I have a question for those who would suggest that America is the greatest democracy in the world

How is it that Bush hasnt won an election yet other than courtesy firstly of Jeb and the supreme court , or courtesy of Diebold ?

Wasnt it Stalin who said that it doesnt matter who does the voting - Its about those who count them ?
