United 93 Propaganda Initiative?

Having just seen United 93 and not being an expert on the minute detail of events it clear beyond all reasonable doubt that the Arabs as usual are stereotyped as being crazy religious lunatics hellbent on bringing destruction to America.

After three years of occupation of Iraq and thousands of dead this is a movie to try and change popular perceptions of the justification of the continued occupation. But one just doesn't feel it it does the job in particular for US audiences for it leaves unanswered central questions.

A new man takes over the day the planes are hijacked in air traffic control. Coincidence or what?

The military has training on that day so they are busy with other things.

The story so far was of knives being used by four passengers on each plane. The movies changes the script and uses fake bombs.


Both air traffic control and the military seem to be lost as planes dissapear out of the sky, no one is there to give an order (Renegade I think its called when planes have to be shot down from the sky) and a plane mysterious hits the Pentagon-the nerve centre of the military and no one even noticed, the military included.

To what extent this short propaganda piece will convince people is anybodys guess but it must rank high up there with Leni Riefenstahl...

It is documented that Dick Cheney did give the order to shoot the plane down. It is unclear though whether he got the go ahead from Bush. One of the reasons they would not testify seperately and under oath. He said he did not give the order until around 10:08AM but the plane went down at 10:03 according to the Keane Commission or 10:06, according to seismic data. Cheney said he wasn't in the control room until past 10AM yet this does not correlate with Richard Clarkes book and also by opther testimonies at the commission. It is clear he was in the control room as the pentagon was hit, well before 10:00AM as there was the testimony that as the plane was approaching he shouted, at an aide who asked him if the orders still stand, 'of course they still stand'.
Doesn't take a brain surgeon to see why he wouldn't go under oath?

Also, am trying to find some eveidence of this, but did hear it from David Ray Griffin, that the Canadians are also part of Norad. One of their officer's gaffed in a speech while boasting about their strengths that they were the ones that sent the plane that shot down flight 93. If anyone has seen any info on this please post.

I remember seeing Gulf war veteran Jim Nichol on Sky News live on the day of 9/11, and he took the view that unpalatable as it may sound, the Americans may well have shot the plane down themselves.

His position was that they could not allow a flying bomb on their territory.

Not sure that he has ever repeated that, but it is an example of how "live news" can be unintentionally revealing.
