Rainy Luton?

Once and for all : can someone tell me, definitively, if there was enough - or any - rain - 775 Luton Station - to create puddles?

I wrote: ' It was raining on July 7th in Luton that morning, but not on 28th June. ' in an analysis of the CCTV images: www.nineeleven.co.uk/board/viewtopic.php?t=2913

The clear CCTV June 28 pics from Luton show a dry ground, while the July 7 'fake' Luton pic has the suspicious dry/wet boundary down the middle which the lads are stepping over. There is no awning above the station entrance which would explain why the foreground is dry.
