the ability to map the spread of the epidemic and help contain it. He declined further comment.
NSO has said it sells its surveillance technology to law enforcement and intelligence agencies to help catch criminals and terrorists. It can tap into a phone’s microphone and camera, view email and messages and collect location data on the user.
‘Surveillance Democracy?’
On Monday, the Israeli government authorized the country’s Shin Bet internal security agency to deploy a similar technology to track the virus among its citizens, which was originally developed to monitor the movement of militants.
Critics raised concerns about putting such technology in governments’ hands.
“We can use any technology to fight this horrible disease,” said Tehilla Shwartz Altshuler, head of the democracy in the information age program at the Israel Democracy Institute research center. “The question is, who will do it? And who will supervise it? And who will promise that after this is over, we won’t become a surveillance democracy?”
In Taiwan, Singapore and all of Europe, governments hired private companies that send the data they collect to health ministries, Altshuler noted.
“Nowhere have they involved the secret services,” she said.
The disease, which originated in China late last year, has spread to 141 countries and regions, infecting more than 180,000 people, killing more than 7,000 and sending economies cratering. Israel has 304 confirmed cases, with no deaths.

Shocking coincidences continue to emerge related to COVID-19. On March 12, The Post Millennial reported that in September of 2019, three months prior to the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic in China, the Tianhe Airport in Wuhan conducted a drill centered around the detection of a “new type of coronavirus.”
Now, a website from October 2019 reveals the John Hopkins School for Health Security, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and World Economic Forum had hosted an event examining the “fictional” emergence of a global pandemic which kills 65 million people.
Called Event 201: A Global Pandemic Exercise, it involved “players” from airlines, health authorities, media, banks, and national security agencies put under pandemic stress tests to “[reveal] unresolved and controversial policy and economic issues.”
The “players” were from a diversity of countries including China, Australia, Germany, and the United States.
Most shocking is the description of the Event 201 scenario. It simulates a “novel coronavirus transmitted from bats to pigs to people,” with the website noting it was largely modelled on SARS but made “more transmittable in the community setting by people with mild symptoms.”
COVID-19 was widely believed to have begun at the Huanan fresh market, with many blaming the illegal meat being sold there as the source of the coronavirus. Shortly after, social media blew up with many horrified at a viral video of what appeared to be an Asian woman eating “bat soup.” This spurred on many problematic comments about Chinese eating habits, even though the video ended up being sourced to a restaurant in Palau.
Still, and much like the Event 201 scenario, many speculate bats may have passed the virus on to another animal, which in turn gave it to humans.
The Event 201 scenario goes on to assert that the “fictional disease” spreads rapidly via air transportation. Originating in Brazil, the “new coronavirus” is first exported by air travel to Europe, the United States, and China before it goes global. The scenario reads, “although at first some countries are able to control it, it continues to spread and be reintroduced, and eventually no country can control it.”
Event 201 also states their disease “doubles every week,” which is the exact rate many countries are experiencing with COVID-19. Globally, economist Ian Shepherdson stated the cases appeared to be doubling every 4.1 days.
Most disturbingly, Event 201 states that there is “no possibility of a vaccine being available within the first year,” and that the pandemic will continue until 80-90% of the global population has been exposed, or a vaccine has been created. Within 18 months, 65 million people would be dead.
The exercise seemed to largely be concerned with the economic impacts of the disease and deaths of millions, rather than the real human consequences, with Event 201 being premised on the “annual economic loss” of pandemics.

The new coronavirus outbreak has made headlines in recent weeks, but there's another viral epidemic hitting countries around the world: flu season. But how do these viruses compare, and which one is really more worrisome?
So far, the new coronavirus has led to more than 220,000 illnesses and more than 9,300 deaths worldwide. But that's nothing compared with the flu, also called influenza. In the U.S. alone, the flu has caused an estimated 36 million illnesses, 370,000 hospitalizations and 22,000 deaths this season, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
That said, scientists have studied seasonal flu for decades. So, despite the danger of it, we know a lot about flu viruses and what to expect each season. In contrast, very little is known about the new coronavirus and the disease it causes, dubbed COVID-19, because it's so new. This means COVID-19 is something of a wild card in terms of how far it will spread and how many deaths it will cause.
"Despite the morbidity and mortality with influenza, there's a certainty … of seasonal flu," Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said in a White House press conference on Jan. 31. "I can tell you all, guaranteed, that as we get into March and April, the flu cases are going to go down. You could predict pretty accurately what the range of the mortality is and the hospitalizations [will be]," Fauci said. "The issue now with [COVID-19] is that there's a lot of unknowns."
Scientists are racing to find out more about COVID-19, and our understanding of the virus that causes it and the threat it poses may change as new information becomes available. Based on what we know so far, here's how it compares with the flu.
Symptoms and severity
Both seasonal flu viruses (which include influenza A and influenza B viruses) and COVID-19 are contagious viruses that cause respiratory illness.
Typical flu symptoms include fever, cough, sore throat, muscle aches, headaches, runny or stuffy nose, fatigue and, sometimes, vomiting and diarrhea, according to the CDC. Flu symptoms often come on suddenly. Most people who get the flu will recover in less than two weeks. But in some people, the flu causes complications, including pneumonia. So far this flu season, about 1% of people in the United States have developed symptoms severe enough to be hospitalized. And the overall hospitalization rate in the U.S. this season is 61 hospitalizations per 100,000 people.
