Just had a phonecall from my MP who was responding to my letter re:'What is acceptable in the pursuit of the war on terror'.
He caught me totaly unawares so I didn't give a great account of myself though I did get to mention the 9/11 wargames. He said out of his constituants that my view on police raids etc.. puts me in a small minority. _________________ www.wytruth.org.uk

I think hes lying.
Ive asked at least 200 people if they are in favour of this war in Iraq at Davids exhibition - BEFORE they saw the 9/11 stuff.
I can count on one hand the number who are in favour.
Anyone who believes this country is a democracy should start to think again.
THIS WAR IS ILLEGAL.
OUR PRIME MINISTER IS A WAR CRIMINAL.
A war criminal who is doing the bidding of his superiors.
Time to say it as it is. |

It was more in reference to the forest gate incident and the question of what new powers are acceptable. I mentioned John Yoo's comments regarding the torture of children which he didn't seem too woried about.
He argued that we have always had drachonian legislation in 'times of war' pfft! I forgot the way people compare the war on terror to WWII but ignore all the obvious paralells reichstaag fire decree and all. _________________ www.wytruth.org.uk

Thus confirming both my own and the late Robin Cooks belief that the vast majority of our so called elected representatives dont have even the remotest idea of what is really going on.
I guess that leaves it up to the 641 member on this forum.
So
What have you done today to make you feel proud ? |

I woke someone up who didn't suspect a thing about 9/11 etc.
He went home with LC2E and Road to Tyrany and a list of links to look up! |

it's no coincidence that protest has been banned near parliament just as significant numbers of people are waking up.
911 truthers were starting to use the open mike that used to be there on wed evenings (3 years) and hassle mps about it.
i reckon 10% of the euro/usa public now think something's wrong with the official version.
look at the online petitions: 11,000+ in the usa, 500+ in the uk
everyday on the news there's a terrorism related story to keep us scared.
they're probably having to hit places like india now coz they know it's easier to get away with.
if you give the average man on the street, who's never even considered it, a few selected facts (i.e. don't bore him to death) he'll go away with eye's at least half open.
tell him not to believe the news and don't be scared coz that's what they want. |

I was actually reading the bill banning loudspeakers in parliament square and .... you can use a loudspeaker if it's on a hovercraft!
Incidently what 'reasons' did they give for banning loudspeakers/protest. _________________ www.wytruth.org.uk

the monthly london cycle
meet 6-7pm under waterloo bridge (south side)
last friday of each month
200+ cyclists
they were given leaflets by police saying not to go to parliament.
1000 cyclists turned up and nothing more has been said.
also i think the organisers won in the high court for the right not to tell the police the route before hand.
the fact is no one really knows where it's going to go.
it's those at the front and the bulk that follow them |

Yes everyone should take the attitude of the cyclists and ignore these laws.
