FBI report "American Airlines Airphone Usage"

Sorry chaps its not news but after no b* replied last time I snuck this one into a higher profile section..........

All,
After the release of the flight plan data I`ve begun collating the calls with altitude data (re calls impossible above circa 10,000 feet).
I`ve compiled this list of calls from the Comissions Report (sorry its come out a bit nonsense, tried to do a screen grab and post a jpeg but was also nonsense!)

If anyone can provide information on.....
1: Other calls I`ve missed
2: Extra data on flight 93 cell calls as the report just says numerous calls with no detail at all on times or durations.
3: Information on the apparently non-existent: FBI Report "American Airlines Airphone Usage" sep 20th 2001.

....it will be rewarded with gratitude of considerable proportions!

It would be helpful if your sources are available as I cant really use the old "well this bloke in the pub said......." stuff.
