Stand-down Orders

Something has just occured to me, don't know if it has been mentioned before but.....

Stand-down orders complicated stuff, many things to take into consideration but......

If military jets had shot the 'planes' down then there would have been evidence, as to the type of plane, passengers, crew onboard.

Yes, since all the evidence points to the planes being the real planes - although they wouldn't want them shot down anyway (at least not those for the towers or pentagon). Flight 93 is a bit odd, as it could have been shot down by a pilot disobeying orders, or was meant to be shot down.

Yeah, that's what I was gonna come back and say, about reaching final destinations. I guess it's part of the same thing. The 'planes' could not be shot down 1) evidence 2) not reaching final destination and complete objectives.
