This isn't about 9/11 but please can anyone help by giving me the name of a human rights lawyer (are they honest as others don't seem to be?) as a friend of mine has already been sent to prison because she was falsely accused of a crime. After she came out she was given an ASBO which apparently means that people can press charges on heresay and without any actual evidence which is what's happening again to her. She has three children and I can't believe people could be so cruel.

She has been charged with a crime she definitely didn't commit and it was only a harrassment charge at that but she will definitely be sent to prison again. The woman who made the false charge says the police persuaded her to speak against my friend. My friend even has her telephone bill as proof that she was on the telephone at the time the incident was supposed to have occurred but her lawyer says she has to leave that until the court case and she doesn't trust him.

This friend of mine has a lawyer who she says is useless. The last one she had was trying to press charges against the police and she had loads of evidence to support her but again at the last minute he didn't use the evidence and she went to prison.

I cannot believe the stuff that has happened to her over the past year and how it is all happening again. The whole judicial system seems to be corrupt, just like everything else but it would be good if anyone can offer support or encouragement.