With COVID-19, doctors are still trying to understand the full picture of disease symptoms and severity. Reported symptoms in patients have varied from mild to severe, and can include fever, cough and shortness of breath, according to the CDC.
In general, studies of hospitalized patients have found that about 83% to 98% of patients develop a fever, 76% to 82% develop a dry cough and 11% to 44% develop fatigue or muscle aches, according to a review study on COVID-19 published Feb. 28 in the journal JAMA. Other symptoms, including headache, sore throat, abdominal pain, and diarrhea, have been reported, but are less common.
Another recent study, considered the largest on COVID-19 cases to date, researchers from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Protection, analyzed 44,672 confirmed cases in China between Dec. 31, 2019 and Feb. 11, 2020. Of those cases, 80.9% (or 36,160 cases) were considered mild, 13.8% (6,168 cases) severe and 4.7% (2,087) critical. "Critical cases were those that exhibited respiratory failure, septic shock, and/or multiple organ dysfunction/failure," the researchers wrote in the paper published in China CDC Weekly.
A recent study of COVID-19 cases in the United States found that, among 4,226 reported cases , at least 508 people, or 12% were hospitalized. However, the study, published March 18 in the CDC journal Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) is preliminary, and the researchers note that data on hospitalizations were missing for a substantial number of patients.
It's important to note that, because respiratory viruses cause similar symptoms, it can be difficult to distinguish different respiratory viruses based on symptoms alone, according to WHO.
Death rate
The death rate from seasonal flu is typically around 0.1% in the U.S., according to The New York Times.
Though the death rate for COVID-19 is unclear, most research suggests it is higher than that of the seasonal flu.
In the study published Feb. 18 in the China CDC Weekly, researchers found a death rate from COVID-19 to be around 2.3% in mainland China. Another study of about 1,100 hospitalized patients in China, published Feb. 28 in the New England Journal of Medicine, found that the overall death rate was slightly lower, around 1.4%.
Still, the death rate for COVID-19 appears to vary by location and an individual's age, among other factors. For instance, in Hubei Province, the epicenter of the outbreak, the death rate reached 2.9%; in other provinces of China, that rate was just 0.4%, according to the China CDC Weekly study. In addition, older adults have been hit the hardest. The death rate soars to 14.8% in those 80 and older; among those ages 70 to 79, the COVID-19 death rate in China seems to be about 8%; it’s 3.6% for those ages 60 to 69; 1.3% for 50 to 59; 0.4% for the age group 40 to 49; and just 0.2% for people ages 10 to 39. No deaths in children under 9 have been reported.
A report published March 13 in the journal Emerging Infectious Diseases adjusted for the potential time delay between hospitalization and death among cases in China. The authors estimated that, as of Feb. 11, the death rate from COVID-19 was as high as 12% in Wuhan, 4% in Hubei Province and 0.9% in the rest of China.
In the CDC's MMWR study, 45% of hospitalizations, 53% of admissions to the intensive care unit (ICU), and 80% of deaths associated with COVID-19 were among adults aged 65 years and older.
Virus transmission
The measure scientists use to determine how easily a virus spreads is known as the "basic reproduction number," or R0 (pronounced R-nought). This is an estimate of the average number of people who catch the virus from a single infected person, Live science previously reported. The flu has an R0 value of about 1.3, according to The New York Times.
Researchers are still working to determine the R0 for COVID-19. Preliminary studies have estimated an R0 value for the new coronavirus to be between 2 and 3, according to the JAMA review study published Feb. 28. This means each infected person has spread the virus to an average of 2 to 3 people.
It's important to note that R0 is not necessarily a constant number. Estimates can vary by location, depending on such factors as how often people come into contact with each other and the efforts taken to reduce viral spread, Live Science previously reported.
Risk of infection
The CDC estimates that, on average, about 8% of the U.S. population gets sick with the flu each season.
As of March 19, there are 9,415 cases of COVID-19 in the U.S. Some parts of the country have higher levels of activity than others, but cases have been reported in all 50 states, according to the CDC.
The immediate risk of being exposed to COVID-19 is still low for most Americans, however, as the outbreak expands, that risk will increase, the CDC said. People who live in areas where there is ongoing community spread are at higher risk of exposure, as are healthcare workers who care for COVID-19 patients, the agency said.
The CDC expects that widespread transmission of the new coronavirus will occur, and in the coming months, most of the U.S. population will be exposed to the virus.
Pandemics
It's important to note that seasonal flu, which causes outbreaks every year, should not be confused with pandemic flu, or a global outbreak of a new flu virus that is very different from the strains that typically circulate. This happened in 2009 with the swine flu pandemic, which is estimated to have killed between 151,000 and 575,000 people worldwide, according to the CDC. There is no flu pandemic happening currently.
On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) officially declared the outbreak of COVID-19 a pandemic. This is the first time WHO has declared a pandemic over a coronavirus.
Prevention
Unlike seasonal flu, for which there is a vaccine to protect against infection, there is no vaccine for COVID-19. But researchers at the U.S. National Institutes of Health are in the early stages of developing one. Officials have already launched a phase 1 clinical trial of a potential vaccine for COVID-19.
In general, the CDC recommends the following to prevent the spread of respiratory viruses, which include both coronaviruses and flu viruses: Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds; avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands; avoid close contact with people who are sick; stay home when you are sick; and clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
