I'd like to share something with you.

Yesterday 11 business people, including a champion jockey were charged with conspiracy to defraud the public. It came to light after the Racing Regulatory Body re-viewed video evidence after discovering anomolous betting patterns. Bets were being placed on champion horses to lose. And they did!

"Put Options" are the Stock Exchange equivalent of betting on champion horses to lose - dramatically and against the odds.

In the weeks befiore 911, bets were being placed that two certain "horses" were going to lose dramatically. They did bigtime, in glorious technicolor. Nobody was arrested, nobody was charged.

In other words the Horse Racing Regulatory Body has more teeth than the Financial Services Regulatory Body, or the SEC in New York.

Beggars belief.
