EX-MI5 agent David Shayler was yesterday prevented for good from disclosing information obtained in his employment.

The Attorney General won a final injunction against him at London's High Court to replace a 1997 interim order.

The judgment followed the conclusion of criminal proceedings, which began with Shayler's conviction under the Official Secrets Act in November 2002, for which he got six months.

Shayler, ordered to pay costs after representing himself, was "likely to continue to make disclosures that could endanger lives" if he were not restrained, the court heard.

This is a sad day for truth and justice, but not to be that unexpected. The establishment does tend to protect the establishment, rather than public. This should make our movement even more determined to expose the lies of Bliar, Bu$h & Murdoch.

The truth is already out there for those who are not blinded to see it; we should not rest until the truth is revealed to all and a mass awakening of universal consciousness is dawned.

The Truth Movement should use this gagging to our favour and highlight how they are using parliament, the courts and tax-payers money to silence those who are prepared to speak out the truth about what the NWO are up to. The very reason they seek to gag David at this time, is because he has become a leading figure in the 9/11 Truth Movement, and this TRUTH is something they are very keen not to come out to the broader public. We have other ideas about that!

I was in the court for the first afternoon of the proceedings. The plaintiff (government lawyers acting for the Attorney General) mumbled on inaudibly for 1.5 hours & then David was given a chance to give his side of the story. He spoke very well and convincingly. The plaintiff was then given 10 minutes to rebut what he had said. The judge then declared he would deliver his judgement the following morning.

The judge reportedly looked very sheepish when delivering his judgement. One wonders what string-pulling and shenannigans had gone on behind the scenes to ensure that the government won.

I had a phone converstation with Annie, yesterday. She pointed out that, according to the terms of the injunction which the court sanctioned, All journalists are banned from reporting the words of all whistleblowers.

That means presumably, that if a government employee discovered that their department was plotting to assassinate the monarch, they would be banned from saying so and if they broke the injunction, journalists would be banned from reporting what they said.

This is a disaster for free speech and freedom of the press and a reminder of how far we have gone along the road to a fascist state.

This is unfortunate for David and the business of revealing the truth.
Can he seek damages for obstruction or hinderance of his work as a writer? What are the implications of this for individuals and organisations who seek transparency and accountability of all departments of government.It is clear that the secret services see themselves above the all. What are the ramifications of gagging on the UK 9/11 truth movement? There is a need for legal counsel and consultation.

Shayler does say Tomlinson works for MI6: I saw this on the DVD of his debate with Larry O'Hara. All the more strange because he/Annie seem to rely so heavily on Tomlinson's information concerning the death of Princess Di!
