Yep, thats right, theres 19 of them!
Of course weve heard that number before
But why does the Bank of England appear to be involved in naming them? Anyway, at least it tells us whose been thrown into the dark hole of getting worked over by the State

LONDON, England (CNN) -- The Bank of England Friday froze the finances of 19 of 24 individuals arrested in connection with an alleged terror plot to bring down commercial airliners.
"On the advice of the police and security services, the Treasury has instructed the Bank of England to issue notices to effect a freeze of the assets of a number of individuals arrested in yesterday's operations," Ed Balls, Economic Secretary to the Treasury, said in a statement.
The following suspects had their finances frozen:
